Chipotle Mexican Grill

TERRIBLE Customer service! Why place an order online to get your food in a timely fashion when they don’t have your good ready at the designated time. The staff is rude when you ask about the menu options, and it seems like the line is always out the door because of slow service.

If I could I would give them below a 1 I would. They ran out of lettuce and guacamole and weren’t going to make any more. They gave the least amount of every ingredient I requested and took 20 minutes to get my food with three people in front of me. This is by far the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. I’ve been to Chipotles from the UK to Midwest America and this is the saddest excuse for one I’ve ever visited.

I have to agree with the other comments, this place gives you very little meat. Def not like DC but the staff is friendly. Enjoyed my lunch

I don’t really like this Chipotle, the one is Chester is way better! They are stingy on the meat especially during a lunch rush! And they always seem to be out of napkins! But my burrito bowl is always delicious even if I barely have any meat

I will never eat Chipotle again. Disgusting, filthy, and horrible service. On top of all of that I found strips of plastic in my food. I. AM. DONE. with this chain.

I love Chipotle! I have eaten at almost every location between Petersburg and Richmond. This is the second time that I’ve tried the Chipotle in Colonial Heights and I have to say without reservation it is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to! I will never come here again and do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 miles to the Chester location before wasting your time and money to eat the junk they put out here. What a disappointment!

I have only had good experiences at this location. You will have to wait in line and they may run out of items and you will then have to wait some more. They are friendly and my food is always hot.

Are you serious? This is the most filthy Chipotle I have ever been to in my life. It seems like the ten+ employees could wipe down a table every once in a while.
Also I know Chipotle is known for generous portions but this location is just gross. Thanks for the literal gallon portion of sour cream, dude.
Avoid this place. For real.

I have been to several Chipotles in several states and this one by far the worst.
First, they dont ever give you enough rice. If i can still see the bottom of my bowl thats not enough. Tonight I asked for a little more rice. The young woman literally pretended to scoop up some more and I ended up get 3 extra grains of rice that happened to be hanging on to the spoon and fell into my bowl.
Second, they dont listen. I shouldn’t have to be asked 3 times which kind of rice I want and they still go for the wrong one. At the end of the line I told the cashier I had the bowl and the burrito. She nods her head as if she understood, puts the bowl in the bag and stares at me. I inform her that I also have the burrito that is right next to her hand, she looks confused, I point and say, that’s mine too.
Third, they’re rude. I paid for my food, she makes no eye contact with me and then pushes my food in front of the customers behind me, and forgot to put my salsa that she just called for into my bag. Another time a cashier asked me a question and I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn’t hear her. She proceeded to talk to me very slowly as if I had a mental disability.
I keep going because its close, but I will take my business up the road to Chester from now on. They are cleaner, friendlier, and maybe its just the experience that makes me feel this way, but the food tastes better. I really hope management at the Colonial Heights location read these comments and make some positive changes.

This fucking place.
How can a Chipotle Mexican Grill location be so much shittier than the rest of the nationwide chain? How is this possible?
Well, it is Colonial Heights, Virginia; that is fucking how.
I don’t know how they do it, but everything in this general geographic area is just worse. (I wouldn’t dare step foot in the Golden Corral, or Cici’s Pizza.)
They don’t know the difference between one type of meat and another here. They may double-​charge you for chips. (It’s obviously the goddamn principle with that.)
The queues are absurdly long because it is Colonial Heights, fucking Virginia. What choice do you have: you going to another «Mexican» restaurant? Good-​fucking-​luck, guy (at Taco Bell).
This location should lose its Chipotle accreditation, if such a thing exists. (It doesn’t.) It’s a fucking disgrace to both U.S. America, and los estados unidos de Mejico.

The worst Chipotle restaurant I’ve been to. And I’ve been to multiple chipotles in 6 states. All seem to uphold the same standards, except for this one.
