I always get the same servers whenever I go here and they are awesome. Forgetful at times because it being busy but that’s ok they make up for that. The food is always on point. The Parmesan chicken plate I always always get it. It’s so delicious !

Good service at the bar as well as excellent food. I went to another local steak house Sunday. Has the name Montana in it. Service was good but quality if steak was bad, very dry and tough

I am mainly basing this review off their dessert items.
Craving cheesecake and chocolate cake one night with a friend, and we came to Longhorn steakhouse to satisfy our cravings.
The dessert took a moderate amount of wait time, esp seated at the bar, but we were not disappointed at all.
My sweet tooth was satisfied because the desserts were THAT decadent.
We ordered the chocolate cake w/​vanilla ice cream = AMAZING
and the peanut butter cheesecake (mini) = also AMAZING
would def come back to actually try regular items on the menu

MLK evening, two women walk in and are seated. Sat and waited 15 minutes! Before walking out. Resturant was slow not busy. Waitress in the area would not look us in the eye. We looked at the hostess who sat us and she looked at us with no concern. Very sad and disappointed, as we come here frequently. It won’t be the case anymore.

Service was fantastic as usual. I tried the 8 oz filet with lobster and hollandaise sauce. The filet was amazing (and I am extremely picky about my steaks) and the sauce was very tasty but the lobster had an odd texture that forced me to pick it off and not eat it.
This place is almost always right on target as far as service and quality of food. I will definitely be back.

I was nearby and stopped for dinner on a weekday. I had left other restaurants because of the large crowd and 30 minutes waits. I was pleased to be seated immediately. The sever Collin was prompt and quickly got the drinks. He recommended the shrimp appetizers. I ordered the Jalapeño Shooters also. Wow they were awesome. The jalapeños have the right balance of hot and cheese. The shrimp was a huge serving, 3 people could finish it. I had the Sirloin and grilled shrimp with double broccoli. Collin kept new sweet teas coming just as I finished another. My Sirloin was cooked perfectly medium rare! thr broccoli was steamed yet firm and flavorful. I recommend this dish! The service was A+++ and I want to try lunch.

If I could leave this place 0 stars, I would! Terrible service each time that I’ve gone! My last visit sent me over the edge!
We called on a Tuesday evening to see if the restaurant could accommodate a party of 10 for Wednesday at 7. They informed us that they would be able to make the accommodations, but don’t take reservations. So, Wednesday at 6:45, our entire party showed up together and 15 minutes early. We waited by the bar and plenty of people in our party purchased drinks from the bar. I asked for a water 4 different times (I’m pregnant and that’s all I wanted) and each time was told by the bartender, «Sure give me a second.» Never got my water. Anyway, we were never approached by a waiter or a manager to let them know that they were working on our table. Once again, this is on a WEDNESDAY night. The place wasn’t even crowded. The waiters were too busy taking selfies in the kitchen and chit chatting with one another to even bother to ask if we were ok or needed anything. So around 7:45, we eventually got tired of waiting and the crappy service, so we all walked out. Before we could even cross the parking lot, one of the waitresses yells out the door, «Wait! Your table is ready and we’re giving you a free $ 5 appetizer!» Um, after waiting almost an hour and a half, you can keep your $ 5 appetizer and the water that I never got. You couldn’t PAY me to go to this place ever again!

Me encanta este longhorn. Esta muy bonito y se come genial. La sopa de lobster es brillante. Los starters de calamari sweet chilli o lobster dip muy buenos. Y las carnes siempre bien cocinadas. El Flo’s fillet medium rare de 8′ es mi favorito. Y el pan que te sacan antes muy bueno. ⁹⁄₁₀

4 stars!!– this review is for the bar service only
I appreciate great bar service and the convenience of being open on holidays in an area where there is little availability on such days. The atmosphere was inviting, drinks were well mixed and generously poured, and the hospitality was outstanding. Appetizers and bar food were passable – especially the crab dip – and I couldn’t have asked for more on an Easter Sunday as one of the handful of bar patrons. The warm welcome and availability of service makes me want to return to try the main dining area and full dinner menu. I will update this review as soon as I do!

