My drink was great I got the cookies and cream with boba the service was not good because only one person was working but she did well for a full store.

Great boba, but terrible service. It’s disappointing that anywhere we go now people feel entitled to a tip for making a beverage or scooping ice cream. I walked in at 10:00 on a Monday night and received a lack luster greeting, but still somewhat friendly. After ordering my drink and paying It seemed like the cashiers attitude changed. It dawned on me why once I left. The cashier saw that I put a «0» on the tip line. I am all for tiping for good service. However I don’t think a tip is necessary with any retail transaction. A tip is to show appreciation for being served not being an order taker. Ive been to the coffee and tea zone downtown and they are much more friendly and personable. I will not be back to this location, I will with out a doubt visit the downtown one again.

I haven’t written a review in ages, but thought this was an appropriate time to do so. I came from Oklahoma(with two friends) to visit a mutual friend who moved to Colorado Springs with her husband. We decided we wanted bubble tea because we are avid drinkers. We each ordered 4 different drinks: a coconut drink, cookies and crème coffee(with boba), a green tea matcha(with boba), and a milk tea(with boba). The service seemed to be quite patient and kind, until all 3 of my friends received their drinks within 5 minutes. I was pondering where mine was, but realized there was a rush of around 8 – 10 people who walked through the door. Mine was finished, but sitting on the back corner. I understand this was because of the unexpected rush, however when I went to the counter to ask for my matcha(sitting on the back counter) there wasn’t an apology from either of the two employees. My mom is from Taiwan, where bubble tea originated from, and milk tea is really the ‘classic’ boba drink and should be perfected before being served. Unfortunately, my friend’s milk tea was incredibly sweet — he was able to finish his, but was dissatisfied. The coconut and cookies and cream boba was actually quite tasty. The final drink, my bubble tea(green tea matcha) was incredibly too sweet. I went to the counter and politely asked if I could receive a newly made matcha with half the sugar. The worker looked a little perplexed and said that it was against policy to remake a drink. I asked if they pre-make the matcha with sweetener. She replied yes, and shared that she had also put additional sugar in the drink. Needless to say, they did not remake my drink — I told them it wasn’t a problem. I only drank ¼ of my drink and threw the rest in the trash can dumpster a ways away from the store. I’m giving 3⁄5 stars because I understand how important and even detrimental Unilocal reviews can be. Yet, I want to make it clear that the bubble tea needs work — 2 out of 4 of the drinks were far, far, far too sweet. The purpose of milk tea and matcha is to place tea at the forefront and sweetener as an accompaniment. I certainly don’t place blame the workers, as they were only following store policy. I would just recommend working a bit more on the bubble tea and being upfront about the sweetness.

I’m giving this place 2 stars because the service was awful. The girls working were rude and unprofessional. I’ve been to the downtown one many times and never had a problem. First time coming to this one and I won’t be going back.

I love the downtown Coffee and Tea Zone on Tejon! This location was not the same in service. The two girls working seemed unprofessional and didn’t care too much. I asked for a soy drink and as they were making the drink the girl says to the other«I can’t remember which is the soy» my friend and I got the same drink so we weren’t sure either. These girls aren’t proficient is customer service or work ethic.

Super yummy hot chocolate! I usually always stop here before or after a movie during the winter months just for a cup of hot chocolate. The prices are super affordable, and they have lots of pastry snacks that are delicious!

Favorite place to get some honeydew or taro boba tea unless someone can point me to somewhere better! Good customer service.

Another pleasant surprise in the First and Main Town Center. I had very low expectations when we went in. The interior could you some maintenance, but the coffees came out great! And the theater didn’t even give us a hassle walking in with outside drinks. Shocking!

We were staying at a nearby hotel and stopped here on 7÷15÷15. My kids wanted to try the boba tea. I personally did not like it but they did. I had a café au lait and my husband ordered a hot chocolate. They were average as far as drinks go. The décor is a weird mix of fake flowers, brassy colors, and checkered tiles on the walls. The service was very good. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful. They do have comfortable seating so you can stay and visit while enjoying your drink.

I live near here and this is very convenient, but what I like is not only the coffee but the service is great! They are always happy to see me and know how I like my coffee prepared. I always try to support local independent business and keep revenue local, so yes there are 2 other corporate concepts nearby with drive threw but I will always take the time to find parking to support them. I also like the fact I can also grab a snack if I’m running late.

Went here because I am a big fan of bubble tea with boba. The reviews are great but are very wrong. My tea had white flakes floating through it, my «boba» which was just tapioca pearls instead of actual boba were unrinsed, gooey and the chewiest bits I’ve ever had, also there was no syrup. My boyfriend asked for a hot chai tea with East Indian spiced tea. The woman taking our order didn’t even ask what kind of tea he wanted; he had to tell her three times before she understood. What he got was nothing like that. He was given a chai LATTE with almond milk. He ordered chai TEA. Drove 20mins to this place and it was a severe disappointment. Will not be returning. Anyone who says this is good has never had actual good bubble tea. Reviews also say the atmosphere is great… it is not. It is cramped, the tv is so high up that it’s impossible to watch and it’s just not very welcoming. There were 5 – 6 people working when all they needed was 2.

This place has one of the best boba tea I’ve ever had. There are a lot of different flavors to choose from. My favorite is just the simple strawberry boba and my husband’s favorite is the mango boba. Both very good. We like to pick up two before we head into the movies. They also make really great hot drinks. Never eaten there though so I can’t really comment on that.

This is the PERFECT place to come, hang out and watch K-Pop and other random videos while waiting for your movie next door. I’m thrilled there’s a place in Colorado Springs that offer bubble tea, chai tea, and frozen slushes mixed and cooked to perfection. It’s so hard to get really soft tapioca balls and properly mixed chai and bubble teas. You sometimes get crunchy crap on the bottom of the cup, chalky and overly sweet concoctions and all at the wrong temperature. I’ve only had the bubble tea and the chai tea but my friend tells me their mochas are delicious and better than Starbucks. My only wish for their menu was more add-ins like pudding, crystal jellies, or mini pearls. Also, a panini couldn’t hurt either. They’re open late nights, there’s free Wi-Fi and plenty of comfy seating so you can chat it up with your friends and kick back.
