Great place! Sad to see them closing. Southpark is all about the bigbox and high rent pushes out small business.

This is a fantastic lunch spot! I know they don’t get the business they deserve. The staff is really nice. I used to work at a retailer close by right after they moved locations, and a few of them would shop where I worked. They were always talking it up and really pleasant about working there; if you go, you’ll see why.
My most recent visit, I picked up some fresh fish. That’s the real draw in for me. I bought 2lbs of halibut to make some stew (it turned out great!) When I went in, I was greeted with a smile and a hello. Service was immediate– he stopped doing whatever it was he was working on to help me. It was very quick. The woman that was also working talked to me for a minute. She was very pleasant.
I’ve only ever purchased fish and ate lunch here. Friendly heads up– besides fish, they also offer other meats.
Do yourself a favor (and them) and stop by. If you do, leave them a review– this business deserves good word of mouth.

This place is so awesome! I’ve eaten here at least 4 times now and I’m never disappointed. As soon as I get into town to visit, I normally stop here first for the crab cake sandwich and potato salad on the side. All crab and not much filler and it’s perfect! They don’t fry anything but that’s fine with me! I’d rather have seafood that isn’t drenched in grease. I even purchased a red velvet cupcake and it was delicious. Also, the shrimp and crab pizza and the chicken wings are good! Go Go Go, you won’t be disappointed :-)

How does this place have only a handful of reviews. Super clean, friendly staff, and great food. Why in the world would you go to Red Lobster or any of the other crappy chain peddling their crappy seafood. If you’re in CH, check it out. It’s worth it.

This place is the absolute best! I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the high prices.

I got the crab and shrimp pizza, it was amazing! Tried the seafood pasta also good! Fresh seafood highly recommend! Well worth the price, $ 13 I only ate half and I love pizza so the size is perfect for the price. Key lime pie was amazing as well!

I’d noticed this place for a while but never took the time to check it out. I came for lunch with my auntie and we had the crab cake sandwich… OMG…so good! Made with the lump crab, not fried, not too much breading… cooked in a convection oven. It was on a croissant with lettuce and tomato. I had potato salad for my side but really wished they offered fries! I will definitely be back for the shrimp-​n-​crab pizza! The staff was very friendly. It was quick and well worth the $ 11! Sorry, I didn’t take a picture but I was so excited to eat it I forgot about taking a picture! ;-D My aunt had wings to go and can I say OMG. So good. Well seasoned!

Love love love this place. They always have interesting and delicious specials as well as a full surf and turf raw shop. Their sushi is also top notch, and is yummy and authentic! I have had the fish tacos, shrimp po boy, steamed and seasoned shrimp, and many other dishes and they were all equally as good as the last. Oh! I almost forgot to mention their she — crab soup. It’s home made and wonderful! A little spicy, a little sweet, if you like she — crab soup there’s is a must-​try. Sometimes my husband would bring me a big container of it home! Mmmmm! Definitely would recommend this place ¹⁰⁄₁₀.

First let me say I was totally delighted when I noticed the little flag outside that said Tri-​City Surf n Turf, I was on my way to find another restaurant that was not part of a chain and was driving right past when I felt the need to stop and see what they had to offer. When I first walked in I wasn’t sure if they served food or was a meat and seafood market. I was so excited when j found out yea they do have a menu and the food is totally fresh. The crab legs and the lobster with butter on the side melts in your mouth so good! I also ordered the spinach and potatoes, the potatoes were made with cheddar cheese and bacon with a wonderful flavor and could stand on its own! Topped it off with a delicious cake with pineapple and coconut not sure what it’s called but it was light and fluffy so good! If I am ever in town again I will definitely be back! This is definitely a diamond in this little city once you stop by you will be mad at yourself for not stopping sooner.
