Horrible experience. Bad service… The girl was watching a movie on her phone while she was doing my nails. She didn’t do what I wanted. Never going back!

Horrible service. I asked for no chip manicure and the lady kept saying acrylic. I kept telling her no that they were my real nails not fake ones and she kept insisting and I kept telling her no. When I thought she had gotten the point she tried to pull my nail off! Never going there again!

So decided to give them another shot even though it’s new management. Ugh, bad idea. Had bad experience with pedicure. Lets just say I walked out limping with a bandaid, no apologies, and no discount. Manager was there, she seen, and nothing. Never again. Im picky with nail salons, miss the old management :(. After some searching finally found my new spot, I highly recommend the new place I go to

This used to be my regular go to. However, recently there was an ownership change. While there are two or three ladies from previous owners that still work here, overall it has gone downhill. I used to love this place now I’m on Unilocal looking for a replacement. Cleanliness, friendliness, and overall feeling is no longer acceptable.

Terrible service, the place was extremely dirty. The woman who was doing my nails used dirty utensils and didn’t bother cleaning up the women’s mess before me. She actually had nail clippings all over her station. Definitely never going back!

I must say that I was very pleased the way my nails came out today my first time here, I got the PINK&WHITE set, it’s more expensive than the acrylic or gel nails, but well worth it! Vu did my nails, he is good! I will definetely come back!!!
