Clean, busy but not too busy, food was good and standard Chick-​fil-​a. I would drive here to eat in over other locations.

Worst Chick Fil A establishment EVER.
Do not go here. The manager Martha provides horrible customer service and was even rude to her employees IN FRONT OF GUESTS. As a manager, this is totally unacceptable. Absolutely ridiculous experience. Martha made my entire experience so unpleasant I will probably never return to this location. I sincerely hope the upper management team takes into consideration the way this specific manager’s interactions with guests could and likely will affect your business.

It’s sad when four people can not get an order right. I ordered a grilled sandwich with Colby jack cheese and extra pickles. The girl at the window asked me if I wanted lettuce and tomato I said no and told her I wanted a grilled chicken with Colby jack cheese and extra pickles. She than told the girl that was getting the food from the kitchen I wanted grilled that is all I heard her say to her. I get home and I have a fried spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese lettuce tomato and extra pickles! So pissed! I couldn’t eat it so I drove back and the manager corrected my order. Didn’t offer me a free meal the next time nothing! Will not return…

What wonderful people that work here at this location. So nice, caring and hard working. This one time I was going through the drive thru and as I got to the window I realized I had forgotten my card at home. I was totally embarrassed and apologized. The lady handed me my food and said its okay. I tried giving the food back, but she insisted I take it for free. Like really? That made my whole week. It proves not every company is selfish. There really are some nice people even in business.

BEST LOCATION EVER! I am purposely driving miles farther than the location that is closest to me simply because of the awesome staff here. By the second time I came in there I felt like the staff really remembered me and acknowledged the fact that we had come in more than once. The staff really takes time to talk to you like human beings and they really take pride into getting your order correct and out in a timely manner. They also complemented my dog once in the drive-​thru, so they automatically get extra points! They just revamped this location so it is so clean and modern, looks great! Highly recommend :)

Ugh! if you’re on your lunch break don’t go you will be there for mins upon mins waiting for a simple chicken sandwich and If they drive through is down they have a poor girl out there standing in the sun manually taking orders and sliding cards. Their food is good and service is great so I guess it makes up for the wait time, but it’s not too practical weather you walk in or go through the he drive through if you only have an hour or 30 min for s beak half of it will be spent in line, unless you absolutely cannot control your cravings, I would t recommend this place during lunch time.

Fast, and hot. Went through drive thru. Got home and my burger was perfectly made. Large fresh green lettuce, perfect tomatoes, great chicken breast, beautiful buns.

Bad experience and customer service from manager Luke. Customers check your receipts.- menu has a different price then what appears on your receipt. Customers are being cheated out of their money.

This is definitely my favorite chick-​fil-​a location because its less than a mile from my mom’s house which makes it extremely convenient. I absolutely love their breakfast menu.
I feel like there’s nothing to complain about chick-​fil-​a except maybe there should be more in the dallas/​uptown area.
The staff is so friendly even if my dog is barking her head off at them… lol.

Chick Fil A typically holds itself to a higher standard than most fast food chains. The manager and staff were very polite, attentive and helpful. As always the food was great!

Things are getting much better here! Super attentive staff and seem genuinely happy. Chicken strips aren’t overcooked anymore. We eat here once/​week because of playground, and are very happy the food experience has improved !

I rarely write reviews on fast food because it is usually run-​of-​the-​mill and fairly consistent and I don’t eat fast food all that often anyway. I also rarely write really bad reviews but this deserves one today. I was planning to write a complaint of my experience tonight to the company directly but conveniently the server is not responding on the «contact us» portion of their website. Go figure! So I will post it publicly on social media.
If I do grab the occasional fast food, I prefer chick-​fil-​a because it always been higher quality. Tonight, we ordered a 12 pc chicken nugget and 2 chick-​fil-​a sandwich meals. My boyfriend’s chicken sandwich was great, huge pc of chicken much larger than the bun. My sandwich, all bun and about 2 ½ ounces of chicken (I’m a registered dietitian so I can estimate portion sizes extremely accurately). The fries that came with the meals were only filled about ²⁄₃ full, we totally got jipped on those for sure. The chicken nuggets, all 12 of them for –get this– $ 7.15, weighed in at about 4 ounces. Now, I’m not math genius but last time I checked, a pound (16oz) of boneless, skinless chicken breast at the local grocery store cost about $ 4.49. I paid over $ 7 for ¼ of that??? WTF!
Needless to say after $ 18+ dollars in food our tummies were left empty as was the BF’s wallet. I’m very disappointed in this Chick-​fil-​A. Don’t waste your money on the nuggets. They are way overpriced. If you do like this chain, I would recommend finding a more consistent one that gives you the amount of food you paid for… I’m not sure whether to blame the company or this particular location so I’d love to hear your comments.
PS: the Drive-​thru is brutally slow. Save your gas and 20 minutes of your life and go inside!

This is a nice, clean facility. I’m not big of fast food but Chick-​fil-​a is always my go to if I must. The employees at this facility are very friendly and always accommodating.
This last time I ordered the grilled chicken bites. They looked good on the menu so I figured why not! When I got them i was surprised they looked nothing like what’s advertised. They looked like someone took a chicken breast and ripped off small pieces and put them in a bowl. There were literally shreds dangling off each piece. It wasn’t a clean knife cut. My 8 count of chicken bites was actually 5. Then when I dumped out my fries into my napkin I only had 3 whole fries. The rest were tiny little chunks that seemed to have been scraped out of the bottom of the fry bin.
I expected a little more quality from Chick-​Fil-​A but I guess I have to remember it is fast food and it is cheap. Lesson learned.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Chick Fil A! I just fail to understand how this one location is so bad. My order is never right and I’m not asking for miracles. All I want is a Spicy Chicken and cheese bagel. You’d think there’s only a couple ways to mess that up. Well you’d be wrong! I feel like I need to physically inspect my order for accuracy before I leave their property or be prepared for a disappointing breakfast!

I love chick-​fil A but this one is always a downer to go to. Its always so busy there is a line of 5+people as well as the drive through. But the line isn’t the worst part it’s how ling it takes the food to come out, there will be 12 people working and it takes 10 minutes for 2 person meal. The people ate ALWAYS. No one told me how awesome their customer service is! When you say «thank you» to the employees, they respond with «my pleasure.» That might not sound like much, but it made an incredible impression on me. Obviously, the employees are friendly and efficient.
Even if the drive-​thru line is long, I don’t have to wait a long time. I don’t eat chicken, but the waffle fries, unsweet iced tea and brownie are worth the trip here! Their waffle fries.. . the best of any fast food restaurant in the area! I like them better than McDonald’s fries. Their unsweet tea, also a winner!
Funny thing is, I’m not even normally a brownie fan (especially if there are any type of nuts involved), but their brownie is gooey and soft and chocolately! Good stuff.

Trust me, I love Chick-​Fil-​A, just not this one.
My friend and I visit this Chick-​Fil-​A pretty often cause we live almost within walking distance. We also wonder and joke about how awful the service at this location is worse than any other location in Texas, literally. The last few times I’ve gone inside, there was almost nobody there yet it took over 10 minutes to get my food, and that was only because i reminded the staff I was still waiting for my food. Chick-​Fil-​A really messed up selling this franchise to this owner, poor poor poor management.
