I’ve been going here for 3 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Best sushi in Oklahoma. The staff is amazing. Highly recommend to any sushi lover!

as always with these types of restaurants, the portions are more than enough. steak was cooked really well, and my daughter(8), enjoyed her steak as well. funny thing is, she received the same portion of steak as a grown man at the table. he would prolly rate it a 3… just for serving size! only thing was the rice was a little over buttered, but overall great time. Server Anthony had a funny personality as well, and good attention to detail-staff was always looking for pre-bus opportunities.

We are here with a couple on Friday– called around 6 – 6:15 to make a reservation for 7:15. It was great that they were able to get us in, because we were really craving hibachi! All of our service was great and our table was ready when we got here. I will note one nice thing, is their hibachi tables are smaller. It sat 8 instead of the huge tables that seat a big party.(They might of had larger ones that I didn’t notice) the size was perfect for us 4. I had the Philadelphia roll which was really good and brought out close enough to the hibachi, where I wasn’t done with my meal when the other dinner was served. I also split the filet and shrimp hibachi with a friend, but it still felt like a regular portion! They’re HUGE but so incredibly delicious!(The cooked almost everything with mushroom and it was so good) I do wish hibachi grills would offer a «half size dish» because I like to mix the meal up. We had drinks through the night, and our waiter and the staff was on top of refills and cleaning up. I was really favoring another Asian restaurant, however after Friday, with the food and service, it might have slipped into my top spot.

I called in to Shiki and ordered a meal for two at 11:48am on 6÷17÷2015. I requested it to be ready at 1pm and was told this would not be a problem. This would give me plenty enough time to pick up my order, drive back to work, and eat it with my fiancé. I show up here at about 12:45, and was told since I was early it was likely they could have my food ready before 1pm. Excellent! I pay my bill($ 59.55 + tip) and have a seat in the waiting area. 1pm rolls around, and I asked about my food and was told it would just be another minute. 1:10 rolls around, and my meal was still not prepared. At this point I requested a refund. I was asked if it would be OK if I just waited a little bit longer, but already fearful of not making it back to work on time, I decline and requested the refund. My bill was refunded to me, and I might have thought about going here again because I’d really like to try the food — but not a single apology was offered. Unfortunate since I generally eat sushi several times per week, and this place is very conveniently located near my place of employment.

I’m usually not a fan of Asian food. I guess you could say it’s just not my cup of sake. Shiki is hands down the exception! My girlfriend is an avid sushi fan and she suggested we try this place. I definitely don’t regret it! Shiki hits the 3 main sensory requirements for food: flavor, smell & appearance. They offer speedy service and are very efficient. Their wait staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. I’ll be back again! I strongly suggestion going to the one located off of Reno and Meridian.

Food was tasty, and service was friendly, if a bit random in it’s promptness. I think their prices are a little high, but the food was decent and in adequate proporitions.

The service was perfection. They talked to you to see what you liked then recommended something. Sushi was amazing so are the egg rolls and shrimp dumplings. I left full and so happy. We will be back!

We travel a lot and always stop at Shiki on our way through Oklahoma. The sushi is fresh and it’s always nice seeing Kevin behind the sushi bar.

Sushi was good and rolls were a decent size. Everything sold separately, so cost is a little expensive for what it is.

