Took the kid 5 minutes of going back and forth over the phone to figure out if he could or couldn’t deliver to my address. After finally figuring out he couldn’t I drove down to this terribly inefficient franchise. Understanding these are kids running kids is probably the biggest cause for this ineptitude. Putting in my order and this guy can’t understand no Mayo add dijon. After that I began to sit and watch as customer after customer came in ordered and then got their food and left. After awhile I got up and asked where the order was at. The expeditor had put my order on the side and had failed to do his due diligence to figure out where it was going. Was offered a complimentary soda for my trouble so far, thanks but no thanks, I don’t drink soda just expect a small semblance of brains when I go into a store. Now I’m back home and what did I get a sandwich WITH Mayo no mustard and pickles not even cut(not that big of a deal but when you ask me and I respond with a choice you better friggin deliver). In the end this place is ran terribly and it’s only a sandwich store but you have a brand and this place does not«deliver» on it.

Went in around 9:30pm. The guys where super helpful. They where closing in 30 mins and the food was still fresh and tasted amazing. Usually, I know when I work and we are about to close in 30min I kinda get like really dude. But Richard had nothing but smiles and laughter. He made my night. I live down south, but I will definitely be heading back up that way for a late night fresh sandwich! Thanks guys at jimmy johns. Richard you where so helpful. That turkey tommy was on point.

Very very tough. At my business, we order Jimmy John’s about 10 times a day? I realize this franchise is new however: The first gentleman to take my order could not speak English, so much so, that I actually thought that I was being pranked?!? Conversation sample, «your phone number sir?», I say 719−243…, he says«719−284…», after the 3rd time Mis-repeating, I asked for someone else. The SECOND person, took my address/phone number, but absolutely could not process a payment. After 8 minutes on the phone I asked for the manager, he then said«your order is ready to leave the store» and processed payment. 30 min later, still waiting for delivery, I call back and he says(Chase, manager) says you were third in que, and we only have two drivers. Finally, 42 minutes after ordering sandwich in hand! FREAKYFAST?!? You decide!
