Asked for her to mix up the 50 munchkins I ordered and when I got home there were only 3 different kinds. Then as I’m eating one I pulled out a long hair that was made inside and baked into my munchkin. Grossed me out had to throw out the whole box. Will not be going back.

The man who took my order was very pleasant and sweet! I got a chicken sandwich, hash browns, and three of the double chocolate donuts. Everything was delicious!

I really don’t come to this Dunkin Donuts that often because every time I order my ice coffee they never make it the way I want it. I always end up going home and adding more sugar or more cream. And they are also very rude when you have a problem with your drink they made.

I am so dissatisfied with the taste of the regular coffee at this location. It is really unfortunate because this is in such a great location. The quality of coffee tastes like they reuse the coffee grounds! I hope management reads this review and makes some changes before they loose more customers. I have heard many other commuters share the same opinion.

This is one of my favorite DD locations. This place gets crazy during rush hour because it’s right next to the Metra station. These guys move at record speeds to make sure everyone catches the train, and are the most friendly employees around!

I had a terrible experience with this Dunkin Donuts. The attendant on duty took his sweet time looking at register tapes for about 5 minutes before he waited on me. He was also rude and condescending in processing my order. I don’t think I will be going back there in the near future.

This is my absolute favorite Dunkin Donuts location.
The staff is friendly and fast. My favorite part is that I am in there a few times a week and can always count on the owner knowing I get a Medium French Vanilla Cream & Sugar before I have even opened my mouth.
