Carl who delivered our pizzas just now was so nice! 5 delicious pizzas got delivered in the time quoted despite the snow!

Pizza by the slice was pretty solid. The Italian Beef sandwich was great. Service was quick. Fries were hot. Did not like aggressive panhandler that made four trips through the place during lunch.

So this used to be my hangout spot when I lived close by, so it holds a soft place in my heart. That being said, the last couple of times I’ve been here have been a bit underwhelming. The garlic parm wings used to be tasty as heck, the last time I got them they were meh. I did have a grinder though, Italian, it was way good. I mean I usually come here for pizza, wings and beer but the last time I was there I wanted an sandwich and man did this deliver! Oh and they deliver! I typically don’t like delivery though. I want to come to a place that I can sit at the bar, chat with the bar tender or other locals, watch some sports on the televisions, and enjoy a cold one. This is that place if that is what you are looking for. Decent food and a great environment. And man the beer specials are insane. With the new happy hour laws, they have reduced drinks from 3 – 6. Oh and on Saturday all beers on tap are only $ 3! They’ve got craft and mass beers on tap. The ice cream here is pretty good too. Check out the place. Stay for a bit. Have a beer.

DONOTEATHERE!!! disgusting I ordered delivery The wings were cold and chewy. They also had visible freezer burn scabs on them. I assume from being in the freezer too long or not stored at proper temp… Disgusting The rueben was chewy and cold. They slice the corned beef incorrectly with the grain so that it is chewy and fatty. Disgusting I asked for the burger well. It was red. No attention to detail. Disgusting They forgot my salads as well . I called in. They sent out replacements, but it took like 2 hours This place is not only a joke, but their food is disgusting!!! DONOTEATHERE !!!

I have decided to give this location a second chance, since I do like their food. Service has been prompt and food has been good. Wings still come a little cold but that is expected when ordering for delivery. Would I order again? Yes, I would.

I really want to like D’Agostino’s. I live really closeby and the service has always been great. I just really don’t like the pizza. I’ve had the thick and the thin, and a couple bites in, I start wondering if I have a cold. Where’s the flavor? I’ll be back again in 6 months in hopes that they’ve changed their recipe.

Delish pizza but overall overpriced. Lived in the area for 5 years and have eaten inside, and ordered delivery multiple times. The last time my pizza was very burned-almost inedible. I called and spoke with a manager who didn’t seem to believe me or care. I offered to send photos, and they told me to go right ahead. I was assured my next order would be credited appropriately. Next order-they took a whopping $ 5 off my bill and didn’t care about my last unpleasant experience-or the fact that I WAS a frequent customer/under the impression I would receive an apology/appropriate credit(for a pizza at least). Take care of your«regulars» or they will find other places that do, Chicago is one of the main pizza hubs in the world after all-plenty of options!

I’ve had pizzas ordered form here for work meetings, and they are usually pretty good. I’ve ordered things personally from here, and gotten decent service and decent food. They have a large selection of gluten free options. I’ve never felt like anything was good enough to write home about. Today though? I am not returning, on principle. My guy and I are starved, hangry in fact. Why? We waited over an hour for our food, only for a guy to call us from a different location to tell us that we called and ordered at the wrong location and he needed our card number again. After my guy hung up, I said, «no, I know I told you the right number.» We double checked and called back, yep. We did call the right one. The woman who took the order was slow and not a good listener. She got the address wrong, even after having repeated it multiple times. Instead of calling us back to make sure, she up and sent the order to another location, that’s who called us. So obviously, the original location calls us back 10 minutes later and says, «Hi, can we have your order and credit card number please, since we had to void it we don’t have it.» I won’t recap that convo, but she basically she apologized lazily, didn’t offer us any compensation, and acted like it was just a small deal. So, we said, never mind. Because let me tell you, to hangry people in search of comfort food on a Sunday night, it’s a HUGE deal. So ultimately, you mean to tell me that it would have taken us 2.5+ hours to get our food from a place that is 4 blocks away, and they want to run us in circles and THEN act like it’s not really a big deal and is a small mistake??? No one is perfect, but they really could have handled this whole thing differently. Not amused. Starved. Not going back. Is it wrong to mention that all I’ve had since 1pm was coffee, and it’s now 11:30pm and with a lot of food allergies, I literally have NOWHERE to get food from, it’s late, I don’t want to leave the house, and now the coffee has eaten a hole through my stomach. Great job D’Agostino’s, you’ve managed to pi$$ me off, starve me, and give me an ulcer. That’s great work right there. Now, on top of this, I should note: Do not expect high quality meats here. Do not get a gluten free burger, I think McDonald’s patties are probably better quality. The gluten free bun was ok, the gluten free pizzas are good, but I haven’t tried anything else out of fear. Now I really won’t. I also wouldn’t attempt to dine in at this location. It basically just has a bar.

