Our waitress sucked. We sat in the bar area on 1÷13÷2016 @ 12:00pm. I asked the waitress a simple question about my points in a nice way and she wouldn’t even let me finish and explain and she also cut me short. She kept cutting me off while I was talking and telling me rudely, that what. I asked couldn’t be done when I knew it could because They done it for me before. So instead of arguing with her I just asked the manager, and he figured it out and apologized. I told him I did not want her serving me with that attitude, because she might do something to my food. I seen enough things in my life on what people would do in this business to your food when they’re mad. I trust no one. Then she kept eye balling me from the bar because she was mad. So the manager sand the female hostess served us.

Cast iron skillet was badly rusted. Server forgot to put order in took 2 hours to have dinner. When other tables that were there after us where checking out I finally addressed it with management. Server tried to ignore table probably because he forgot to put the order in for the first 45 minutes. Good drinks, was not in a hurry otherwise I would have been unhappy.

Mediocre food & sub par service. Here are the reasons why:
1. They gave me the wrong order and quickly blamed it on the cook.
2. They brought the food out again with no apologies
3. They made no attempts t fill up our glasses.
4. They made no attempt to make it right.

I usually don’t like chilis… But my husband and I went out with some friends here. It was really good! The service was excellent, the food didn’t take long to cook, there was a huge wide* variety of choices on the menu, and the food was tasty and hot! I can’t wait to go back! Everyone really enjoyed themselves here.

Perfection! I go to Chili’s quite often (more than I would like to admit LOL) and every time I go, it’s always good. The food is consistent and yummy! I love the new revamp of the menu, with new entrée items, apps, sides and desserts. You can’t ever go wrong with Chili’s!

Very bad service and i am barely on the waiting list. So many open tables and can’t be seated. Greeter was having a bad day. Never smiled.

This location really needs an adjustment of some kind. The food was mediocre, and once we received our food our server hardly came by at all. By the end of our meal we had so many dishes and trash on the table that you couldn’t see the table any longer. I also had to get up and go find another server to refill three out of five drinks at our table at least twice.

I’ve been coming to this Chili’s off and on for years and have really good service consistently. The food has been good and they know how to pour a drink at the bar. We sat at a table in the bar area that was available (first come, first serve) and got right in despite the crowded waiting area. I usually have a burger, but tonight I tried some of the new soft tacos they have on the menu and they were tasty! Can’t go wrong here, I think.

Food is standard chain quality, not great but acceptable.
Restaurant is generally dirty — needs a good scrub down. Dust on window sills, etc. Its obvious they only put minimal effort into cleaning the place.
The touch screen devices at the table are fairly disgusting, gotta think about all the other people who didn’t wash their hands touching it and then you touch it before eating your dinner. In fact you can actually see all the fingerprint smudges — GROSS!
Also beware of the «entertainment fee» scam — using certain aspects of the touch screen device will automatically add an additional fee to your bill for seemingly no reason and naturally when its time to pay they’re crossing your fingers that you don’t argue it off the bill and just pay up. Rip off.
All and all won’t be returning. I don’t like it when the cable company adds random charges to my bill, why would I like a restaurant doing the exact same thing?

Myself and four friends sat at the bar yesterday around 12−1pm. The bartender was extremely rude. We saw two roaches on the bar top inches away from our food. When we told the manager he just looked really quick and said «Aww man we will get that wiped down».nothing was done. We then told the bartender and she did nothing but looked at us like we were stupid. I know she looked right at the two roaches but also did nothing! One of my friends is a server at Chili’s in San Antonio, she said if that would have happened at her Chili’s they would have cleared the whole bar top and done everything they could to make our experience better. This location has definitely lost our business during future visits to the coast!
Also apparently the regional manager was there that morning. I wish he was there by time we got there! He would have gotten an earful from me!

Trainee bartender is super dope and will make you a half and half margarita (half frozen half on the rocks) not that cold so good there. Be sure to sign up for their email list to get some good coupons, only reason why we are here tonight !!!

Visiting Corpus Christi… Fast to be seated, friendly and calm waiter. Restrooms need some serious cleaning. Shrimp tacos were good but the rice that came with it tasted like box rice.

Yes, I am giving Chilis a 4 star review. If you know me, then you know I don’t like chain restaurants. But Chilis is Chilis and you know what you are getting. I somehow end up eating here (the chain in general) more than I would like, but I travel a lot. We ate here on our way to Padre– arrived on a busy Friday night with a wait. We were seated in 20 min and the place was packed. Our server was nice, but she abandoned us in the middle of our dinner because she had another high– maintenance table. Our steak which we ordered MR came out WAY rare. As in inedible rare. We were unable to flag anyone down until we got the check. The manager came over and completely comp’d both our meals. We told him that was unnecessary, but he insisted. THAT is why I am giving Chilis 4 stars instead of 3. The manager took care of us promptly. And honestly, the Tilapia isn’t half bad!

I had grilled salmon yesterday, which to me more like STEAMED salmon, with no flavor at all. I mean AT ALL. Got uncooked appetizer tortilla chips.
I could tell our server was busy. She was very busy, but I still saw 4 girls at front chatting, other just walk by our table empty handed, and do not even care to ask if customers wanted more iced tea or water.
Floor was greasy and slippery, and the girl seated us to the table said «Carefull, it is slippery» or something like that. I could only say «It is!» … If anyone know the place needs cleaning, why don’t they?
We just found another restaurant we will never go back.

Went with my wife on a Friday night and we sat a table in the bar. Drinks, food and service were all good. She had the Margarita chicken and I had the chicken fajitas. My only complaint would be that they didn’t have a military discount.
