The service is and always has been shitty. The food is okay, however it’s hard to get past the slow service. It’s irritating when it takes 30 minutes to get your food. With so many other places that serve wings they need to get it together before they lose more business than they already have.

They should have a zero star option. Horribly rude non attentive customer service! To top it off, after 30 minutes of waiting for our food(when is wasn’t busy) we decided to just leave. Save yourself a trip and DONOTEATHERE.

Honestly, I love the wings(most of the time), but the service totally ruins it for me. Almost every single time I have walked in(which is many, many times), there is a group of 5 – 8 people standing in the front talking to each other. I’ve been straight up ignored many times while people just talk. Staff shouldn’t stand around and talk in the front while staring at/ignoring customers… not professional at all. Yes, it takes about 15 minutes to even get noticed by a waiter. And once you do have your food, chances are you wont see the waiter again for another 30 minutes unless you flag them down. I have no idea how some of these people get hired, it’s straight up ridiculous. Even calling to place a take-out order is a fail. You can call multiple times within 15 minutes with nobody answering the phone. That’s a sure way to lose business. The food itself is a toss-up. Half the time, it’s perfect. The other half, well, the wings are dry and barely have any sauce on them. I would have given one star, but sometimes the food is great — and the manager did contact me after I left my license there once, which was nice. They just really need to clean house and hire competent/friendly staff.

Horrible service and I was very disappointed to say the least, six dollars a beer is just crazy and why they don’t list it on the menu, and that wait from the kitchen for food was way too long. The meal came out separated from others at the table and some of us we were waiting while others got there meal. This is such a poorly run restaurant, that I will not be back. $ 60 for lunch for two adults and two kids.

I will agree service here is very disappointing for its Name. My husband & i walked in were told to have a seat where ever and didn’t have anyone approach us. We decided to Unilocal the reviews and notice every one said it takes about 15 – 20 minutes until you are approached which is TRUE, so we decided to call the nearest worker and ask to speak to a manager which then ART the Shift Leader came to address our issues and ALEXX became our waitress which she was very nice and attentive to us. We did get our meal on BWW which was great thank you, but as a customer I went there to pay for my food which I would of Happily done with Great Service if it was provided from the beginning with no need to complain. Overall the food was great, but there happy hour menu wasn’t the greatest selection. I came from cali and was expecting the same deals for they don’t have as great of a selection as back home. Would I return here… Most likely not. At least not this one. 1st attempt failed and by the reviews not something I would want to deal with again.

Like most comments for this BWW, I also experienced terrible service. I’ve been here for lunch and often sit at the bar. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes for anyone to come over and take my order. Last time I was here, a young lady named Alexx(two x’s and dreadlocks) was bar tending and I nearly left to eat somewhere else because service was so slow. I had requested to have a tv changed because 90% of the tvs were showing a rerun of the previous nights Sacramento basketball game… but I guess she was too busy to change the channel for me. And the foods not even all that good. I’ve been here times where it can be good but other times the wings come barely coated in sauce, or they are drenched. So it can be hit or miss

Bad service, bad attitude, awful smell coming from their bathrooms. This specific location reflects poor management.

Not sure how they are so popular. The worst service I have ever seen. This is not a one time thing e every time I go and not just the one in CC it’s all of them. About once a year a friend will ask me to go here and once a year I get reminded why it took me that long to go back. I will give them they have a bunch of TVs, drinks and the food is 5 – 7 out of 10 but I dont know how they find the staff. Interviewer: will you take care of your tables and try and get the orders right? Person: no I don’t really care much I’ll just give them what ever comes out and probable never check on them. Interviewer: I know you are looking to be a waiter but I think you have management written all over you.

Horrible service! Dirty, smelly and way out dated. We love Buffs but this was the worst one we have been to. Waited for over 20 minutes for drinks. Server never came for refills. They had numerous staff standing around eating and drinking. We were one of maybe five tables there and it took so long for our food. Pass this one up so it doesn’t ruin your Buffs experience.

Wings are great. Great choice of flavors, but way too expensive. They charge EXTRA for everything! Our waitress couldn’t even explain the bill. I’m a server, and know to explain charges ahead of time to customers. It’s a good way to lose tips. Why pay for high dollar wings, if you can’t even get a small ranch or blue cheese with it. Definitely not a stick of celery. I went for a substitution(upcharge), and my veggies were frozen. Literally, see through them frozen. Plus the ‘clean’ table wasn’t when we sat.