Shiki, meaning, four seasons, is a awesome Japanese bistro that has teppanyaki grills, a sushi bar & a full(liquor) bar with premium liquors. The only place I go for sushi in OKC. Centrally located to everything right on Reno Avenue in a giant freestanding building with a giant parking lot, there is never a parking issue. Plenty of space for your sweet ride or big truck ;) It’s a big place, very spacious inside & always lively at night with a large bar to the right that is always packed. There are always people hanging at the bar which sets this place apart from any other Japanese teppanyaki bistro in OKC. It def has it’s own vibe with its local bar flies. They pour a stiff drink & their prices for premium cocktails are the best in town ;) There are a few teppanyaki grills in the center of the room & a large sushi bar in the back with some café tables off to one side. Such a variety of seating arrangements to choose from you will have no problem finding a comfy cozy quiet area. LOVETHIS! I hate a cramped sushi bar. When I go for sushi I like to hang out for a while, take my time & savor the flavor. I’m def not the grab a sushi roll & run type of person that blows & goes??? Also, when the teppanyaki grills are full, it’s nice to have a whole other area to hang out at away from«the table parties» & «bar flies» lol I have never been for lunch, just for dinner & at night this place has a terrific atmosphere. They play some rockin music at night. It’s like a cool Japanese bistro sushi bar night club lounge lol :)) Just like all other sushi places/seafood places in OKC they get most of their product flown in. It doesn’t come every day. If you want the freshest fish just call ahead & ask what fish they have and/or what is coming in what day & plan accordingly. If you just happen to pop in, ask the head sushi chef, Kevin, what is freshest. Kevin is an amazing sushi chef & a really cool guy. One of the funniest & most entertaining chefs I know. If you want to have a really great time sit at the sushi bar & let him take care of you. Just tell him what you like & he will make you sushi/sashimi that will blow your mind. A true talent with masterful knife skills, super creative with a whimsical flair, if you describe it to him he will create it for you. Sushi & sashimi is only as good as it’s creator when it’s at it’s freshest point. The OKC airport flies in the same shipments of fish for all eateries, however, OKC has only one Kevin & he works at Shiki on Reno. I could go on & on about his perfectly cooked rice, fantastic creative rolls, giant chunks of sashimi, yummy fresh made salads & dressings, the Ika he makes in the kitchen OMG! Don’t miss the Ika from the kitchen or the special rolls he just makes up on the spot for you. Kevin IS the Shiki @ Shiki. Just grab your mate & go experience his many talents up close & personal at the sushi bar one night front & center. If he tells you he is out of Uni, he is probably not kidding, and that just means he must have eaten all the last shipment. LOL :)‘ Shiki Head Sushi Chef Kevin, is on top of his game. Like OKC’s very own Kevin Durant, Shiki Kevin is just as amazing when he delivers a perfect score ;) Highly recommend.

Great service, great fresh sushi. They had a spicy ponzu sauce that was a nice change from, or complement to, soy and wasabi. We had a spicy tuna hand roll, salmon, scallop, and fatty tuna sashimi.

Don’t get the sushi from this place. The rice is not your usual sushi rice. It’s very mushy and does not have a great balance. I ordered the volcano roll and it was poorly made.

Food tasted ok, the chef didn’t do a lot of the normal tricks and the few he did do we had to ask for so not a great«show» but of the 6 in our group 5 of us got sick and we all had different foods

Friendly and attentive waitstaff. Food was promptly prepared. The interior is clean. We did not have teppanyaki and instead opted for regular seating to order from the sushi menu. Miso soup and gyoza were good. The sushi and nigiri were delicious. Solid choice if you are looking for some sushi.

Food: 4⁄5 Service: 4⁄5 Cleanliness: 4⁄5 Décor & Style: 4⁄5 Sushi is good here. Décor is also nice. Although I would say this place doesn’t separate itself too much from other sushi and teppanyaki grills in Oklahoma City. It is not my favorite place as far as sushi but it is still top 3. One of the best things about this place is that it is centrally located which makes it convenient. Overall I would come back, unless of course I am closer to some of my other favorite Sushi places in the north side =)

Sushi in Oklahoma… Not half bad! I came here for lunch because my co-worker swears this is the best place to go. I have to agree with her slightly. I came at the wrong time, one hour before closing time(lunch time that is). I ordered some sweet shrimp and it was mouth watering(see picture) but a little on the warm side. I normally like my raw fish to be a little more cold. The sushi rolls however were a hit. I wish I ordered more, but I was far to broke to spoil myself this time around. I’d like to try this place for dinner because the sushi chef who owns the join(I think?) hails from San Diego and will make you special rolls depending on what you like in them. Will try again!

I’m always happy when I can find a good sushi restaurant on my trips, especially one I can count on every time I’m in the area. Shiki is that sushi restaurant near the OKC airport and I stop in at least once very time I am in town. I like it when the sushi chefs will talk to you and maybe recommend something instead of just cutting fish in front of you all night. The guys at Shiki will do that and they greet you when you sit down and thank you when you leave. They also have a hibachi section of the restaurant but I always go to the sushi bar.
