Worst Starbucks experience ever today. I left in tears! The cashier was so rude– we got to the counter and I asked what was in a certain Frappuccino and he rolled his eyes and said«yeah I don’t know that. I’ve had the worst day of my life today.» So we said we were sorry to hear that, and he just stared at us until another worker told us what was in the frapp. Then I asked if he could tell me if I was a gold member or not, since the app wasn’t telling me. He slammed his hands on the counter, put his head down, rolled his eyes and informed us — he wouldn’t know anything about being a gold member because he actually has bills to pay and child support so he can’t afford to be a gold member or even have a bank account of his own. I was soooo confused– I thought I was being pranked. I went to my table near tears because of being scolded by this guy. Then we got our frapps, two flavors we always get, and they looked like just plain white vanilla frapps. I tried it and sure enough, no flavor, just vanilla frapps. So my husband went up and asked it to be remade(a caramel cocoa cluster) and they handed him a smores and told him it was a cocoa cluster. My husband didn’t know since it was my drink he was correcting, so he hands it to me and though it was wrong, we had had enough of dealing with them and left. My husbands drink was wrong too but he decided to just keep it rather than deal with them again. I definitely can’t get over how I was treated– I’ll go to the Starbucks by King Soopers now

I really wish I could give a good rating for this Starbucks because of it’s size and location but the service and drinks are consistently awful. The baristas need to be retrained on how to properly pull a shot. The lattes are usually bitter and the staff gives me the impression that they don’t really care. I get better coffee and service at the Starbucks in Target and Safeway. That’s sad.

I went to the drive thru and they forgot to give me the seasonal scone I ordered and paid for. Went back and they gave it to me, but didn’t issue an apology or even seemed to really care. It’s a busy place but they should have better customer service.

My go-to coffee shop close to home 5-stars for a Starbucks. I usually go through the drive through, and you know what? They are the friendliest. And they’ve never messed up my order. I even forgot my wallet once and the gal working the drive thru gave me my drink anyways because, «You’re here every day.» Kei(spelling?) is always such a sweetheart, too. And Bo, too. These guys are great. I’m all for supporting smaller shops like Kangaroo and Dutch Brothers, but the service I get here really keeps me coming back.

For the most part, I come here at least 3 times a week! I go thru the drive through for convenience and they are pretty fast with the lines There was only 1 time when I ordered the pumpkin spice latte the gave me a pumpkin spice syrup with milk, no expresso shots. I ended up going back there and they corrected it.

First we waited til they notice they has a customer that wasn’t at the drive thru. Then they forgot to make my drink til 2 customers passed me I spoke up and asked. That didn’t go over if I pissed her off. The latte has 3 inch of foam on it. That is not a latte. Then she remade it and the cup had coffee all down the side of it. As she made the second of our drinks and then again she didn’t relized we has 2 of the same drink .and again she was pissed. It was so hot I burn the heck out of my tongue. She has her hair in her face and a dirt rag on the counter wiping the parts off. And most of all I watched her make 4 lattes with the same ground scoop of beans. I think that when I pay 3 + for coffee I should get fresh steamed beans .With each cup. I did decided to take to the manager. She didn’t seem concerned much. she refund my money on my request. She didn’t offer it. The customer before me was dissatisfied with her drink as well. When they remade b it the girl was so p issued she over did the lemon fav. And the lady then threw it away. Never will we back to this starbuck and I drink enough to have a gold card.

Starbucks rarely let’s you down. The aroma coming out of the drive-thru window makes a trip worthwhile even before the drinks. Getting drinks for the kids and a blonde roast is always the best. Even a pour over at night hits the spot. Today was no exception.

I love the fireplace and the great customer service! Bo makes the best drinks and always greets you with a smile! If you are a regular they will know your Drink by memory and Bo is awesome at this aka Superman!!! The bathroom is always clean & the outside area also.

Great coffee for so so prices! Always hit up a Starbucks when I’m in need of fresh coffee. 7 eleven and most other places seem to lie about when they made coffee last. They are very consistent in the coffee.

I sat at the drive thru, saying ‘helllooooo’ for quite some time. Finally someone took our order. There was only one other car in front of us. Not the traditional friendly Washington service we are used to. Our drinks were handed to us without comment. The coffee was scalding hot(like wait 45 minutes hot). I’m disappointed by the image this particular shop is putting out there for the brand I otherwise support.

Coffee… tea…just a cup of water? Whatever your thirst is crying out for Starbucks is sure to please. I went in to purchase 20 gift cards. Trying not to hold the line up, we did them in a couple of transactions(great for my stars towards a free drink). They were very accommodating with my requests. Loved the seating areas! Very comfortable and clean.
