If the E. coli doesn’t keep you away, then the serving size definitely should. $ 9 for half a spoonful of rice and beans plus six pieces of chicken? Either they need to dish out more food or I would recommend making smaller bowls so it doesn’t look as empty as it is.

Your standard Chipotle chain location. The people are reasonably polite and the food is consistent.

This location leaves you wanting more food and nicer people. The portions are not what I was expecting yet this location is waking distance from job. Portions have been consistently small for me and my vegeterian colleague and the service is always just kinda «whatever».
I went today during lunch and the line moves quickly enough but the ladies on the line were distracted by the guy refreshing their stations so I waited patiently as the girl serving the salsa, wasn’t looking at me or my bowl, So as I waited for her attention, she turns to me and waves her hand at me as if I didn’t hear her, I then requested some red salsa on the side, of which I had to ask for 3 times, as she wouldn’t acknowledge me. While this has only been my 2^nd time having lunch here I decided today that I will only go back if it is the last $ 7 option I have for lunch at work.

Avoid this Chipotle at all cost.
I live ½ mile from this location and used to eat here often but will never be back. The service has always been hit or miss and they always seem to have a bi-​monthly staff changeover.
These were all things I have tolerated since I am usually starving or in a hurry to eat here but this location has hit a new low. The portions and food quality have gone down drastically in the past few years and today, with the manager standing there, my chicken was scraped off the bottom of the tin and 5 little nuggets were put on my salad.
Salad being a loose term here as there were only 7 – 8 sad pieces of lower quality romaine given to me to begin with. The staff seemed to find my sad little portion humorous when I asked if that was going to be «it». The cashier actually giggled.
I politely informed them I would not be dining with them and left. I hope my fellow uptowners will join me in boycotting this location regardless of your overwhelming desire for a burrito or stage 5 hangover.

Place was clean and spacious. The entrance is nice and there’s lots of seating available. Chitpotle at this location at the time I went, 7ish, had a lot of staff that were quick and efficient. Seating was available in and outsides. Tables could use more wipe downs. I also noticed some dirt on one of the walls and floors. Yeah, place could dedicate some of the staff to maintainence. The restrooms were sloppier than they should be.

This particular location is almost always busy. Don’t let that detract though as the place is clean and has good service. Do NOT park in the lot across the street when the parking fills up as you will get towed– I’d suggest parking closer to the Apple store.

This chipotle gets packed during lunch time on week days! They’re actually surprisingly quick considering the line of people that piles up out the door!
Food here always seems pretty fresh. With the amount of people that come through I would imagine it would have to be because nothing has time to sit long. The staff is very friendly and quick to get you through the line. The place itself is kept very clean. There’s lots of windows so it’s bright and airy feeling. There’s not a ton of parking. If the lot behind the building is full, I suggest trying for street parking.

I have been to many chipotles in Dallas but none with the customer service as great as the location. They are fast, friendly, and notice there regulars! They also have never run out of items when I’ve been and I go a lot!

I was hoping to make this my chipotle spot but… The steak and chicken need a lot of attention. Steak is tough with gristle and chicken a lot of gristle and fat pieces. Those need to be trimmed out. Maybe the meat comes prepared ready for the grill but is not prepped right. If thats the case may be its delivered that way to other locations too.
When you visit and order these meats, pay attention to this. I hope this gets fixed, I really do like the concept.

This is a great chipotle location. The parking lot isn’t a nightmare, like most chipotles. They always keep the line moving fast, and the food is always fresh. The employees are usually pretty friendly too.

They do give preferential treatment to certain customers at this location. The Spanish guy in front of me ordered the same chicken bowl as I did and he got 3 scoops of chicken while she gave me one small scoop. I was shocked that this happened. I didn’t make a big stink about it but this Chipotle location needs to stop the nonsense and treat all customers with the same respect. At other locations, my bowl would be filled to the top but this place like to skimp on the ingredients. I agree with the other reviews that they are giving smaller portions to certain Customers.

