Came here around 10 pm on a Saturday and the pizza blew my mind delicious. I got the pepper onion. New York ain’t got nothing on this!

Horrible service & hung up on me twice when I called to get a pizza. Never trying to get a pizza from them again.

The pizza is $ 4 per slice and the sauce tastes like ketchup. Ate here while waiting for the bus, would not do so again.

This place is gross Cardboard, flavorless pizza. We were hoping to find our local go to and we found bad pizza.

Best slice that I’ve had in a longtime. There’s better pizza, but this was a great slice to go. I waited for a fresh one, though.

I wish I had discovered a place like this in my pot-smoking college days. Open late seven days a week, always full of an eclectic mix of people both as customers and employees. Nothing like a cappuccino and a slice of greasy cheese and sausage pizza at 2am! Not what I happen to be an adult, doesn’t mean I still can’t enjoy this place. It’s a midnight-shifter’s best friend; a place in which you can get a decent whole pizza or a simple salad at times when most restaurants are long since closed. I’ve sampled plenty of items here. While the pizza is fair, I like their Italian beef(even without hot pepper, the gravy has a good spice to it.) The jalapeño poppers are the cheddar variety, and taste great with ranch dressing. The salads are quite basic, and probably the only thing on the menu not worth the price,

Got a delivery order for a 16″ thin crust pepperoni and a 10″ Chicago deep dish pepperoni and sausage. Delivery was pretty quick and the pizza was hot, awesome. The thin crust was a great balance of crust, sauce, and cheese. Crust was not crispy, but soft and not soggy one bit. It was cooked perfectly. Nothing really stood out to me, but in a good way; it was simply good pizza that would appeal to anyone. The deep dish was alright. It was very messy. There could have been a little less sauce, but this didn’t stop me from enjoying it. It was also cooked very well. Pie-Eyed is delicious, good value, and convenient. No complaints on my end.

I came with the fam and had a pizza with fries combo. The fries thing was a little off but let me tell you… The fries are the only thing worth coming back for. The pizza was bland and more on the average side. The service was ok and there were no customers so finding a seat was a breeze. Although, not offering high chairs to its customers is not only a let down but not family friend at all. Would I come back? Um, highly doubtful

Okay, let me just start by saying that the people we talked to from Pie Eyed were super nice, so this not so stellar review has nothing to do with the service we received. Also, we ordered from here on New Years Eve, so I’m pretty sure they were slammed, but nevertheless, our order was over an hour late and came cold. We also had to call the restaurant several times, only to find the delivery driver said he had come to deliver but we didn’t pick up his call so he went back to the restaurant. I’m not sure what happened here, since neither I or my fiancé had a voicemail or a missed call, but stranger things have happened. They did end up delivering, but it was a total ordeal and the pizza(along with being late and cold) was more saice than anything else. I don’t think we will be ordering from here again.

I can be quite the selective eater. Their wings are crisp(you know, not soggy), meat on the bones, and a buffalo sauce that has some kick to it. Their wings are great! Other things I recommend are the toasted ravioli, any of their salads, the pizza(duh), the italian beef is toasted and done to perfection. Their pizza is also the right amount of everything. Highly recommend.

Hey do u know of better thin crust? I don’t know of a more perfect pizzeria. the Cheese pizza is incredible and they don’t have to hide behind toppings but the toppings are also really awesome And the hours are the shit! I used to come here pretty much every day in high school and now we order from them 2 miles away!

Really good offbeat local pizza joint right at the Chicago blue line stop. Don’t expect anything fancy just good thin-crust pizza, huge slices and range of fried food options. Open late. The #1 with a slice, drink and fries is a good deal. I recommend heading across to the street to the Matchbox after, some of the best cocktails in the city in a really unique space.

Good pizza, clean restaurant. The owner works behind the counter and is friendly and helpful. From what I hear it is a great place to grab a slice for lunch or late after a night out.

Pizza is meh. My issue is with their sauce… too watery and bland. Their salads are decent, but it’s not like you go to a pizzeria for the salad.

I don’t go to many pizza places that offer pizza by the slice but this one is awesome. Their sausage and pepperoni slices are amazing. Great convenient location right off the Chicago Ave blue line stop. Walk up the stairs from the train and into the place. Can’t get anymore convenient then that. Also my mom liked their spinach and mushroom slice.

I’ve been a Pie Eyed customer for a few years. Consistently good deep dish(mmm so heavy, so much bread and cheese and sauce) and really great thin slices. I appreciate that they are open late on weekends. I know where to get my pizza fix if I want pizza at 1am. Rather recently, I called in an order before leaving work to pick up on my way home. By the time I got there, I didn’t have a wallet — unfortunately, I’d been pick-pocketed on the train on my way home — and I stopped in to tell them I wouldn’t be getting the pizza after all. Dude said, «Sounds like you’re having a sh***y day, take it anyway.» It was so kind when I was feeling so frustrated, it made me cry. Thank you, Pie Eyed, you are the pizza of my eye. :D

This is a fantastic little find! It’s reasonably priced in fact, it’s inexpensive, it’s open really late, it’s got a great menu, and the food ain’t bad. I recommend checking the daily specials. The Monday Meatball Sub is fantastic. They give you large meatballs with a lot of cheese and the sauce pretty decent. It’s not fresh, but let’s keep expectations realistic here, it’s a great little dive with good prices and completely convenient. The pizza is good, I like their crust and is sold by the slice. The chicken parm is ok too. I had their wings… Well… ummm…errrrr…ehhhh…let’s just say don’t get the wings… it’s not a wing joint, ok? If you live nearby, you’re crazy not making this a regular standby/go-to. Oh, watch out for the bakery. Best way to put this, make sure you have dental insurance first, just sayin’…

It doesn’t take much genius and creativity to bake good pizzas. And even a good pizza would have been acceptable, dough, sauce and cheese, temperature and time. But when you can mess up something so basic, you may wanna fire your kitchen staff and start all over again. $ 24 for a 18″ flatbread with ketchup sauce(???) and cheese = killed my appetite and never coming back!

I love pie-eyed! I’m usually pretty lucky to be one of the first customers of the day. For most that means getting the biggest slice of pie. The problem is their slices are HUGE! Don’t get me wrong I like to eat, but I always have to talk the lady into giving me the smallest slice. Add a blood orange San Pellegrino and my stomach is happy. Thanks for the pie!
