I’m not comfortable with having an underage kid as my server, the owner should get reported

Food was awesome, would get 5 stars but we had to ask for our miso soup. It was on spot though.

Whoa! Samurai is hands down the best sushi place in Oklahoma! I’m from South Florida, so I know fresh seafood! I eat sushi about once a week too! Phoenix roll: AMAZING Seaweed Salad: so crunchy and fresh Crunchy Roll: so great! Spicy Couple: great food and great price Echo(the owner) even made us a special roll, because I told her it was my first time and how I just moved here from Oklahoma! I didn’t even have time to take pictures of my food because we all ate it so quickly and because it was SOFRESHANDTASTEY!!! Such a sweet little mom and pop shop too! Absolutely will be back! They’ve gained a customer for life!

Hands down this is the best quality sushi for the price in OKC. It’s close to my house which is wonderful and terrible at the same time. I’m obsessed with their chicken katsu(friend chicken) as a roll or as a bento box. Matt always gets the Crunchy roll.

Had a great experience here! We ordered chicken fried rice, the Cajun roll, and the shaggy dog roll. All were delicious! If I’m ever back in this area, I will go back! They also had a very friendly staff.

Samurai is delicious. Great place to order in and grab a quick lunch to go during the work week. You can order online which makes it easy and convenient. I enjoyed the salad and fried rice I ordered last time. Huge portions for a great price. Friendly, fast service. I will be back!

Good solid rolls. I’m not in the area much, but it’s a great place if you are close by.

My favorite for every day sushi. All the staff are super friendly and service is usually pretty quick. Try the lunch specials or the value meals, but you really can’t go wrong here. My favorite for lunch, or takeout after a long day. They especially excel at vegetarian rolls.

Great little sushi spot and good on value. I would have never gone into a strip mall sushi restaurant without the Unilocal reviews. They are good and correct!

Located in a strip mall and not very big inside. However, very inexpensive and very good sushi. Had a group of 4 out of towners and we all really enjoyed everything we ordered.

Best sushi I’ve had in a very long time! I explained to them the type of roll I’ve been searching for, and they nailed it! My recommendation is the«VOLCANOROLL.» It’s so delicious; it will absolutely melt in your mouth.

We tried this on a whim today. Though it’s small inside, the food is just spectacular. Presentation is lovely and they have a large variety of choices. The Mexican roll and the Hawaiian roll were our favorites that we tried. The place was very clean and staff was friendly. Definitely will return! Could have stayed all day trying different rolls.

Good sushi for Oklahoma. We come from Hawaii so our standards are a bit different than others: P lunch was good. The restaurant was nothing special but still very clean and comfortable. Overall I’d go here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

You probably won’t like this place if you’re used to the more mainstream sushi restaurants that have really in-your-face flavor. This place excels at the simpler, fresher sushi that is more traditional. I like that it has a «mom & pop» feel to it and the prices are reasonable. The nigiri was pretty excellent. My girlfriend likes the bigger restaurants better, but I disagreed. We went here for my birthday and I was satisfied.

Overwhelming. That is a good word to describe this place. Overwhelming for those who eat sushi, but easy if you’re there for the grill part. The sushi menu is HUGE, which could be good or bad, depending on who you are, I suppose. It’s a small place with friendly service and good food overall. Futomaki(4⁄5): Egg, crabstick, avocado, cucumber, pickled radish, kanpyo, with seaweed outside. I loved everything about this roll, and was very happy it wasn’t stuffed with a ton of cucumber like many places do. It was put together well and tasty. That last star is actually vague, sad to say. It just didn’t hit me as a solid 5 is all. Eel avocado roll(4⁄5): BBQ eel and avocado, with rice and a sesame seed sauce on the outside. A very good simple roll with good taste and fresh avocado. The eel was tender and delicious, and likely as fresh as it’ll get here in our landlockedness. Cucumber salad(4⁄5): I don’t like cucumbers. I just don’t. They’re plain and watery and meh. But I enjoy a good cucumber salad because the right marinades goes well with the faint flavor of a cucumber. Samurai’s cucumber salad is good. Not the best I’ve had, but I’d get it again on a return visit!

This is my new go to sushi place! I wish I had known about this restaurant sooner! Prices: CHEAP! Rolls start at around $ 5 and up. You get about 5 – 8 pieces per order. Options: There are a ton of rolls to choose from. It was a bit overwhelming. The description made it all sound so good so it was hard to choose. Besides sushi, they also have fried rice, stir-fried noodles, chicken teriyaki, donburi, tempura entrees, and more. Service: Our waitress did an awesome job! Drinks were always refilled and she checked back with us often. Ambiance: This is not a fancy/date night type of sushi restaurant. It’s mostly take out but there are a few tables if you choose to dine in. The décor is plain and simple. You come here for the food! Appetizers and sushi rolls were all excellent. Expect more visits from me!
