Terrible. Don’t waste your time. Alexis has zero customer service skills and was clearly wanting to get back to the lunch she was eating when I came in. We had a discrepancy on my account and I asked for a number to talk with someone else — SHEREFUSED. I will get in touch with someone else to figure out the problem. And– I can promise I will tell many people about the way I was treated at this store. I have been at other locations and have always liked being an Ultimate Exposure customer . Just makes me think twice now Smh Wow!

Have had so many problems with this place. Left work early and went out of my way to get there by 8:00 and the doors were locked at 7:50! There were four people in there gabbing to the employee and they pretended they didn’t see me. Totally unprofessional! If you’re going to close before 8:00 then update your website. That’s false advertisement. No wonder you had to close half your salon, terrible customer service.

Bought the groupon… nice staff, convenient location however the standup bed that we use has about 5 bulbs out. We have notified the staff multiple times across visits and nothing has been done about it.

I got a spray tan — lasted two weeks, but I was extremely pale before I got it. Clean, well organized location. The employee who was showing me how to work the spray tanning machine, etc, was nice and detailed with directions. The other employee was somewhat annoying and try to up sell, though.

i apparently bought a groupon to this place back in february(i don’t recall doing so, but i’m just assuming i was at my wit’s end with the polar vortex and pale skin at the time) and recently received an email letting me know it was about to expire. i had a few tanlines from the summer that i wanted to get rid of, so i decided to go in. the guy working was exceptionally nice. he explained everything to me, talked me through my options in terms of lotions and machines, and really considered what would be best for my skin since it had been awhile since i last tanned in a bed. of course, they are trying to make money, so he did get a little sales-pitchy with upgrades and lotion types, but when i let him know i wasn’t looking to spend a lot of money, he was responsive and wasn’t pushy. the beds are clean and the rooms are super roomy, so you have plenty of room to put on lotion. my one complaint would be that they don’t have mirrors in the rooms that i use, so i walk out of the store unsure about whether or not i have raccoon eyes. oh well. i’ll definitely use the rest of my groupon sessions here, and i’ll return in the winter if i decide i’m fed up with being pale again.

This is one of the nicest tanning places I’ve been to. It’s always clean and they play good music. Their bulbs are strong! I walked out of there pink in a few sensitive places if you know what I mean… yowch. I appreciate the fact they always ask if you have eye protection and they are conservative in recommending how many minutes to tan. Cody is such a cutie, he’s helpful, and he’s friendly. I went in tonight but the young, short girl that was working was borderline snobby not to mention… slow! There were 5 people in line ahead of me and she didn’t quite snap to it to get everyone handled in a timely fashion. Come on sister, I only put 1 quarter in the parking meter. Get to steppin’!

This is probably my favorite location of all the Ultimate Exposure tanning centers. I consistently receive great, friendly customer service. I know it helps that the place is new, but it is always clean along with being very roomy. I have never had a problem with parking, usually just parking at one of the meters in front.

I walked in the other night after work just to check it out and was pleasantly surprised by a really helpful employee. He asked several questions, explained the«membership» and answered all of my questions. Before I knew it I was signed up for 5 months of tanning for only $ 60!!! The deal is if you sign up to be a member, the first two months are free then you only pay $ 20 a month for the next three months. After that you can cancel(requires 30days written notice) if you want! He helped me find a bronzer and sent me in to tan! The bed was clean-I hate it when you can still see streaks-it’s pretty sick! I’ve been back again-they open at 8 which is nice because I work out right across the street so I can stop by and tan on my way to work! You can’t make appointments but they have like 20 beds I think so it doesn’t seem to be a problem getting in. I hate tanning places that make you feel like you’ll get an STD just by looking at the bed – this is NOT one of those places. Seems very clean! I didn’t give it 5 stars because I’ve been to places that offer hair ties, face wipes and stuff like that-not necessary but a huge bonus!