Unfortunately it ia probably the worst Longhorn experience i have ever had.
The steak wasn’t cooked to par on 2 different occasions and i gave up on asking to redo the order a 3^rd time
Though i understand that on a busy weekend in the middle of the summer thus location is swamped with costumers but a medium rare steak cannot come out medium well first and then medium. I can understand under cooking, not overcooking. The server was extremely apologetic and went out of his way to help.
The other orders were ok but not as great as i know them to be able to be.
I have been spoiled about great steaks and i find it hard to go back to average.

I hope the manager reads this… The restaurant is nice. The lunch specials are great. Filling and nice presentation. Very efficient wait staff.
The hostess is quite objectionable. She has such a nasty attitude. You might want to reconsider her as the «greeter». She is the lunch hostess with a long ponytail.
We usually eat here weekdays at lunch. She is just plain rude. Sorry to put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable experience.

I loved my prime rib drenched in au jus, mac n’ cheese (which I poured out onto my plate of au jus) and salad with delicious blue cheese dressing… the bread with butter is addictive too. The only reason I am not giving this a 5 star rating is because my husband complained that his food was unbelievably salty (something that does not bother me at all — love salt!). Anyway, I would eat here again if I ever visit Corpus again. Corpus Christi is a pretty ugly and filthy place, so I doubt I would come again… will stick with Galveston area instead. Not sure if they have a Longhorn Steakhouse up there.

Like always. Very relaxed and cozy atmosphere ordered the sampler appetizer which was good a little on the cold side but, its ok .
Had balsamic rasberry chicken which was a little over done but tasted just fine. My girl ordered ribeye that is always par superb! Every thing was great and on time but we ordered lobster chowder soup
As an appetizer that i had to tell the staff came out after the main corse shit happens but got to say every thing tasted good will be back!

We went here today and I must say everything tasted great. The staff were all friendly did their job well and brought our meal to us in a timely manner. I would recommend this restaurant.

Lunch, and our first time at Longhorn. For some reason I always had the impression that these restaurants were hokey and kind of cheesy. I don’t know why I thought that, but I was so wrong. This was a surprisingly nice place. We started with a cheese mushroom appetizer that was freakin’ amazing. I honestly could eat an order as a meal next time we go. I highly recommend trying them.
For my meal I got a salad/​soup combo with their baked potato soup and strawberry pecan salad, both of which were really good. The soup tasted just like a baked potato (mission accomplished). The salad could have had more toppings on it.
My husband got a salad with brie on it. The name had «winter» in it. He said it was really good.
We would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially this location.

I love this place I don’t like the location because it’s in the mall but I love this place (:
They’re rarely ever busy which is kind of good because the food is good too so I don’t see why they’re not busy but they’re not so it’s really good! I recommend you get the lobster macaroni it’s really really delicious! But they do need a host because the waiters at acting like they’re the host and they need someone up there at all times!(:

This was the worst dining experience we have had in years. There were three in our party. All ordered steaks. Our salads were served after 40 minutes. The steaks were warm (at best) and overcooked when served. My Manhattan filet had little flavor. Our server did not listen to our orders and was turning around talking to other customers while she was attempting to serve our table. We had to grab plates before they were dropped on the edge of the table. She tossed straws in our plates. Someone else’s coffee was refilled and placed in my bread plate. One of the servers dropped and broke a dish near the front door during all of this and four employees stood there and laughed. It appears that they hire completely inexperienced staff and offer NO training. This is one place I will avoid in the future.

I feel as if I always give a 4 – 5 star review for restaurants in corpus. Maybe I’m easy to please or maybe I just always get good service. That being said, this restaurant did us well for our first time being here. Our waitress Anna explained the menu items with great detail and the food was absolutely delicious. I liked that the silverware was heavy duty and not flimsy cheap tarnished forks.
I’ve never had grilled chicken taste that juicy and tender from anywhere. (Maybe I don’t get out much lol) the sweet potato was cooked well and I appreciated being offered cinnamon and butter on the side. Our waitress also offered me a to-​go water which was great for my rest of the day shopping I had planned! Will definitely return!

Pretty much the biggest Golden Corral I’ve ever seen.
There is just no way I can taste everything here.
I come to corpus once a month for work, so I like to come here once in a while.
Staff is friendly and food is fresh when I come in.

The Rambler was a grey value item. Cooked perfectly! The place is well set up. Very modern Texas feel.
The staff was very attentive also! The next time I’m in Corpus I will make a point to drop in!

Opening night in Corpus! Call ahead seating. Waited less than a minute for a table. Southwest Shrimp is just as awesome as we remember from before.
