It’s Red Lobster. Tastes like every other Red Lobster I’ve ever eaten at. Ordered a salad and a lobster tail on the side.

I got three words for them. THIS. PLACE. SUCKS. Every time I go the seafood is rubbery. I tried to crack open my crab legs and they were like a rubber bouncing ball. the manager sort of scolded me about not telling my waitress about it and I scolded her back saying, well, if I ever saw her I would have. Crappy seafood. I think they have Spongebob cooking in the back.

Service was not great, didn’t get silverware or any plates to start — took over 45 minutes to even get biscuits. Our server was nice but not very apologetic for the crappy service, however I’m sure not everything was her fault. I had to get up and ask a bartender for plates though. Drinks were all mixers and hardly any alcohol. Food was okay but also not great, especially for the price I paid. Definitely the worst Red Lobster experience I have EVER had — I would not come back to this location or recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I can’t remember the last time I ate at Red Lobster but my daughter wanted to go there, so that’s where we went. Overall, it was a good experience, however their famous cheese biscuits were a tad bit on the luke warm side. I requested several times, fresh, hot biscuits which I finally got after the third serving. My kids were very pleased with their meal, I thought, it was a little over priced, especially for the small portion of fish I received. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which made for a nice evening with my kids.

I gave them a three because the server JR was great, polite, engaging and knowledgeable. The restaurant was pretty empty so I was not sure about the delay in getting served. The food was typical Red Lobster dining, if you stay with fried/broiled seafood you will come out ok. If you stray from their specialty you will most likely be disappointed.

Not sure why so many negative reviews. We were traveling thru and stopped for late lunch/early dinner. Food was good, service was very nice. Big portions so we took lots of food home. Very nice experience.

Went here to have a birthday dinner for my daughter. Staff were very friendly and without reservation setup for my group of about 15 people. Only waited about 10 min before being seated. Waiter was courteous and shared the table with another server. Service was Fairley quick due to over half of us were there already. .seeing the menu and prices I was thinking this would be a great place. I was disappointed with the food I selected which was the stuffed flounder and shrimp. My gf got the lobster brisk which tasted like it came from a can. Mine tasted like stove top stuffing on my fish. The side was broccoli and cheese which looked like they had just took a pinch out of a cheese bag and heated in a microwave. the rest of my family members and friends had similar dissatisfaction with the food but it went upbeat when the staff came out and we all joined in to sing happy birthday to my daughter. I don’t believe I’ll be going back any time soon. But I think I’ll give one more shot in the future.

Upon entering this Red Lobster we immediately felt like we were interrupting the hostess’ personal conversation with another employee. Then, we waited about 10 minutes to even be greeted by our server. We ordered drinks and she walked away before we could even order an appetizer. When she finally came back we still didn’t get our drinks but she wanted to take our order. We ordered an appetizer and stated we weren’t ready to order our meal yet. The plating was HORRIBLE on the appetizer and didn’t even look worth eating. Our meals were decent but we had to flag her down for more drinks and waited for a long time to get the bill. When she finally brought our check she tried to guilt trip us into giving her a good review stating they were holding a server contest and the winner received a $ 25 gas card and that back-to-school shopping was expensive. On our way out the hostess didn’t even acknowledge that we were leaving the restaurant. Honestly, I would never eat here again(and I love the Red Lobster biscuits!) and I would never recommend it!

Went there after church with our whole family(10) as my(older) mother wanted to go. I hadn’t been to a Red Lobster in over 30 years and now I remember why. The restaurant itself was way nicer than they used to be and the service was good. The food was horrible., We had lots of different things. shrimp, crab legs, hamburger, chef salad, chicken wings, chicken Alfredo, Not one thing was good. Do not go to Red Lobster. Ever.

I’m only giving 2 stars because of cheddar bay biscuits and the décor. Other then that the food isn’t even worth the price. It’s all frozen and deep fried. The price is outrageous for the taste and look of the food they serve. The lobsters aren’t even real Maine lobsters and I know this because I eat lobster every year in Maine. Save your money and eat at a better place with less fried and processed food.

Terrible experience… called in an order for take out an hour prior to pick up. To my dismay the staff did not ring in the order. I found that out after waiting at the bar for 15 minutes to pick it up. Too bad I couldn’t try the food :(

The food was your standard Red Lobster options. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I love the lobster, crab and seafood stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. The new seafood bakes are a definite improvement over the outdated dinner platters they’ve had forever. I recommend the crab, and roasted garlic seafood bake because of the corn and potatoes. I will definitely be returning in the future if I’m craving for seafood.

