This was the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen! We ordered a pizza to be delivered (nothing complicated) and after 2 hours of waiting and 3 phone calls we had to cancel our order. The person who answered the phone at Pizza Hut hung up on us and then when we called back he was incredibly rude. I willNEVER order for this or any Pizza Hut again. Worst customer service ever!

Placed a carryout order for wings, received the notification that my wings were done, walked downstairs to pick up my wings and realized they hadn’t even started making them. What’s even worse is that I saw one of the workers preparing my wings as I watched him. Whats the point of sending out notifications about a complete order if they aren’t true? Basically I paid for my food and waited for about 15 minutes for something that should’ve been done when I went to pick up my order.
The store in general exhibits the worst customer service i’ve ever seen. Employees sit in the back and talk even as I enter the store and wait at the counter. Also please inform your employees that they shouldn’t talk about their marijuana use while at work servicing customers. Perhaps new management or an entirely new staff is needed. If I could give negative stars I would.

Horrible service!
I ordered online for pickup because I know parking around here is miserable. When I showed up the charged my card and then realized they have my pizza to someone else. Now they are saying 20 to 30 minutes to make another one!
And by the way, while I’m here I can hear the phone constantly ringing but the employees couldn’t care less! A delivery guy offered to pick up the call and the guy actually told him not to bother!!!

We got delivery. Pizza was on time, but the pizza was not great, and I am a huge Pizza Hut fan. We got two pizzas, one veggie, and one with pepperoni and mushrooms. Where were the toppings? There were some slices that didn’t have any toppings. Needless to say, that living in Chicago there is no shortage of pizza places to order from. So we won’t be back.