Chipotle is great. I like this location because it’s huge inside and extremely nice/​clean for a chipotle. You can find plenty of parking in the back of their building and come in through the back door.
When you come in you immediately past the restrooms which is nice. Stop in and wash your hands for all you dirty folk.
I always get the salad bowl. It comes with lettuce as a base and then all the toppings of your choice on top. Get a fountain drink to-​go because fountain drinks are the best. They do have a small selection of beers to choose from so keep that in mind.
I gave minus one star for my experience because the fountain drinks are over two dollars which is ridiculous when all gas stations and drive thrus have large fountain drinks for .99 cents. I know it’s a tiny different in price, but you should see the cup they give you. tiny.

I LOVE Chipotle, but this location is a disaster. They have absolutely no organisation during the lunch rush and cannot seem to keep up. My coworkers and I ordered online, and not only was it not ready when I arrived after the scheduled pick up time, no one could find our order. Then the cashier ran the wrong orders on the wrong cards. I know we ordered a lot, but this was ridiculous. If you can’t handle online orders on top of everything else, don’t offer the service.

OK. Normally I don’t give chains more than two stars but this chain is good. 3 stars for a chain from me is exceptional. I do that because their food seems so fresh. And they claim to buy farm raised. So great chain concept. But shop local!

I come to this Chipotle at least once a week.
The line moves quickly, the customer service is supreme and its always a healthy (optional) yet filling meal. I usually customize a chicken or barbacoa salad but sometimes I go wild with carnitas or steak. ALWAYS ask for peppers and onions!
I sometimes get the chips and guacamole… and let me tell you, when I do it’s a treat. Best guacamole ever… no kidding.
Always a smiling employee at checkout and my lunch is MADE.

Sooooo as you can see I’m the Dutchess of this Chipotle. YEAH ME! Lol I bring this up to say I’ve been here ALOT. I’ve lived less than ½ mile from here for over 4 years. In the last month or so the portions have become significantly smaller (see pic) There is new staff & a new manager present & they carefully portion out your bowl. Don’t get me wrong, I do not need more food. I was always able to make 2 meals out of a visit to Chipotle & have left overs. I waited until 6 visits with similar obvious results to write a bad review. Did they lower the prices to go along with it?

I come to this Chipotle regularly. That’s an understatement. I’m going through an infatuation with Chipotle right now, and I can’t stop.
I usually come during lunch hour (the worst hour) and they seem to have it together. I always order to-​go and I’m in and out in less than 10 min. The employees are really nice, I don’t have any complaints. I’ve never had an order wrong (which seems impossible since they’re making it infront of you) I’ve never had anything under, or over cooked.
If you must know, I always get the burrito bowl. White rice, pinto beans, sour cream, loads of cheese & guac. Sometimes I add chicken. I will say, I wish the guac had less onions. But I’m sure that’s like a corporate complaint. I’ll pass.
Overall this is a pretty cool Chipotle, not crappy at all.

Place was nice. Good location. Food was bland. Did not wrap burrito well. Normally the flavours are popping! But not here.

Came here for lunch today. They skimped on the chicken portions for me. What the hell i usually get two scoops of chicken with this smile. I guess not today.
Only other complaint is the really loud music here. I had to scream during our lunchtime conversation. There really weren’t that many people here ready to party down to this pop-​rock music.
Overall, chicken was a bit cold too. Other than that food is always good here.

I love Chipotle like most people love their pets. I can’t go without it for long, and one day I even had it for both lunch and dinner. Obsessed? Perhaps, but I have never had anything I didn’t like here… ever.
Let me start with the rice. It is SO freakin’ good. You put three things together that I enjoy: rice, lime, and cilantro. Heaven. I despise pinto beans, and black beans are far healthier, so I am super happy that I get this option. The veggies and salsas are indeed fresh here, and delicious to boot. Lastly, I love that they have jack cheese instead of the run-​of-​the mill cheddar. I have to try hard to not go overboard.
I’d much rather come here than go to most any tex-​mex restaurant. I have lots of choices, and can eat healthy if I want to. Viva Chipotle!
