Personally, a business loses points when they don’t have all their options available. And they’re consistent with that. No Fuze tea avail or Fanta. Out of order sign is posted at least. I wasn’t greater when I walked in, she never said a word to me, and no «have a nice day». It’s obvious this place isn’t the best at customer service but the sandwich was so good. Bread was baked perfectly and ingredients were fresh. Subway. Eat fresh.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in Chicago. The staff literally started talking to Each other every time we opened Our mouths to place an order. Looking at me right in the eye and talking to Someone else so Loudly I couldn’t hear myself speak. Never told us when we were done with the transaction. No receipt, just walked away. With hundreds of subways in the city why go to one where they could Care less what your experience is like. What does it say about other standards? I would have fired someone on the spot if this were my place. As soon as we sat down their conversation stopped. Wonder what they talk about when no customers are here. Two of the most obnoxious women ready to ignore you in exchange for your money. Go somewhere else!

Rarely post on Unilocal,but this place is kind of bad. Been to a lot of subways in my time and i have to say this is quite possibly the worst. They shrink portion sizes, allow perished toppings to sit, and i suspect they lie about offering wifi. The staff, however, are very friendly(provided that the indian banter and laughter ia not actually about the customers). But as so many people have pointed out. its a subway. eat shet.

The only thing smiling in this place is the lucky person who was fortunate enough to walk away with a $ 5 footlong(and that is probably still rare)…or maybe a smiley face written on a table with a Sharpie. Someone needs to give these workers some«happy pills» because I swear you feel like you are pulling teeth and nails when ordering.(Yes, I actually want to put some toppings on my sandwich and even some sauce!) The previous reviews about great service must have been from previous owners or workers because I can assure you that the service is far from great here. Avoid this location if you can… unfortunately I have had to come here more often than I want because of limited time!!!

For some reason, I love Subway. This one is especially nice because it’s never packed and when it is, they don’t herd you through like a bunch of cattle. The people there are really nice to boot.

Like another reviewer has mentioned, it’s Subway, so you know what to expect. However, the service here is fantastic. Even on crowded days, you’re in and out within a few minutes. The employees are EXTREMELY kind, always greet you with a smile and tell you to have a nice day, and if you go there enough, remember your order.

It’s a Subway, so it’s pretty much what you’d expect. I’ve been there a few times and the service has been very good. I’ve also had no problem finding a place to sit. The tables are clean and it’s close to the Blue Line.
