Fast and friendly service. This smaller Starbuck shop serves better all of us that commute in the city using public transportation. No free parking nearby and with a huge clientele, I was pleasantly surprised at how promptly I was served. Consistency was key and this little and busy shop does not sacrifice it: Quality still reins over quantity.

Was lucky to get in before the line wrapped around the entire store. Someone ahead of me took my drink so waited while the barrista to make me another then they forgot to make my breakfast sandwich so waited again. Don’t understand why it take 10 min to warm up a sandwich that tastes like card board? Will be sticking to Dunkin Donuts! Much tastier and friendly without the slow service!

I give this location 3 stars because the drinks aren’t bad. They aren’t amazing but they’re okay. The location is for people who are«on the go». If you want to stay and get some work done, it’s way too crowded to be comfortable, and the small seating areas are horrible.

This Starbucks is not typical, there’s less space for sitting down and drinking coffee, it seems like most of their customers are passing through. There was a long line that the workers handled in a plodding and inefficient manner, and this wasn’t because they were being overly friendly. It seemed like the whole crew was new and inexperienced. But you really don’t have much choice right around here.

Horrible baristas don’t know what they’re doing. We ordered 6 drinks and they all just tasted like warm milk. Very unorganized and inexperienced workers!

I live near this Starbucks, and I’ve found it to be hit-or-miss. It’s usually pretty quick, but some of the baristas are extremely kind while others are just plain unfriendly. I stopped here yesterday for a quick latte and pastry, and I was driven to write this review due to the abysmal service I received. I was the only one in line, so I walked up and stood by the cash register for at least a minute without being acknowledged. The woman who appeared to be in charge finally saw me, and saying nothing to me, asked her coworker if he could«ring her up while I finish making this list.» OK then. So he rang me up and made my latte. When he handed me the latte, he realized that he had forgotten my croissant, so he handed me a croissant in a pre-wrapped plastic bag. I know that Starbucks doesn’t make their baked goods in-house, but this was just tacky! I’m used to having the barista ask if I would like the pastry warmed up and then handing it to me in one of those paper small Starbucks bags. Hopefully this Starbucks can figure out how to step up their service, because next time I plan on paying less to have better service at the Dunkin’ Donuts across the street.

It’s surprising to me to see reviews of lack of urgency, as I have always experienced the opposite. This Starbucks is also on my way to work, and every single time I am treated with kind, yet fast and efficient service. Today, my drink was ready in a few minutes, even with a long line ahead of me. A few days ago, my mobile order didn’t go through, but the lady quickly took my order and had it ready in a few minutes. Clearly, something is going right :) Thank you for getting me to work on time, with coffee in hand!

I can’t believe they don’t have soy milk, it is the first time that this ever happens to me at a Starbucks. Other than that, the place is ok.

Rudest manager I’ve ever seen in my life. Understand that it’s a busy store and you have to keep things functioning, but semi-shaming your employees in front of guests is just rude.

I often go past this Starbucks on my way home from work. When I have stopped in the baristas have always been very nice and do a good job. I have no complaints.

So I decided to write a review on this particular Starbucks because of the service that I have seen repeatedly. This Starbucks is on my way to work and it’s convenient and easier to stop here. The complaint I have is the lack of urgency when making customers orders. I have had this issue plenty of times. I have sometimes waited 10min to get my order because there is only one barista making the drinks and taking orders while there are other employees doing other activities instead of providing customer service. Stocking should not be the priority when there is a line of customers.

I would strongly advise on looking at your pastry before you order. The container is full of gnats

Not super spacious, and beyond unfriendly. If you take over a few seconds to get your drink, the barista will yell at you. The drinks are yummy but ATWHATCOST I ASK??? :o

Not the best Starbucks I have ever been to(the drink mixing could use some work), but the staff here is really nice and they do a good job trying to get you what you need during those rush periods. The house coffee never tastes burned and they have never forgotten my order and I am there a lot. So while it may not be perfect, it is overall a good experience.

Hit this place up for breakfast. I’m a simple man; breakfast is a sangich and small coffee and my day has begun. Great floor-to-ceiling windows. Great people watching. I hate when places put shit on the windows like specials or large decals or some other view-obstructing shit. I like having a nice, huge preferably clean window to look out into this magnificent world through. Particularly while I’m enjoying my breakfast sandwich and coffee. I don’t know if it was a zoning requirement(the mattress store down the street has a similar look) but this Starbucks has a full three walls of floor-to ceiling windows. You can sit just about anywhere, save for behind the counter, and have a decent view of what’s going on outside. They also have a little patio area for those nicer days. Busy. Lots of foot traffic. This place usually has at least two customers in it at all times of day; it’s quite incredible. It’s probably the busiest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I’ve seen close to twenty or so people hovering inside and outside this location. Again incredible considering it’s practically a 30×30 foot glass cube. Quick service and friendly baristas. I’m sorry I always forget the tall, grande, venti, etc sizing schedule; I just say«small» coffee. No snobbery whiplash from the baristas; they chill about it. They whip my order up pretty quickly and move on like nothing happen.

As far as Starbucks goes, this location is probably one of the least desirable ones to go to. I will say the baristas I saw making the drinks did so pretty well, but painfully slow compared to the amount of customers waiting for their drinks. And if I’m not mistaken, they weren’t wrapping our cups with money or adding golden nuggets into the drinks so I’m not sure what the motive was behind the slower pace. Also, the customer service was slacking pretty bad as well. Very robotic and too the point. Same script, different customer, another day, another dollar. I felt more like I was in an experimental fast food chain coffee shop. However, the layout of the store was pretty descent and promoted a more open space environment with seating along the walls, which is a nice touch. Overall, I’d have to say if you are looking for the full Starbucks experience, this is not the location to go to, especially if you can manage to make it down a couple blocks to the next Starbucks shop!

Some ppl who works here are one of the nicest ppl ive ever came across at all the Starbucks i’ve been to. But there are also some that are one of the rudest ppl at any Starbucks i’ve been to. Also if you want a SOY frap, tell them you want yiur drink in the«SOY» container. I know it sounds stupid, because thats what Starbucks suppose to do anyways. But appearently its not that obvious at this starbucks. I’ve gotten my Soy frap made in the DAIRY container MORETHENONCE.

As far as Starbucks goes, this one leaves a little to be desired. It has a prominent position in the south loop, and gets a lot of traffic. Yet the service here pales in comparison with other Starbucks. I was very disappointed in the coffee they served. I was pretty excited by the dark roast on tap. While I don’t recall the name, it was one I had not tried before. Granted, it was about 2:30 pm, but the coffee was burned. I hate burned coffee.
