I ordered through the app and did pickup. I did not physically pick up the pizza myself. A friend who had also ordered through the app picked up orders for the group. I hadn’t left my condo to meet up when the order was placed. I arrived to my friend’s apartment about 20 minutes later and they had already picked up the pizza. I can’t speak to the exact timing, but they were able to place the order, go to Zoom’s location, pick up the pizza, and get home in 20 minutes. That’s some impressive speed! The mobile app is user friendly and the interface is simplistic and easy to navigate. There is a WIDE variety of different options(standard and unique) to customize your pizza. I selected a traditional with red sauce, mozzarella, chicken, pepperoni, and sausage. The pizza itself was superb. It was freshly(and quickly!) made. All of the ingredients were high quality. I could taste the difference between Zoom’s ingredients and other places that don’t have as high of a standard. I am a big fan of their pricing structure. For 6.75, you get a «cheese only» pizza. Regular toppings are unlimited for $ 1.00 more, and premium toppings are unlimited for $ 2.00 more. I wound up getting a freshly baked, tasty personal pizza for under 10 dollars. That’s quite a deal! I frequent the Regal theaters quite often, and I think this will become my new go-to spot. I’m quite happy I found out about this gem!

I love this place! Great neighborhood spot to quickly grab an affordable personal pizza. The topping selection is fantastic, and the ingredients are fresh. Really appreciate all the little things the management team has done to attract new customers– my fiancé and I won a raffle to a Bears game! Check it out– you won’t be disappointed.

Ordered through the app and did pickup. Note though the original eta is a bit off, so just wait for the notification for when your order is ready. I was wondering how they were going to have three pizzas ready in four minutes. I waited a bit longer than anticipated, but it was still quick. It was also cool that they know where you are located, so they won’t make your pizza too in advance if you are close in order to maintain freshness. They also have a reward punch card on the app! The staff I encountered during pickup was very pleasant. The place was also quite spacious and cool. Great place for groups. I also love how easy it is to customize your pizza. I ended up getting a traditional with spicy red and pesto sauce, giardiniera, black olives, mushrooms, zucchini, spicy sausage, Spanish onions, red peppers, green onions, fresh garlic, and tomatoes. Each pizza is a personal pizza. Everything was very tasty and fresh. They nicely evenly distributed the toppings. Reasonable pricing especially as the regular toppings are unlimited for $ 1 and the premium toppings are unlimited for $ 2, so you can get an awesome pizza for well under $ 10. Similar concept to Blaze Pizza, but I think I like Zoom better… more interesting toppings, fresher ingredients, and I love the easy to use app. Definitely coming back to Zoom. Hope this place gets more traction considering the somewhat desolate Clybourn area!

My favorite pizza in Chicago. Love the thin crust, fresh toppings, and friendly service.

There are a lot of these type of quick bake pizza places opening up all over the place, so I thought I’d give it a try. Zoom seemed like one of the best to try first since it uses premium toppings. The result was actually very tasty. I got a bunch of toppings and the baking process was very quick. Everything was fresh and quite delicious. The drink choices are also awesome here. I couldn’t believe my favorite iced tea in the world was here(Luzianne) and they also had sparkling water with fruits waiting to dunked in. The only reason for the 4 stars is because of time it took to make my pizza. The baking was quick but the actual topping took forever. Add the fact that there was at least 7 employees working while I was the only one there, it makes you kinda impatient. I think if management cut down the number of employees they would talk less to each other and focus on serving the customer.

Zoom Pizza Factory encourages guests to combine traditional pizza toppings with more adventurous ones, like butternut squash, figs and brussels sprouts. Guests have the option to choose from three square pizza shells; Zoom’s original, ancient grain or gluten free. The staff were very helpful and accommodating as well as gracious of our needs and the ingredient options were ample along with the Drizzle Bar and water station. I would definitely go back again. Everything is fresh, non-GMO and sourced responsibility.

Really wanted to try this place out since my friend told me it was great but when him and I went to go at 8pm the doors were locked with the employees cleaning and just staring at us. :’(There were no signs on the door saying they closed early and on Google and Unilocal it said they were open until 9pm. Thankfully Pequod’s is right down the street so we got our pizza on there. Make sure to not come late here or they may close early on you too. :(((

Just stopped in to check them out not intending to get pizza for dinner. Glad it I did! Very fast, yummy and curious staff. They have a kids pizza plus coloring sheets and crayons for the little ones. A part of one of the pizzas was broken off so they gave me a card for a free pizza on my next visit. I can’t wait to use the app for our next visit

Healthy PIZZA… whaat? The flour for the original crust is imported from Europe, so it creates a crispy and chewy, great. Had the original with sausage, fig and Brussel sprouts, wonderful. Also had an Ancient Grain crust with Pesto sauce, chicken and vegies, also wonderful. Also had a Gluten Free crust with pesto and a chilled salad on top, a Zallatta, a great healthy choice. If you are interested in freshly sourced ingredients in the form of a pizza, you got to check this out.

