I was in on 6 – 6 and as soon as I entered the building I was immediately greeted by the guy working the front register. He was very friendly and attentive when I was ordering. When I had completed my order he read it back to me to ensure it was correct. I then went and filled my drink and when my order was ready they had it all bagged and the guy who took my order was headed outside to clean up to maintain a great store appearance. The store was clean and in great condition. I would recommend it to all my friends and visit again.

I’m a big fan. Given the choice, I will pick Jimmy Johns over Subway every time. The bread is way better. The bread has the perfect combination of softness on the inside with just the right amount of chewiness in the crust… will never fall apart on you. I appreciate the convenience of the drive through, and at this location the employee on the mike and at the window was super friendly. Almost trying too hard, BUT I’d prefer that to the alternative. Perhaps they’ve taken some of the previous poor service reviews to heart. idk, but either way they treated me well. I was slightly — and I do mean very slightly — surprised that it did take a little longer than I expected, but I can’t complain. When you’re used to them making the sandwich in 30 seconds and they take a minute instead, you may raise an eyebrow, but hey, there’s no problem here. I’ll admit it… I was spoiled. Overall good experience. I’ll be back.

Waited two hours for a sandwich and a rootbeer. I called twice to check where it was both times I was assured it would be only a few minutes. It was very much longer than that. On top of it, they forgot my drink. At this point, I would expect my sandwich to be free or at least discounted for all the hassle. Something. It was a huge inconvenience and being pregnant and starving is not a good feeling, especially since I ordered before my lunch hour to be able to have it on time, and it arrived after my lunch hour was well over and their main slogan is freaky fast delivery…

Ordered delivery from here recently. The woman on the phone was very polite. My sandwich was correctly prepared. And it arrived freaky-deaky fast. I custom ordered a turkey tom with additions and deletions. They got it right. And, trust me, my husband will correctly point out that I can order with enough special changes to confuse anyone. As a quick lunchtime meal sent to my office door and keeping me out of the snow and ice, it works.

When we asked for our sandwich to be cut in thirds, the«assistant manager» told us he couldn’t do it, that they only make one cut. What poor customer service. Freaking ridiculous!

The sandwich was good, as per usual. But the subs were not so fast that I freaked. I waited about 15 minutes for my order of 2 sandwiches… One of the workers there seemed to be mad and was yelling at the other workers, it started feeling a little hostile in there.

Gourmet? Hardly! Subway is better than this place. The staff all said hello to us, but I had to have the worker add stuff to my sandwich, evidently«I would like everything on my sandwich» means only lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Eck! Sandwich didn’t even have cheese.
