Absolutely the worst DD I have ever been to. It is my fault that I still occasionally stop there. They never get my order right. I only ask for one drink. The DD on Pulaski/​I 55 is amazing. Not only can make My drink they are kind and fast. I tipped the girl $ 5 the last time I was there.

Best Dunkin Donuts anywhere! Everyone is always so nice, so fast, and so efficient!!! Just drove through, there were five cars before me and I got my coffee in 2 minutes!!! Keep up the good work!!! Love this Dunkin!!!

This is one of the worst run DD’s I have ever been to. The leadership must be absent from the operation and unable to set expectations of quality and good service. Or they’re just in way over there head with running this store.
Multiple times when I have gone in there was a line to the door and no one working with a sense of urgency. Customers walking out after no progress with the line, things like that.
Amazing, some businesses you go into and they apologize for the wait when you only wait 15 seconds. Waiting here for five minutes still does not warrant any type of acknowledgment at all which is disappointing.
It’s so poorly run. Pay more for a competitor near by or just find another DD down the street. Or better yet, go in and check out the joke that is this location. They’re so consistently bad that you’re likely to have the same experience I am describing.

It took 10 minutes to get my bacon, egg & cheese bagel. The people there were very rude and obnoxious!

First experience at this location was under construction which I did not like. I couldn’t even eat at their table due to a table saw that they were using during my order. They wouldn’t let us into the lobby because they were doing something to it. And also the egg bacon cheese bagel that I had had a really burnt bacon. This is the reason I give them a one star. Bad service and burnt food

I know, I know. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts. This one is really awesome though when it comes to the drive-​thru. Do not be fooled by the long line that curves around the Lowe’s parking lot in the morning, you will not have to wait long.
They are on top of their game at this location. They make everything fast, get your orders right and everything is super fresh since this location is so busy.
I don’t know why, but the lattes just taste so much better from this location. Who knows, maybe they actually measure out ingredients instead of just throwing stuff together like I am sure some other locations do, but I’m serious… the lattes taste really good and they are consistently good. That gets them a 5 star from this latte-​loving mama.

I don’t what it is about this location, but it’s like the best of all the one’s I go to. I think it’s because of how busy it is. It’s always fresh I guess.

Went through the drive thru for a large iced coffee. Person on the intercom sounded like they were just mumbling. Get up to the window and we had to sit and wait for like 3 – 4 minutes before someone came to the window. Well, the iced coffee was good though.
