Stopped in here for«Customer Appreciation Day» on April 21st. The store was listed as participating in the $ 1 sub deal on that day. When I arrived there was a line as I expected. But, they told us they would be doing theirs on May 19th. We were free to order at regular prices. What a crappy way to treat customers and hang your employees out to dry at the same time. This franchisee should be ashamed! I have been here several times as its right by my house, but never again. I felt used and they wasted my time.

Jimmy Johns Rocks! Always fast fresh and delicious. Love the Italian club #9 with hot peppers. Bread is always warm and fresh which is the key to a good sub sandwich. I am a regular.

So, my weekly splurge on Jimmy John’s was a little different this time. I’m not sure who took my order but I was interrupted to be asked if I’d like to add cheese. First, for the last two years I have never been asked that and there’s been cheese on my club lulu, I mean come on, it’s a club sandwich. Second, my sandwich was not made how I like it because I was cut off and it was finished being made by the time the conversation was done. Good points on speed but having someone cut me off and then to be treated like it was an odd thing to suddenly not have cheese on this sandwich is enough to not go back. I’ll find somewhere else that doesn’t want to charge extra for something that should be on a sandwich who hires people that let you finish ordering before cutting you off.

I’ve been to this location twice and ordered delivery once. There is something about freshly made sandwiches made and delivered«freaky fast» that I really enjoy. I’m actually surprised to see negative reviews and would encourage people to try it out! Five stars from me.

I ordered a sandwich here, specifically told the cashier what I wanted on the sandwich, picked up the sandwich, and left. Upon returning home, I realized that even though I said«no mayo,» this thing was slathering with mayo. I called to see if I could get a delivery person to rectify my wrongly prepared order and I was too that I was out of delivery range. I live 6 miles from this particular store, which is apparently too far to drive, even to correct a mistake. I suppose that I am on another Jimmy John’s turf or something. Continuing, the guy on the phone said that he could do nothing else for me and that if I wanted to speak to a customer service rep, that I could expect a call in approximately 3 business days. What a joke! Anyway, this is my first, and likely my last, trip to Jimmy John’s.

This was my first time at any Jimmy John’s restaurant, so I have no other frame of reference. I figured it would be similar to Subway, but hopefully better… I was wrong, I consider Subway far superior. I was in the area and just stopped on a whim for a quick lunch. My experience at this particular location was that it was dirty(floors and tables), which was weird because one of the workers was spraying like a madman to clean the glass entrance door(not a good smell in such a small space, btw), but the floors and tables were dirty. Uh, weird priorities… The food was just bad. But they are fast! In fact, it was comical how quickly they had my sandwich ready. OK, I get it… I heard the ads and I know that’s their«thing». But listen, take a little more time and make a better sandwich and provide better service to your face-to-face customers. It’s great to have fast delivery, but it seems silly when you are physically standing there. Maybe if the food was good it would be OK… but overall it’s just a joke to throw together a bad sandwich with blazing speed. So this place isn’t for me and I’ll shy away from any other Jimmy John’s based on this experience.

I’ve gotten sick from this location twice now… first time had the tuna and just thought it might have gone bad. Second time had the Italian and was back at the toilet… needless to say… I WILLNOT be back!

I have gone here twice. Both times they’ve F’d up my order. I choose JJ’s since the unwich works well with my diet. First time: asked for no mayo on both sandwiches. Instead of none they were both smothered. $ 17 down the drain 2nd time: The girl taking my order was sick as in her nose was red like rudolph and running like a river which she kept wiping with her hand. I ordered my bootlegger as an unwich. After taking my order the other two behind the counter were chatting so she attempted to make my sandwich without washing or cleaning or gloving her hands. Thankfully someone else stepped up. If this had happened I would’ve barked! Got home and my sandwich was prepared on white bread so I took out the filing and ate that alone. Will not be going back and will tell everyone I know if the area to avoid.
