First of all, we did not get the loaded fry or potato cakes. Second my two classic b/c did not have cheese. My family and I wanted ¨Arbyś¨ for Father’s Day dinner. Check number was #2766777 – 1 and $ 32.41 was the total. The bun was soggy and the watery cheese ran off on the paper. I had to combine the bottoms of two sandwiches and use regular bread for the second sandwich. There was a reason I wanted beef and cheddar on an onion roll. Third, there was no Arby sauce included in the bag. When I called I was told the only thing of importance was the missing food. I could drive 20 minutes each way or they could write my name down in a book and come by ¨when I was in the area.¨ What happened to your restaurant in Colonial Heights? I guess you guys have been demoted to a McDonalds or Burger King status. Waste of money, time and worst experience ever. Happy Fatherś Day!

Awesome place to come to eat, very inviting atmosphere. They have a fire place, t.v.s and also very friendly staff. Good food of course lol. Have fun, sit for a while and fill your belly!

So my typical rating for any fast food place is 2 stars. It’s been a lot of years since I’ve eaten at an Arby’s but the size of this place, and the grass-fed beef sign caught my eye. So it turns out this is the world’s largest Arby’s! That alone is pretty cool. Ordered a typical Arby dipped sandwich. Wasn’t the greatest but wasn’t terrible. I think it may be more the novelty of having a grass-fed beef sandwich in the world’s largest Arby’s is cool.

We just stopped by for lunch today with the kids, and this Arby is awesome! The sandwich are juicy and tasty, the customer service is great, and the place is neat and clean. Pit smoked ham and bacon, roasted beef and bacon and smoke house brisket are so gooooood!

Amazing and delicious! The lady at the counter said this was the largest Arby’s in the country. Fun fact ha ha. Was really cool the variety of choices and high quality ingredients.

I want to like this location; really, I do… decided to try the re-introduced smokehouse brisket sandwich along with a new menu item, garlic parmesan house~made chips, pricey endeavor for a sandwich and some chips, topped off at nearly 10 $ and not worth the price, the brisket was dry as the desert and by the time I arrived home the chips on top were wilted from being placed on top of the warm sandwich, I did manage to get a few that were on bottom which were crisp and taste good with a good amount of garlic/parmesan flavors to savor. I guess the chips sucked the moisture from the brisket :/who knows? but I’ve had the sandwich before and it was fantastic, I want to try the smokehouse turkey but I will chance it at another location. This Arby’s is said to be one of their largest, it has outdoor seating, a drive~thru and huge indoors. They also have a varied menu which offers mexican food and eskimo pie desserts along with their regular menu items, they also have rotisserie chicken and veggies, it’s a bit outdated but the service was friendly and fast, they have a high volume operation located in between the South Park Mall and Fort Lee Army post, I just wish I had a better eating experience here.

The girl at the window was very nice. We did have to wait in the drive through for several minutes, but that was okay because we couldn’t decide on what we wanted. The curly fries were pretty good, not so warm tho, still they didn’t make the trip home. Angus sandwich was pretty great, however the crispy chicken sandwich kind of blows. The best thing about it was the cheese I put on when I got home. Nice location, parking, friendly staff, pretty scenery. Hope to have a better experience next time. And just realized I didn’t get my friggin honey mustard sauce… Ugh.

You can never go wrong with Arby’s. Their beef ‘n cheddar sandwiches are awesome, and the curly fries aren’t that bad either. The Wild Turkey habanero hot sauce is pretty good too if you’d like to add a little kick to your beef ‘n cheddar. This particular Arby’s is the largest in the world and has two to three different restaurants inside that offer rotisserie chicken, fresh vegetables, salads, burritos and desserts. If your in the area it’s worth stopping by for a nice lunch.