Meh, I dont really like their pizza. The deep crust is too doughy and flavorless. The thin is good, but I prefer a good deep. Its overpriced and not delish. Meatballs tasted like frozen balls Onion rings were chewy and super greasy I wont be ordering from here again.

I drove by D’Agostino’s on my way back to work and decided to stop in and see what they had on the menu. I’m so happy I did!!! I ordered the Southwest BBQ Chicken salad(with hot chicken). It was delicious!!! I’m super picky about salad dressing. The BBQ ranch dressing was YUMMY — perfect for the salad ingredients. I will definitely be back!

I ordered the Tuscan salad with anchovies and really enjoyed it. My sister had the Mozzarella Basil Panini and it could have used a bit more basil. Our server Ceaser was very attentive. Not sure what their official dog on the patio policy is, but he kindly accommodated us and our two pooches. Ogden is busy with traffic and therefore it can get loud, but the patio was nicely shaded.

I was here one day; just in the area, wanted to have a quick bite and sit outside. When my order was taken there was a total of 9 ppl in the restaurant. 5 were already done eating. I ordered a very simple chicken parm sandwich with sweet potato fries. Do u know it took 32 mins to get my food!!! Again the place was empty! When I got the food it was awful and flavorless. THE fries were burnt the sandwich had no flavor. I’m never going back here again.

Really disappointing experience. The pizza is excellent. The service was absolutely terrible and the follow through was even worse. We ordered pizza for a birthday party and asked that they be delivered around 12:30. Now I know that ordering on a Friday during lunch means its busy and hard to nail down a time. BUT. The pizzas came at 11:40. When I complained I got a really SOWHAT attitude. Thanks. Cold Pizza. Soggy Pizza. Sitting around for 40minutes.

Take out customer service is always on the ball! On a pinch this place is great. I usually pre-order before I get on the blue line and then walk over. I must admit there fries are the bomb! However I was disappointed in there mini burger sliders. The meat tasted too tough… The BLT here isn’t too bad, but try there jalapeño poppers. They do have a large selection of food and appetizers to choose from.

This was so bad that it made me angry … angry that I wasted calories, stomach-space, time and money on a meal here when I only had a weekend in the Windy City. If you told me they were serving frozen pizza from the grocery store, I’d believe you. That’s how bad it was. It even had that recently-but-not-completely thawed look to it. After writing this review, I’ll have to go back to my review of Santullo’s to add a second star. For my recent trip to Chicago, D’Agostino’s literally redefined bad pizza!

I would give the food a solid 3.5 stars, and I still order frequently– but I never seem to get what I order. Seriously this place could screw up free lunch– I mean EVERYSINGLETIME I order from here something is missing, not correct, or the pizza shows up kinda cold. They offer gluten free pasta options but the staff never know what half the menu or what gluten free really is. Multiple times I’ve ordered gluten free pasta I got regular– which is problematic. I still order from here because it’s convenient, the pie is decent, and heck– I’m a gambling woman ;-)

Eh, pizza sauce was pretty bland. Crust was ok. There’s many other pizza places I’d rather go to. I probably won’t go back. If you like great thin crust pizza, you may want to keep looking, because you’re not going to find it here.

Currently my go-to place for delivery(only b/c I’m outside of Piece’s delivery zone). This place is great for thin crust square slices. The crust holds up very well — not soggy at all. The Greek salad is also excellent and comes with a delicious dressing.
