Fantastic service and good food. I ate the teriyaki steak. I’ve had better fried rice and veggies at hibachi restaurants but the steak was solid. I will go back, but only for special occasions. A bit expensive for what it is…

I use to eat here all the time but I don’t because they don’t have great quality control. One day it good the next day it bad. I would never order sushi here it’s bad. The need to get rid of the fish before it gets bad so it’s an ok place. It’s fun in the summers where you can sit outside that was one of the main reason that I ate there because okc doesn’t have a great outdoor scene.

Food: 5⁄5 Service: 5⁄5 Cleanliness: 4⁄5 Décor & Style: 5⁄5 One of the better, or best Teppanyaki Grill’s in OKC. The food and sushi is good, cocktail and beer selection is good, and the ambience is a great place for families or adult’s only night out. I enjoy the patio seating! The Robata grill was the type of food I usually ordered from the most. Not sure if it’s still around but the sliders was one of my favorites.

LOVE this place. The sushi is fantastic, the hibachi is great, the atmosphere is perfect, the service is fantastic. Highly recommended for any occasion. Check out the happy hour specials and get the robata too!

I decided to surprise my wife on our anniversary. To our delight it was everything and then some. The hostess was kind, the chef was very entertaining and his dishes were heavily(my first time having Kobe steak). Now I understand all the hoopla. We both agree this is our special occasion place. This is our first time here, the food is good, service is good but it was not a lucky night for me because I had a flyer in my drink and then another flyer in my sushi roll … Should they take care of their restaurant for their customers ???

Musashi’s is a pack-‘em-in, cheap-ingredients-with-lots-of-butter imitation Japanese hibachi restaurant. There are a ton of them in this country, and it’s no different. Their bar is pretty good. The food is average. My kids love it, but that’s because it’s one of the same types of places that might as well be the Applebees of the Japanese cuisine world.

I’ve eaten here a few times for lunch. Kind of surprised I never left a review. The facility is nice. They have a really nicely arranged little koi pond with a waterfall(Full of ugly garden store koi… If y’all want help buying some nice fish let me know(I’m a snobby koi collector)). There are some samurai warrior statues out front for all you instagram dinner wives. They have always had good service for us. The food is good, and at lunch for a hibachi it is very reasonably priced. The chefs are well groomed, well practiced, and very good at what they do. The food is 4 stars on my scale. We’ve had a few sushi rolls which were all well prepared and pretty good. We usually have some food left over. The helpings seem healthy, and it’s overall a fun experience.

So it’s a little crazy for me to see such high reviews. The only thing I can say positive about this place is that the building and décor is nice. Service: Not so nice. The man and woman at the host stand kept asking us if we wanted to sit at the table. I think after the third time my dad was finally irritated stating we wanted to eat hibachi which is why we came to a hibachi restaurant. The hostess sat us(honestly I think both were managers) and got our drink orders. I personally get annoyed when my family asks questions but that’s part of hospitality and dealing with the public. Anytime they asked her a question(like she wants chicken and shrimp combo but it’s not listed) she would walk away. Interesting. Food: Bland. Very bland fried rice. The sauces tasted like windex. You get a choice of soup or salad which most places give you both. The ginger dressing is not appetizing at all. All of the food was bland and nothing exciting. If you want good hibachi… This is not the place to go. Shiki or Shoguns would be more with the money and experience.

Hibachi food was okay… The meat was too salty, The shrimp, scallops, and lobster were too bland. Their sauces for the hibachi entrees were okay as well. Soup was bland, salad wasn’t bad. Their sushi could be better. I had the volcano, red canyon and lifesaver. I liked the lifesaver the most. Since I sat with my fam who ordered hibachi while I ordered sushi, I could tell my sushi was just hanging out after the server asked if I was ready for them bc it came out cold. I’ve had the volcano and red canyon many times before and it never came out cold.(Red canyon has crawfish that is suppose to be at least, warm) You get free dessert if your hibachi entrée is over $ 30 or $ 35 and my sis in law ordered it but used my phone since I checked in via Unilocal. The server asked to see my phone so I gave it to him thinking he was just going to press the«use now» button. NOPE, he literally took it and went off somewhere! O_O“ I’m assuming he went to ask for permission? Haha… This place has room for improvement, especially since I feel the pricing is a bit high for what you get. 2 stars if it wasn’t for the nice chef and I know the server did his best.

Musashi’s is great place for any occasion! I just recently went there for a birthday dinner and it was a cool experience. Our waitress was very nice. The chef was excellent! He was very funny while he was cooking. The food was delicious! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys great food and service!

Went for the first time on mine and a friends birthday with a group of about 12 and it was WOW. This place is amazing the prices are great the servers are so friendly and the hibachi cook was amazing. They gave us a cheesecake with a candle on it and sang happy birthday to us and the took a group picture, I was thinking that they were going to post it on their site or on some books but they gave us each a post card that said happy birthday. I have gone to other hibachi grills and never one like this one so reasonable in price and delicious in food.

Most of my evenings at Musashi’s have been for their Wednesday night special. I cannot never get it straight, you either buy a Robata(kabob) and get a roll of equal or lesser value for free or visa versa. I have also enjoyed a few nights around the hibachi tables for celebrations with friends. The food and service is always good, nothing spectacular, however, during happy hour and the Wednesdays on Western special is a great deal. I can usually get out of there with a beer for under $ 12. Of course, I enjoy sitting on the patio with friends. Perhaps I need to restart Wednesdays on Western again.