No. — — — — — — — — - Note: This review is not about Arby’s food. Arby’s food is shitty everywhere. From sea to shining sea. This review is about something else. Read on. — — — — — — — — - They said no to getting any of my order correct. Therefore, I say no to them. I ordered a turkey sandwich; got a Hawai’ian roll roast beef sandwich instead. What. The. Fuck. Nowhere near the same goddamn thing! Ordered a vanilla shake; got a vanilla shake with what looked like caramel dripped on the inside of the plastic top. Hey! This ain’t Starbucks®, assholes; so, lay off the caramel bottle. This place gets crazy busy for lunch but don’t let that fool you. It sucks. It sucks, and the Sysco®-based palates of those who live in the area wouldn’t know good food if it were delivered airdropped by the fucking Eighty-Second Infantry(ABN) right on their fucking heads. They apparently don’t know the difference between a fucking turkey sandwich and a goddamn Hawai’ian roll roast beef, or between a vanilla shake and some bullshit offered at Dumb Starbucks™. No. Just no.

I love the zuchinni muffins and the rotisserie chicken. I don’t live in the area so I do not go often. But when I come to VA to visit, we usually stop through here once. Never had a problem with service, staff have always been polite. They have a rather large menu, perhaps my next trip down I’ll branch out more. But I definitely recommend the zuchinni muffins!

A fancier Arby’s with Barbacoa(mexican food), regular Arby’s, rotisserrie chicken and turkey and desserts. Came after dinner(around 8:00) and restroom and dining area was very messy. Rotisserie turkey was cold and tough — would have rather they said not available. Good zucchini bread. Regular Arby’s food was fine. For some unexplainable reason the Jamocha shakes come in much smaller sizes for the same price. This is not typical back home.

I stopped by today to try the new smokehouse brisket sandwich. It was good for what it was. It was poor for what it wasn’t. It was far from the way photo looks. There wasn’t much brisket. It looked fine from one side, but I saw no meat on the other side. I opened the sandwich and found that the meat, unlike the photo, was less generous, and was folded over and looked like more than there was, far from centered, leaving a large open area on one side of the bun with no meat. Unlike the photo there was very little sauce, perhaps a teaspoon or so in a small 1″ circle in the middle. Also unlike the photo there were very few onion rings, just a few small onion straws in a 2″ circle(maybe less) in the middle. There was not enough of either to spread out very far, but I was able to get enough together for several good bites, which were very good. The brisket was good for what was, fast food brisket, and better than I expected. I did unfold the meat to cover the bun, and combined with the cheese, I finished the sandwich(mediocre at best without the sauce and onions). The sandwich and a drink was over $ 8.00. Overpriced, underfed. On the way out, I explained what I found to the manager. She apologized, but never offered a refund or other consideration.

My friends and I refer to this as «Fancy Arby’s». I have never seen an Arby’s like this one in Colonial Heights. I read that the nicer Arby’s are being tested in the Richmond area — not sure of the validity of that. This Arby’s has the standard menu along w/a Mexican bar and Eskimo desserts. They have an outside, lit seating area and still maintain the drive-thru. The seating inside is very nice and not like a standard fast food restaurant. They were not too busy the night I was there. Our group ordered from the Mexican bar and from the traditional Arby’s menu. It took awhile to get our food. Not too long, but long enough for fast food. I loved my chicken quesadilla and will return. I am curious to see how this new(or at least new to me) business model works for Arby’s.

How can this place not have red ranch on their beef n cheddar? I was shocked! I was told that they just don’t have it at this location. The food was cold. We were very disappointed! It was 9:30 pm on a Saturday and they close at 10. All the other places in there(Mexican, carvery, Eskimo pie) had already shut down. Will not be returning. Not only bc the food was cold, but bc they don’t have red ranch on their beef n cheddars! What? What?!!

I haven’t had Arby’s in quite some time but we decided to try this place for a quick bite. I had no idea Arby’s offered rotisserie chicken and baked sweet potatoes. Wow. I tried the BLT(I love Bacon) and I was a bit disappointed at the sandwich. :(However, the chicken was pretty tasty. The zucchini bread was also good and moist. Yumm yumm. It amazing that I’ve passed this place many times and never stopped in to check it out. wow… I will check it out again if I pass by and want a quick bite.