I will not give this restaurant a second chance, the waitress was nice but the food was cooked wrong all of it. Our garlic biscuits were cold, my order was overcooked and the salad I had before the meal was suspect. I had way too much salad dressing on in which it was hard to tell the freshness or how clean the lettuce was until I started shifting through and saw dirt on a leaf. It could have also be a wilted brown you should not serve to people lettuce. I ordered a sirloin steak with blue cheese and asparagus and mashed potato’s. When the plate arrived, I noticed that the cheese on my steak was not crusted as it should of looked but it had the look as if it was put in a microwave or sitting out in the sun melted . Another set of red flags started shooting up was my asparagus was almost brown VERYOVERCOOKED soggy and limp. I asked for medium well which means a pink center, I got a hockey puck overcooked well burnt and the garlic potatoes just was average nothing which was on my fork maybe two times just to be fair. When I order food and you present a picture of what I’m going to eat or how about I know how food should be presented and cooked who ever are the cooks in Red Lobster in these particular restaurant needs to be retrained or fired! I was with a group of co-workers and didn’t want to make an issue, but don’t worry there were little complaints around the table but not as major as myself.

Okay let’s start with the fact that I stood at the front door for at least 5 minutes while in view of several servers who saw me and ignored me. Finally I was sat. Sever was friendly. Upon placing my drink order I became aware that an off duty server sat at the booth close to me. As I have been in the restaurant business for the last 20 years I realize that the staff needs to unwind. The funny thing, or not so much for me, was that several, on the clock employees, sat down and were hanging out. FYI I walked the rest of the store just to see if they could of sat in a closed section. I tried to ignore everything going on and relax and enjoy a cold beer and my food, after a 15 hr work day. I also manage a restaurant. Beer arrives with a bug in it. More employees come to kick it with all the other employees. While I try to enjoy my food, I get to hear«yeah tell the kitchen that’s for me… hook it up «oh and they were having cocktails… fun and professional to do where you work. So I guess what I am saying is if you are bold enough to put your name on the front door, Michelle, get your house in order from one GM to another. BTW there was ZERO manager presence in the dinning room, bar or for that matter in the building… And did I mention that this was on a holiday weekend. NEED I SAYMORE Great $ 50.00 relaxing dinner I spent on myself

After driving 2.5 hours to get here, we were greeted with a 45 minute wait. Not off to a good start. The staff was rude. Every other family and group that came in AFTER us was seated BEFORE us. We heard the server say to a couple of 2 «oh I’m going to put you in a booth that will seat 6 if that’s okay.» We asked the manager why that wasn’t OUR booth and she said«it would be too much added pressure on the server since she’s already serving a group of 20.» I’m sorry but they need to retrain their staff to be able to adjust and deal with the fact that sometimes you may have to move out of your assigned area to serve paying customers. Annoying and unnecessary. The bathrooms were trashed. The food was cold. The server was slow, and we saw many workers just standing around doing absolutely nothing productive. The massive groups left long before we did, yet their mess wasn’t cleaned up by the time we were headed for the car. Gross. Wish I could award lower than 1 star.

I don’t know why I come here which is not that often but I’m usually dragged her by my sister who loves the cheddar biscuits. But let’s face it, this is not fresh seafood. It is prepackaged, frozen and over priced. I wish they would change the seafood stuffing that they stuff the fish with which has a weird flavor to it like cinnamon or something odd. They portions have gotten smaller, I guess they want you to fill up on the biscuits so you won’t notice.

Burnt food. Non caring wait staff, and a waste of 40.00. They should hire people who want to work.

I went here yesterday for lunch with some coworkers and was absolutely not impressed. The food took forever to come out and half of it was cold, they got my salad wrong(chicken instead of shrimp when the salad I ordered was a «Grilled Shrimp Salad»), and the service was slow. I got the grilled shrimp combo(soup and salad) and my coworkers got the fried fish, lobster alfredo(I think), honey glazed chicken, and the shrimp and chicken. As a side most of them got broccoli and the creamy mashed potatoes. Every one of them complained that their sides were cold, the person who got the fried fish said it tasted like fish sticks, and the broccoli wasn’t warm at all. Like I said before, they got my salad wrong and the food that wasn’t cold or wrong only tasted okay — nothing special. To top it all off, the service was slow. Our waiter took forever to get any drink refills and our checks — it was honestly just sad. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. If you want seafood in the Tri-City area, I’d recommend you try some place else… like Brickhouse.

This Red Lobster seems rundown and in dire need of a remodel. Part of the lights were out of the main sign and the«Red Lobster» letters on one side were completely missing. Our group of five were seated quickly, but packed w/the other patrons in one section of the restaurant. I understand restaurants do this to consolidate their servers, but seemed a little unnecessary. Our food was ok, but nothing spectacular. First impressions do matter — as we left the parking lot, we were wondering what the«nicer looking» restaurant w/working lights around an outside seating area was. Oh, it’s one of the new«fancy» Arby’s being tested in this area. Red Lobster should know they are in trouble when the Arby’s next door looks more appealing! I wouldn’t kill myself to avoid returning, but wouldn’t go out of my way either.
