Dunkin’ Donuts

I am a frequent coffee drinker. I like to get exactly what I ask for and this location never can get my order right. They always forget to add something or over charge me for basic things like sugar… cream…etc. Another thing I hate is when the coffee is old. Starbucks changes there coffee every 8 – 15 minutes during their peak periods. Daily coffee drinkers can tell the difference and can taste you not doing your job correctly. Not to mention if you go later in the day they are out of everything. What kind of 24 hour donut store doesn’t stock and time manage well enough to have a full selection all the time. This is not acceptable… This place is known for donuts and coffee so maybe they should hire/​train their team to be skilled in those two areas… to say the least.

Been here a few times with my family and everything was acceptable, but today was horrible. Walked in with daughter and no employees to be found. After a few minutes a woman finally popped up and proceeded to deliver horrible service. After getting my drink she walked away completely forgetting to give me the ice cream I just ordered for my daughter, leaving us standing there waiting for another 4 – 5 minutes. All I got was an «oh, sorry». Never going back.

I’ve always had a problem with this Dunkin Donuts. I’ve even went as far as writing corporate. They had the manager call me and explain why there is a problem there.(New employees). Really bad customer service. I really hope things change there.

Like this Dunkin since they have a Baskin Robbins attatched to it. Donuts seem to be fresh regardless of when i purchase them.

Great service n they have drive tru. The drive tru is narrow tho so If you have a big car u better know how to use it
