Jason’s Deli

This is not what I expected from Jason’s Deli. We are a military family that have travel all over the country and visited many restaurants. The food was okay, the service on the other hand was terrible. The bathroom was dirty and the salad bar, well let me put it this way, not appetizing. We will not be returing.

My coworker and I ordered deliver for us and as my coworker was eating her salad she bit into something hard and chipped her tooth she found a screw and we have pictures to prove it … I am very very disappointed. I did call them and spoke to the manager and she told me that they receive their lettuce prepackaged when they receive it in their store. I know that is wrong because I have a friend that worked at that actual store a few years back and everything is made fresh in their store. I will never go back to that location

Was at Jason’s deli recently and it was not what I had experienced before. Friday night after work, long day, and went to the location on Airline. No ice, had to wait for sweet tea, salad bar needed a good cleaning… bathroom was nasty! I will go to the one on Saratoga from now on.

Great place to eat with out the hassle of waiting to long. Clean, salad bar is kept up. Staff is friendly

I ordered a baked potato and they told me they were out. I ordered something else. Later, I see a waitress carry two baked potatoes. Okay.

Always a go to and is always dependable. I love you and your consistency, Jason’s Deli!

Good Jason’s Deli is the best deli for the price. Service is fast and friendly. Servings are large. Free ice cream with your meal. Free refills on drinks. I typically enjoy a Ruben the Great sandwich. Today we tried the Quinoa Shrimp and Mango Salad. It ended up being «Just Okay». I couldn’t really taste the mango and the quinoa was a little bit undercooked for my taste. The Ruben sandwich was delicious as always and I left feeling full and happy. A excellent lunch destination. Yes, I shared the meal with my girlfriend.

Always great food! Also always fresh! They have sandwiches to salad bars and free ice cream!!! They do deliver as well, how ever for warn that the time of the delivery may rage from 15 min to a few hours, I just take that as a sign that I was not the only person who had ordered food;) .Also the online ordering has never worked for me:(but again free! Ice cream! yay!

Pretty amazing deli sandwiches. Definitely a spot to land for lunch if you want something simple and tasty. Make any selection you want, all of them are great!

Good food, and service. This is usually a safe bet no matter what location you go to. All of the locations seem to be clean.
The staff is friendly and are usually very helpful. With the exception of the bus boys, they seem to be annoyed when they are in your way. A lot of them seem very non hygienic too.
It gets really crazy here at lunchtime, so you have to get here early. The sandwiches are good, the salad bar is good, and so is the iced tea. I always order the muffuletta special.
Oh, there is free ice cream (ice milk maybe?) for dessert.

This location is way better then the other but is farther from my house ! The way the people treat you is better and the salad bar is always filled !

Love this location. Well, I hate parking at the Gulfway center, but once parked and inside, it’s really a great experience. Compare this with other deli locations (like the chain out of SchlAustin) and they have enough employees to handle the high volume without an unreasonable wait for your order to come out. The quality of the food is ALways excellent.
If I had to complain, it’s about the people in the dining room. but Jason’s isn’t responsible for the people coming their doors. It’s really just a statement of people who don’t want to reign in their kids, want to be loud and obnoxious… just CC in general. That’s why it’s not a knock on Jason’s. The people who own this franchise treat their customer’s well.

I do enjoy coming here since the people are friendly and helpful, but the salad plates are always dirty! It’s really gross. I mentioned this to one of teenage workers and he said that «it’s because they’re stained» and then attempted to show me that the «stains» wouldn’t come off with a napkin. They came right off! It’s gross and disappointing!

Delicious food, great service! Nutty Mixed-​up Salad was one of the best salads I’ve had anywhere! Love that a lot of their ingredients are organic too!

I’m giving this store a five star rating because we recently moved here from Central Texas and I would frequently have Jason’s deli delivered to my house. It was always mediocre.
I just ordered delivery from this store for the first time and everything is great. But I’m most impressed by my side salad. At the old store, I would get the ordinary lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and dressing. On this salad, I had the works. Spinach, artichoke hearts, beets, cucumbers… I could go on and on. Plus, our sandwiches are great.
Very impressed. We will be ordering again.

We eat here all too often but my baby girl was sick so momma needed to pick up some soup to make her feel better!!! ;)

I’m a Panera or Wildflower fan so comparatively speaking, Jason’s is just one star shy of my faves. Still a nice place to have lunch. Yummy soups and sandwiches. Ginormous spuds and of course the free soft serve ice cream is a must!

2.5 out of 2.5 stars. A nicer version of subway or quiznos, need I say more?
*I rate all restaurants on the same scale. Some establishments, such as fast food chains have no hope of earning more than 2 stars. Others can earn up to 5, but a 5 would indicate the finest dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Jason’s is one of those places you can find in many cities and trust it’s going to be good. I don’t really consider it a «deli,» but they do make good sandwiches, have a decent-​sized salad bar and they find some of the BIGGEST baked potatoes I’ve ever seen!
Our last visit there, I decided to try something ‘healthy’ and got the chicken fajita baked potato they call the «Pollo Mexicano.» Okay, whatever… It was alright. They took some pre-​done chicken fajita, schmaltzed in some butter, cheese and sour cream and put it in one of their shoe-​sized potatoes. As long as the topping held out, it was good. Trouble was, there’s not enough topping for the disproportionally larger potato! And, I don’t recall that much «pica de gallo» on the potato, either.
But, again, it was good. The potato my wife had looked real good, too. She enjoyed it, even though she could only eat HALF of the HALF they gave her.
Their prices are always good and the service is very good. Tables are always clean, food comes to you promptly with a smile and a, «can I get you anything else.» For the money and the consistency, we’ll keep coming back.