I’ve been to tons of hibachi places and this place is the best. It’s not better by leagues and bounds, but it is very consistent, which is the downfall of most hibachi places. The sushi was good, but not great. However, I wouldn’t go here if sushi was my primary motivation. There is better sushi elsewhere. I ordered the filet twice and the shrimp once. The food is more flavorful than your average hibachi place, even without the dipping sauces. Something of note is that the fried rice has a distinct curry flavor, which I love! I sort of half-heartedly agreed to go to this place, being so used to other overpriced hibachi places. It is overpriced just like the others, but the consistency and flavor more than makes up for it. My only real complaint is that they are pretty skimpy on the vegetables. Both times I went there were virtually no onions, which is ridiculous since onions are cheap. Also of note, the child portion was HUGE when we ordered it. For $ 5.95 or whatever they get a large portion. Maybe it was a fluke, but still impressive!

Great hibachi!!! Always good for groups I mostly come for special occasions birthdays, etc. They also have great sushi rolls I prefer the dragon roll myself. Good atmosphere and you can pretty much feel comfortable in casual or dress attire.

It’s hibachi. It’s good. But most of all, it’s a great place to enjoy a leisurely dinner with good friends, which was exactly what we did last night. We were seated right on time and taken care of quickly by our server. Our chef did a nice job and all the food was prepared to our specifications. I had what I always get, the Geisha, NY Strip and shrimp. I love the salad, but our server didn’t bring it until we were almost finished with our meal. Not a big deal, just a little odd. I wouldn’t say it was the best meal I’ve had in this style, but there was nothing I could specifically point to that could have made it better. We stayed and visited for a long time, but once our sever had the credit card slips, he was outta there. We were never checked on again and our waters ran dry, but the flip side was they never made us feel like they wanted us to get out of there, so I really didn’t mind. I’ve also always loved their patio, Wednesday night specials, and just people watching on one of my favorite drags in OKC. I feel like Musashi’s is still a gem… It maybe just needs a good polish, as is often the case with places that have been around for this long.

In my rankings, a 3 means I wouldn’t go back because it wasn’t good. I really would love to give this place a 3.5…I wouldn’t go back because it wasn’t worth the price. I’ve been to equally good hibachi and sushi places in the OKC metro that are WAY cheaper than here. While the service and food were tasty(hence the 4 stars), I just prefer not paying simply for the«experience». I will say, I would go back to try the happy hour special… buy one robata(i.e. meat skewer), get a sushi roll of equal price for free.

Eh I can’t really go any higher than three here. I frequent a place in Las Vegas with the same name and it is much much better. Here is a quick list of both positves and negative here with a lite comparison to the Musashi’s in Vegas. Negatives — 1.They don’t hand make their sauces here — Place in Vegas does it right in front of you. 2. Wasn’t a fan of the fried rice here. I personally think it might be the worst i have ever had. 3. Wasn’t a fan of the steak either. Seemed to lack flavor 4. Price comparison to Vegas– This place chargers more and on the overall you get less.(Though i only go during happy hour in Vegas) Positives. 1. Staff was really friendly 2. I enjoyed both the chicken and the shrimp 3. Also enjoyed the veggies. 4. Green Tea Ice Cream comes with the meal for 2. On the overall this place can fool those who have never had this style else where but for those who have been else where this place might not quite cut it. I doubt I will go back. Not because it was bad. More so that just didn’t quite make the cut on what i would expect for a place like this when you spend the type of money you spend here.

We came here for my birthday dinner because I love the hibachi stuff. The navigator took us through a tiny back road to get there, but we finally got there. If you were not expecting it to be where it is you wouldn’t find it. So it’s a secret little place if you don’t know where to look but once you get there it is amazing. You walk up and the place is outside just really nice to look at and we loved the statues in front. We had gotten there a little early for our reservations but they got us in. The inside décor is just really lovely relaxing and fit the genre completely. We were greeted and and asked what we wanted to drink and eat appetizer wise. My husband and I got to visit and talk while we drank hot tea and had our miso soup which was some of the best miso soup I’ve had in town. They then took our orders and my only complaint was that they forgot my sushi that I ordered and brought it late. That’s the only reason I might not give them 5 stars. Other than that the whole experience was just amazing. The show was entertaining the chef was just really cool and I’ve been to several of these type of a bocce grill in Texas where I just fell in love with the style of serving but this one compared pretty well with those and kept me entertained. The food quality was perfect. We decided to do the family option for 2 and got several varieties of meats. They cooked it just perfectly as my husband likes his steak well done and I like mine medium rare. Well at the end we also with the family one we got the green tea ice cream. The real surprise though which just would make me give them 5 stars to make up for the sushi being forgotten… and so I may do that anyway is that they brought my out a piece of birthday cake. They’d asked at the beginning if there’s any event, so we just mentioned that if we were here for my birthday. I just thought it was for courtesy and small talk, but they actually bought a little cake with a candle and it was just cute. It was awesome and made my night. I would totally recommend this place to anyone It is a bit pricey but it’s worth it. The family option for 2 is the best deal because you get all the different meats instead of haveing to pick just one and that was like $ 50 for the two of us so really a good deal.

My husband and I like to sit in the bar area if it’s just the two of us. This restaurant is great for that. We can order any of the food that the hibachi has to offer and the sushi is delicious too. I’ve gone to a couple parties here and they’re always a great time. The chefs are always fun and get the crowd involved. The two bartenders we have had were so great. They are always on top of our orders. We used to be sushi newbies but have graduated into amazing rolls at this place. Always get edamame to start and a side of fried rice for a delicious addition to your meal.
