Go-Go makes it so easy to eat great sushi! Restaurant is perfect for people with kids, in a hurry, or just not wanting something fancy — the food is delicious and the atmosphere is clean, modern, and fun. Parking is limited in the midtown location but everything else is more convenient for a quick meal than many fancier sushi places. Lunch specials are a great deal — a large roll and salad or soup for under $ 8. Thursday’s special is the Crunchy Salmon Roll — my favorite roll in OKC.

I haven’t had anything bad here. Our office lunches take place here quite frequently. It’s great! Most recently I had the Maddie Roll and shrimp dumplings, along with some of the boss’ Mandarin roll. It was great. Big portions!

Meh. I’ve experienced better. I can’t remember who said Gogo was the best sushi in OKC, but I stopped trusting their food judgement. It’s okay, not bad, but not great. This is a low-key sushi place that I’d expect to see in a college town. Order at the counter, go sit down. They do serve beer and wine. I ordered a bento box and ate about half of it. The fried veggies were good(stole more sweet potatoes from a colleague’s plate). I didn’t like the sauces that came on most of my food. I left a few pieces of sushi uneaten(I think I even left a piece of California Roll), which is very strange for me. Average sushi. I won’t go back.

I was recommended by a friend to try and I am so glad I did. I am very picky about Sushi and I moved here from Florida a year and a half ago. So I have tried two other Sushi places that are way too pricey and the Sushi was OK. But GOGO Sushi has good prices, fresh and delicious food, and it’s down the street from my job. I LOVE their octopus salad and their salmon skin rolls. I will be back weekly at least!!! Thank you GOGO Sushi!

This is my family’s go-to restaurant. The staff loves children and they always aim to please with creative, delicious and affordable sushi and hibachi. I also love the fact that is a a local, woman owned business who is also generous to the community. Lunch or dinner, I highly recommend Go-Go for sushi time!

GOGO is literally my favorite place. You will find me here on Thursdays because the special is the flirt minion hibachi and it’s life changing. I’m sure all of their hibachi choices are great, but this one takes the cake! It’s steak, mushrooms, onion and zucchini that are to die for. They have two dipping sauces and come with a choice of soup or salad and a side of rice. I go with the miso soup and brown rice to compete my meal and have never once had a bad experience. They are very fast so it’s perfect for a quick lunch, as long as you find a place to park! I’ve hear the bento boxes and sushi rolls are great from my friends, but I’m pretty set in my ways. When a meal is just that good, which try anything else?!

I happened to be in midtown and sushi was calling my name, so I though why not try here? It was my first time ever trying Salmon Sashimi and it was delicious! I ordered at the counter but chose to go instead of dine in. It was prepared very quickly while I waited. For the amount I got, I was satisfied with the price too! The restaurant was clean and parking was easy(which isn’t always the case in midtown).

Super friendly and clean, it was a litte hot inside. Aushi was awesome, there combo fried rice had no flavor. I like how you see them cook your food. That was cool … Prices were good for the size plate you got!

Overall not to bad if you’re wanting quick sushi lunch break. They have great lunch specials and overall pretty fair price. I usually meet my friends who work downtown here since it’s a mid-point to meet up. Quick, fast, and clean place. I’ve had their sushi, pretty satisfying, along with their stir-fried noodles or bento boxes. Very filling and lots of food!

I first ate at Go Go Sushi on a Tuesday for lunch. It was not full, but well over half full. And, it was doing a steady business during lunch. You place your order at the counter, get a number, and find a seat. The dining room is clean and modern looking, and there was plenty of seating. Additionally, they have a back patio, although it was raining, so that wasn’t an option. I went with some colleagues, two of whom ordered the chicken teriyaki hibachi for $ 6.99. This comes with a salad, your choice of fried or steamed rice, two sauces, and chicken cooked with vegetables. It came out after about 5 or so minutes. I didn’t try it, but it looked good and for $ 7 was a good sized lunch. Myself and the other guy we were eating with went with sushi rolls. We waited. And waited. And waited. Our companions were well over halfway through with their meals by the time the rolls arrived. I get that rolls can take longer, they are certainly more labor intensive. But, in my estimation steps should be taken to ensure that a party gets its food all at once, or at least closer together than we did. When the rolls did arrive I was pleased. I went with the Crimson and Cream and split a Scorpion Roll. The Crimson and Cream comes with salmon, tuna, cream cheese, avocado, cilantro, crab stick, spicy mayo, sriracha, crunchies, and tobiko. I didn’t get much cilantro when I tasted the roll, but that’s likely due to the strength of the spicy mayo and sriracha. This roll isn’t super hot, but it’s got a nice kick to it. It’s substantial. Additionally, despite all of the ingredients, it was rolled well and didn’t fall apart on me. The Scorpion Roll contains fried soft shell crab, crawfish mix, cucumber, massago, eel sauce, spicy mayo, and green onion. This roll was also constructed well. I didn’t like it as much as the Crimson and Cream, but that’s not to say I didn’t like the roll. I would order both again. There is a large sushi and hibachi menu at Go Go. I look forward to trying additional dishes on future trips.

