I’m sorry to report that this experience was less then satisfactory. This post is not joking when is comes to $$ my boyfriend and I ordered a pitcher of beer, one large pizza, and a small order of wings and our total came out to $ 47 and some change. Plus they charge for any topping you want on the pizza. Next they only offer one sauce for the wings and geez I wish there was a little more flexibility there. Also while we were waiting for the pitcher of beer I saw an employ open two large gigantic size cans of pizza tomato sauce and in my opinion for that price it should at lease be homemade, am I right? Last the atmosphere is laid back, nothing fancy with only two flat screen tvs which I didn’t mind. Over all, I think I like the idea of pizza and a pitcher beer more then Panjos.

Well this was my THIRD attempt to eat here. First attempt was a Monday, Oh they are closed on Monday, no problem. Then second time was yesterday, 12/29, showed up and walked in at about 11:10am. Was told they are on special Holidays schedule and would not be opened till noon. Third attempt was today, Arrived after noon, ordered soup and a small pizza. Was called up that Soup was ready, one spoon full later, back to the counter to return ice cold soup. Was brought back the ‘Microwaved’ soup in same bowl. Top was steaming, bottom was still cold. Gave up on the soup. Pizza was ok. First time,(3 attempts), impression is I will not be returning. Customer service after the sale(Rating 1 – 5) about a 1 ½.

The piano is gone now that the old fella who played on Friday nights passed away. The place is still chugging along even though the owner passed too. Family keeping it going and that’s good because it is a local tradition. We ordered sandwiches thinking we were in a hurry and didn’t want to be hauling leftovers around with us… well pizza joint subs aren’t rush jobs. Very good sandwiches indeed. As we tend to think frugally, my wife thought it was pricey, but you can see the prices on the menu… and go from there. Glad to see the place still going strong. Btw, the pizzas are good too.
