This review is for my mom Melissa… BADREVIEWAFTERBADREVIEWREALLY??? How is this store still in business??? This is honestly ridiculous i mean seriously what is the general manager and the district manager doing going to the spa all day? I went in to get skin products for a modeling job coming up and the register froze mid transaction they charged my card refused to give me my product and made me stand there for an hour and a half, while my elderly mother who just suffered from a stroke 2 months ago, waited in the car the whole time, all they did was call an IT guy that was disrespectful to me on the phone and they lied to me told me they would put the money back on my card. Till this day i have not heard anything from them and 110 dollars was stolen from me by ULTA! They made me cry in the store and my mother sat in the hot car to long I had to take her to the doctor for dehydration. And after all this I will lose my modeling job due to my skin being dry this could have been fixed easy now its a huge deal. All of the complaints i see on this page could have been avoided easy with better customer service and new management!

My last visit was just a few days ago. When I left this location I decided not to go back due to how disgusting it is. It seems like every tester is marked up, ground out or used to mark the display shelves. Product is taken out of the boxes, used and put back to be bought by customers. In the last 2 years I have bought several used items which have been promptly thrown away. Employees are nonexistent except for the benefit brow people who are nice. I didn’t see one other employee in the store other than the cashier, tho I did see two women walking through, filling up a backpack with products they clearly weren’t paying for. I emailed the company and got a bs reply about my complaint getting forwarded to the district manager. I’ll not be holding my breath for a change and will just skip the physical store and do any shopping online.

I went in yesterday with a friend to purchase some new makeup. we were greeted when we walked in but that was it. No one asked us if we we’re doing okay or anything as we continued to shop. ½ the things we were looking for were apparently out of stock, but we couldnt find anyone who worked there to ask. After 10 minutes of looking and a decent haul we made our way to the register. However, NOONE was there. Looking around we saw 2 employees(a tall man with no hair and a shorter gal with long hair) who were testing out makeup on their hands, and there were no customer with them. We waiting almost 5 minutes without any help, put our things on the counter and left. Its fine to learn abour product but dont leave registers empty and ignore customers.

I love Ulta stores! The only downside to this location is at some points there are only 2 people working! However they are always juggling customers, phones, lines, and whatnot all while trying to help everyone! The benefit girls are awesome!

Did this place turn into a Best Buy? I usually have positive experiences but today, I can’t say that I have. We were asked by at least FIVE sales associates if we needed help with anything. Friendly but just annoying. Every time we turned the corner we were bothered. Which does remind me of the Best Buy right down the street from Ulta. We even had the same sales associate ask us again minutes after the last time she asked. We are still just browsing lol! I’m glad they are making sure every customer is covered and what not but it got really annoying at one point. It eventually drove us out of the store.

For the salon — I stopped in on a Saturday morning and asked if they had any open appointments — they were able to fit me in with MacKenzie. She took time to talk through a lot of options with me, looked through color swatches, and found me the perfect reddish shade for lowlights. She was super nice and helpful, fixed a botched cut, and my hair looked awesome afterwards!

I have been here about 7x & have only had 1 pleasant experience. I’ve encountered rude employees and never get any help while I am in here! Save yourself a headache and go to Sephora, where the employees are always happy to be of service.