Loved it! Just east of Saint Anthony’s Hospital. It is tucked away in a little strip mall. It is well marked and easy to find. Just look it up on the free app Waze. Waze is my favorite GPS map. I usually try and make it there during their happy hour 3 — 5 Monday through Thursday. But today I missed it by a couple of minutes. Oh well! So instead of getting my sushi off of the half off menu I got the sesame shrimp hibachi and a Liz roll. The hibachi here is outstanding! I have had everyone of the selections and they are all perfection. If you get the one that’s the daily special it will only run you $ 8.95! You get a plate full of sautéed zucchini, squash, mushrooms, carrots, onions, whatever meat comes with the dish, white or fried rice(extra for the fried rice) and a salad or soup. Now that’s a bargain! Not to overlook the sushi… It is the second best sushi I have had in town. Price wise it’s the best. Don’t cut it short because it really is excellent! I have been going to GoGo since they opened in Moore and now go to this one because it’s closer to my house. I really have enjoyed every meal I have had and will be returning next week. Overall grade«A+» Back again! I made the half off sushi this time. But the hibachi was so good I had it again with the Liz roll. This time the special was teriyaki chicken! Another winner! «A+». Keep up the good work!

I really like this place — they get very busy sometimes though, so go early during peak hours. Their rolls are always fresh and delicious, and service is good. They have quite a large selection of sushi rolls, with some cooked entrée items as well. The atmosphere is casual and fun, and a great place to go to grab a quick bite.

Craving sushi and Unilocal said this was #2, it was pretty good Ordered Korean bbq rib hibachi and was a bit disappointing. 50% of my meal was chewy non edible fat… luckily it came with a delicious miso soup, fried rice and some grilled veggies. As for the sushi we shared two rolls amongst 2 people, the Liz roll and the volcano roll. Both rolls were good but I suggest getting the Liz roll, it had a nice spice to it. We sat outside and service was really good! Had my water refilled twice without asking and everyone seemed really nice.

You can’t beat their happy hour special, great sushi, well rolled and a huge selection to choose from. I’ve had their bento boxes and hibachi offerings and I would happily order any on their menu all over again. It’s a family run business, and one of the owners seems to always be present. While I am bummed they no longer accept Keep It Local cards, I still can’t find a better sushi spot when it comes to price and quality. Even at full price their sushi is reasonably priced.

GOGO is the go to place for quick sushi on a budget. Of course they have other wonderful Asian dishes aside from sushi as well. They have great box combos with all sorts of mash ups. I’ve yet to be disappointed with anything I’ve had there. The place is usually hopping, full of customers, but the employees are on the ball, quick to help everyone and still managing to be friendly and attentive. The prices here are great and the atmosphere is real comfortable.

GoGo is my favorite sushi! We still can’t find good sushi in Texas. The dynamite mussels are out of this world! The Liz roll and Lobster roll are our favorites. For non-sushi eaters they have a great steak dish. This is a great place for meeting up w friends and not to be rushed out the door.

Oh Gosh! I’m blushing. This restaurant harbors a secret. Her name is Vivienne, I mean Stacey. I mean everybody. The effort and skill brought together by these guys deserves to be celebrated. It’s like walking into a dress shoppe and not knowing they sport a couture line. I’ll just leave it at that… They get it, if you do… Namaste

I have been resistant to GoGo Sushi for quite a while. It is near my house, in the up and rising Midtown area. But I am set in my ways. I know where I like to get my sushi. And I am picky about not eating«cheap» sushi. It seems like sushi went through a fad phase a few years ago and everyone started doing it, which isn’t a good thing. My favorite sushi place recently changed their popular happy hour discount and doesn’t offer lunch specials. I love sushi, but I can’t always pay $ 25+ for lunch with two rolls. I noticed in the Gazette that GoGo Sushi has lunch specials. My dear brother-in-law had just had his first career job interview and wanted to spontaneously go to sushi, so we decided that GOGO would be worth a try since the prices were cheaper than other places. I met him and his mom(my MiL) at GoGo around 12:45 on a weekday. The front parking lot was full, so I circled a bit until someone left. GoGo has counter service for ordering and self service for drinks and utensils. They give you a number and then bring your food to the table. This set up is not my favorite, but it is fine for as inexpensive as the rolls are. The décor and atmosphere is very modern. They have tables and booths. It is very clean and well maintained; both times I have gone they have been mopping the floors. We shared an order of gyoza, which were delicious! They were perfectly fried and were super crisp and hot. Great flavor too. For my lunch, I ordered the Spider roll and the shrimp/veggie tempura appetizer. The spider roll was tasty, and was very crabby. The crab inside the roll was hot, which told me it was freshly fried instead of prepped ahead of time. I think the price was around $ 6. My tempura was great. I love tempura, and it is hard to find at places. It was just a smidge on the oily side, but was still good. I got two big pieces of shrimp, two sweet potato slices, two zucchini slices, and a huge onion ring for about $ 6. I also ordered miso soup for $ 2 and it was full of tofu cubes and seaweed. It was flavorful. My family enjoyed their sushi rolls as well. GoGo offers hibachi meals too that smell delicious. They have lunch hibachi specials, but I have yet to try them. Hopefully one day I can stop by. I think I remember a lunch hibachi bento box only costing $ 7. I returned to GoGo sushi for their happy hour. It is M-F from 3p-5p. It includes a list of about 15 rolls, gyoza, and edamame, all at half price for dine in only. The happy hour menu is on a board facing away from the door(I added a pic in photos) and they don’t really mention it when you go to order, so it is kind of secretive! I ordered gyoza($ 2.50 for happy hour) and a tempura shrimp roll($ 3 hh price) and spent only $ 5.50! I think that is a great deal. Definitely worth making GoGo Sushi my new GoTo Sushi place! The rolls here are good. The place is clean. It doesn’t smell fishy. Would I go here for a fancy date night? No. But for a quick, in expensive lunch, a happy hour, or to satisfy my sushi craving I think GoGo is a great place. And it is local and family owned! I wish I hadn’t waited so long to give it a try! p. s. Use your Keep It Local card for 10% off(not for happy hour)!