The pizza here is AMAZING. Best place I’ve been to since I’ve been in Chicago. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is super friendly. It’s like chipotle but for pizza AND it’s better! Thank you, I will be back.

This place is AMAZING. What a find! The concept is fantastic. Similar to a «Subway for pizza» you choose a crust, a sauce, and toppings. The staff was phenomenal. Super nice, and they were eager to share how the process works. I got an original crust with spicy sauce. Extra house blend cheese topped with garlic, olives, and pepperoni. And FREE fruit infused water. Yum! The pizzas were baked quick. Sad to see no one else in the place other than ourselves. Hope business picks up for this great business!

What an experience! This is a one-of-a-kind restaurant. The staff is super friendly and happy to explain how to create your custom pizza. I liked that the same person stays with you through the entire process. And the pizza is fab! We tried the traditional and ancient grain and they were both great. So fresh, exactly what you want, and so fast! I don’t know what’s in those ovens but I want one at home! Check it out — you will be dazzled!

My husband and I were taking a walk and we stumbled upon Zoom’s opening day, and since we hadn’t eaten we gave it a shot. I was very impressed. I take my pizza very seriously(I make pizza from scratch almost every week) and for almost-fast-food pizza, this place was really delicious. The crust(I went with the traditional) was crisp and chewy, the spicy tomato sauce was super flavorful, and the topping selection was GREAT(I chose butternut squash, spinach, figs, ricotta, garlic, and calabrian chiles and it was DELICIOUS). Also, and this was a nice treat– they have a «water bar» with still, sparkling, and«ambient»(I had to ask– just means«room temp») and a bunch of stuff you can put in like lemon, lime, berries, etc). I am a big sparkling water drinker so that was a nice plus. I was a little confused when I asked for a box at the end though– the pizzas are a pretty good size, and I only ate half of mine. I went up and asked for a to-go box, and I was told they could only give me foil and another tray– the boxes are if you order it as «to-go» from the start. Um, what? I took the foil and wrapped up my stuff but since I had walked over it was weird and unwieldy to carry my makeshift to-go box all the way home. I don’t know if there was a misunderstanding or what but I asked a couple of times(when the girl handed me foil, I said, oh I asked for a box, and again she said she couldn’t). So that’s weird. But the pizza is really good and it is a great to have a new option in the area. PS if someone working at Zoom reads this– I suggest you think about advertising at the movie theater up the street– there aren’t a ton of places to eat at near the Regal and Zoom would be a fun, fast option that’s nearby :)

My husband and I went for their power to the pizza party. This pizza is pretty amazing! We had a pizza with BBQ sauce chicken pancetta sweet potato spinach it was so good. This place allows you to be creative but the staff was great at guiding you to what you are looking for if you are unsure. We loved it and the atmosphere is great. Can’t wait to go back to try more. There are so many options.

I had Zoom pizza for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed it! I tried the Ancient Grain crust(which also happens to be gluten-free, though they have a separately named Gluten-Free option as well). The crust was cracker-like but dense enough to be satisfying, which I hadn’t ever experienced before. I ended up eating half and enjoyed the rest later(it saved well!). I loved the variety of ingredients offered and it was REALLY fast service. Great for a quick meal to-go, or a quick meal in their dining room.

This is a great new place!!! The ingredients are fresh, the pizza makers were generous with toppings, and the pizza took only 5 minutes to cook. Oh, and it was awesome! Good job, I’ll be coming back a lot.

My wife and I ate here the other night on a pre-opening test night. We were quite pleased. This is an order-to-build pizza place, with a conscious. Besides offering their normal(which was great) crust, sauces and premium toppings, they also offer SPE certified ingredients, and gluten free ingredients and kitchen process(this may be certified also). Anyway, we didn’t order either of these special makes — but we thought the standard pizza’s were excellent. As a pizza aficionado, I found the crust amazing. I had the spicy sauce, which was not overbearing but quite good. And, I had a number good toppings, making up my own flavor profile. The service was more fun than great, because it was a pre-opening night and everyone was learning. They seem to have a great staff and management, so the service should be great. ENJOY. Welcome to the neighborhood.

Zoom just opened on Clybourn where Shred415 was previously located. It has an accessible ramp for those with strollers or requiring handicap access. The décor is very nice — clean and a great use of the space. The ordering process is a lot of fun. It reminds me of Chipotle: all the ingredients are behind the counter. All the pizzas are one size. There is a regular crust and a gluten free option. At the counter you select your sauce(traditional red, spicy options); your cheese(regular mozzarella or a blend cheese); and all types of veggie and meat toppings. They have some terrific meat choices including pancetta and spicy sausages in addition to the more traditional options like pepperoni. Once your pizza is created the«pizzarista»(play on barista) puts it onto a conveyor oven which takes about a minute or so. The pizza was delicious. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great selection of sauces to choose from like ranch and Frank’s hot sauce for those who enjoy a drizzle or dipping options. Also they have a selection of water — mineral, sparkling and a host of fruits to add some flavor to your water. Quick, convenient and tasty option at a great price point! Look forward to more visits!
