Dunkin’ Donuts

After having a bad experience at another location, I was hesitant to try Dunkin Donuts again, but gave it a shot anyway. This location was much larger and cleaner. I love that they advertise their specials and new items. I ended up getting the chocolate donut croissant, which was all chocolate goodness. I also had their Dunkaccino, which is half hot chocolate and half cappuccino. Such a wonderful and delicious invention. Only thing is that they had very few selections for donuts, but that may be that it was late night.

Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE. I have been coming here for years since its on my way too work. REPEATEDLY screwing up my simple order that I get EVERYDAY for years. I guess they are trying to save money because they NEVER put napkins in the bag unless you ask for them. This morning alone, 2 creams with coffee and when I got to the window the girl had it all wrong, tried to charged me for stuff I didn’t even order. I get to work and BOTH coffee’s had no cream. Been trying to call them and line is constantly busy. Go somewhere else, seems after the minimum wage went up, the service has gone down…

I have been coming here since I was 10 years old, today I am a few years shy away from 30. I absolutely love this Dunkin Donuts. It is generally peaceful and quiet, surely you would find the crowds in the morning as like anywhere else. Employees are friendly but surely there have been those I wasn’t too fond of over the years.
All in all, service is fast, food and drink are fresh and I don’t have any complaints. In fact, all I can say is THANK YOU to those that always welcome me with a warm smile and even pitch me freebies, you guys are great. This Dunkin Donuts will ALWAYS be home sweet home for me.

Terrible customer service. In the future, I will make sure to stop at another location before I make it to Midway. Just left a few minutes ago, asked the 3 girls back there what flavor iced coffees they have. They told me to look «at the third board» looked, looked, & looked, still didn’t see any flavors. Asked them again. Their response was the same. I’m sorry, but don’t you girls work here? Decided since I’m in a rush, and the girls who work there don’t know what flavor iced coffees they have, to not order anything.

I find most of the employees here to be rude especially through the drive thru. The young Indian guy who works in the morning needs to take a customer service class.

Super RUDE employee. It was a short older Indian female. She would not allow me to order 5 separate orders of the $ 0.99 5-​munchkin. She said no, you can’t buy them separately, you can buy 25 or 50 munchkins… She said if I order like that, she will charge me for 25 Munchkins at $ 5.49. So I said I want 4 or 6 separate orders, but nope, only 25 or 50. It seems like there is a limit 1 per person on the $ 0.99 deals. There was another nicer employee that wanted to help since it seems like the Indian female didn’t understand what I want. The Indian female told the other employee no when the other employee said I want 5 orders of the $ 0.99 5-​munchkin deal. I NEVER had a problem at any other Dunkin Donuts. Other stores are nice enough to put the 5 munchkins in 5 separate bags. They would just ring up 5 or 6 orders of the $ 0.99 deal. No questions asked and never refused service. This employee needs to know what menu items are on the menu. Doesn’t seem like she knows that there is a 5-​munchkin deal for $ 0.99. Can’t even buy 2 separate orders of the $ 0.99 deal.

I dont know why we keep coming back. The staff is rude and the drive tru intercom is broken. Plus they dont have my son’s favorite donut the managers special.

Unless you want to receive something other than you ordered, a sandwich that’s still kinda frozen in the middle, and not be able to understand a single thing the guy said through the drive thru speaker thingy… don’t waste your time here.

After walking into this dunkin donuts, my fiancée and I stood there awkwardly for a good few minutes before someone finally looked up. A rude indian guy asked us what we wanted, and a rather nice lady completed the transaction. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and donut with sprinkles (my favorite). The donut must have been about a week old, because it was nasty and really stale. If I had throw it up against a wall, it would have shattered into a million pieces. The latte itself must’ve had a hundred grams of sugar, because damn, it was sweet. Sweet enough to make your teeth hurt, spike your insulin, and put you into a diabetic coma. I stopped halfway to avoid dying on the spot. Nasty food, bad service, and dirty facility.

This might not be the best location (the selection is a bit limited due to the size of the store), but it is right by Midway airport. After getting off the plane, I really can’t wait for my first Dunkin’ Donuts fix. Forget Krispy Kreme, DD is much better! The blueberry and buttermilk (not at every store) are personal favorites. One of the things I miss most about no longer living in the midwest!
