We went to pick up our pack and hold for our daughter who is attending University of Iowa. The pack and hold program is the best, especially when moving your child half way across the country.
I would like to especially thank Jay and Joel who honored our coupon that we somehow lost in store. They made sure we had extra carts when we needed them and we just so personal and helpful on what I am sure was a busy weekend.
The store in general is amazing. While I was looking for that coupon that we lost I noticed that shelves where we picked items from were already rearranged and back in perfect retail order

Don’t buy any furniture here. Low quality, bad instructions (yeah, you have to put it together) and not a hassle free refund. I’m still waiting on a refund for order BBB6007861295 SKU 41 382 233. I don’t think that I’ll ever get my money back. It is awful. And they advertise «easy refund» as a service.

The crew that helped me out today were fantastic! I am design illiterate and the staff were able to point me in the right direction with my master bedroom needs. Curtis greeted me and the conversation was easy and he had another associate tend to me from then till the end. I’m a newbie to the area and they were super welcoming (obviously they want my business-I’m in the market for all new stuff in my condo!) but they did a good job being genuine as well.
I love that if you aren’t happy with something you can bring it back as well.
