I’m a loyal Dunkin donuts customer but this location failed me. The manager (lady, short, Indian) was so rude and doesn’t know customer service. I hope Faisal knows about this. Please take your business somewhere else.

Today there was a homeless looking man with his shoes off fast asleep in the store and nobody seemed to mind. It was disgusting. Starbucks can have my business if this is how they are going to keep their store.

The service here was ok. I got into line and people started a line on the opposite side in the morning which I was not happy about. It was really busy and I ordered a cookie dough iced coffee. It didn’t take too long and it tasted good. The only reason I am taking off a star was for the wait!
I gave this place a second chance and have to say, one of the workers was extremely rude. The other 2 workers were very nice and trying to understand the dunkin donut app where as she said to stop talking because I was trying to explain the offer to her. Extremely rude and disrespectful.

Slow service! When I walked in this morning for my morning cup o’ joe, the staff that was behind the counter acted totally indifferent to the fact that there were about 4 people waiting to place their orders. There was no sense of urgency, no desire to speed up a bit to get everyone’s order taken in a reasonable amount of time.
I like speedy (and friendly) service. Maybe today was a fluke? Dunno.