Unbelievably slow service(30 minutes) for a smaller crowd. We were skipped on refills multiple times(all water/tea glasses near empty) and were only given refills upon request. The staff was nice and the food was good but they need to work on being more attentive and their service speed. This is my third time coming to this location.

I always loved Buffalo Wild Wings! They say that they’re in the process of remodeling soon! Great service, great atmosphere! The bartenders are excellent! Thanks for everyone doing what you do!

I love Thursdays special on wings which is why me and my boyfriend go there, but service is terrible. The waiter/waitress confuse there tables which messed up my order; also they didn’t know who’s section I was in so they took literally 15 mins to get my drink order. This has happened twice. I had one good waiter but obviously I don’t go there for the service. The boneless wings are on point.

The food was good, just like all the other BWW chains. Service was ok. I am in town for work, so I came here to watch the UFC fights just like I do when at home. It was a surprise to me to find that they charged a cover charge. I guess it wasn’t enough to them that I came here to eat and drink a bunch of beers that they had to charge extra. The place was very full just like any fight night here. All of that said everything was alright otherwise.

This a small BW3s. No windows which is different from the ones in Houston. It is open on holidays which is a plus. After dealing with the nuts in mine for the holidays you need a beer or shot of something to forget about the craziness. HA Wings, beer, full bar, burgers, and so on. Happy Hour is different here than the other ones I have been too.

I didn’t understand the«4» part of the business title until I got to the front door where a sticker informed me that these are all independently run(franchised?) so I was hesitant to enter, but the air conditioning beckoned me in from the heat of a Texas summer… My boyfriend and I went for an early dinner and it was pretty empty except for a few families and pairs of old men hitting up the beers. The happy hour run from 4 – 7PM I believe, but don’t go out of your way to get here, there’s no specials on liquor and beer is just $ 1 off(and some special with a pitcher, but nothing noteworthy I thought). I wasn’t very hungry so I ordered the potato skins. They were pretty tasty, as were the onion rings with their special sauce(mayo and BBQ sauce, perhaps?). The bf got a chicken patty sandwich which was pretty tasty, but nothing too special. You get to choose which of the 11 or so sauces you want on it though which was a plus. We also got an order of 12 wings, 6 were spicy garlic(but I couldn’t taste the garlic at all … must be my Korean tongue, it’s not sensitive enough to minute traces of garlic) and the other 6 were tossed in the Hot BBQ sauce(which my bf decided were not that hot after all). I was confused as to how to order because apparently there are 3 different seasonings the chicken gets cooked in an an additional twelve sauces that you can choose from that they get tossed in. The menu features the sauces in a rated scale from least spicy/sweet to very spicy(though the BBQ wings weren’t hot, my bf swears that the hottest hot was very difficult to choke down the last time he was here with his buddies getting wasted). I have yet to confirm this. I also had a sour apple cocktail that was featured as part of a trio drink menu. Decent, not enough alcohol, but tasty nonetheless, although, it was so sweet it made my teeth feel itchy after I finished it up. We finished with the apple pie which, I’m fairly certain, came straight from a box to a microwave with a scoop of cheap, very airy vanilla ice cream on top. I wasn’t expecting too much because it was, after all, a dessert from a chain restaurant, and they never come fresh from an oven baked by someone’s grandmother. I’d save my money and after dinner, if dessert is indeed necessary, hit up a Coldstone Creamery or a bakery with REAL pie. The interior of the restaurant is split in two; a dining area and a bar/dining area. I think the tables are moved out at night and entertainment can be set up because I think I saw a pseudo dance floor but I can be wrong about this. There are TV monitors with various sports and«men’s» networks on and you can play those bar games if you pester a waitress/waiter for a remote. There is small arcade in the corner of the restaurant but I didn’t get a chance to see what was in it besides the ever-present claw machine in front of some flashy arcade games. The staff seemed pretty young for working where alcohol was served, but they were pleasant enough. It seemed slow because there was only 4 other groups in the entire restaurant but it seemed that the waitress wasn’t anticipating the timing of our meal correctly and was a bit surly at times. Overall, a good experience but nothing spectacular. I’d only go to watch a big game or if I have a hankering for wings.
