This place has great guest service. All the employees go the extra mile to make sure you find what you need. The prices are extremely reasonable. I will definitely come back here and buy more sport coats on my next visit.

My son needed a suit. Because it was his very first suit, we had questions about style, size, prices, colors, the works. Chris Brink took the time to answer all our questions, showed us many different options, and we ended up buying 2 suits. One needed altering which Chris said would normally take a few days. When we mentioned that my son had an interview in a couple of days, he said he’d get the tailor to rush in our alterations. The other had to be ordered which would take up to three weeks. Incidentally, this was our second choice store. We had just come from The Men’s Wearhouse a few stores away, and we were disappointed at the indifference and rudeness exhibited bt the assistant manager Clay Calvert. We’ll never go to The Men’s Wearhouse again. For customer service, Jos A Bank is far better.

Purchased 3 premium suits from this location and they all had to be ordered and I was told they would take a month. A month came and went with no contact from the retailer, I called in and they said it would take a week longer. I began to receive small postcard like mail from Jos A Bank and it informed me that individual parts of my order were on back order and that they would be automatically canceled if I did not mail a ‘keep order’ request. I had to call in for each one of the four postcards in order to prevent my order from being auto-canceled. Another month rolls by and the suits are not in. I finally got a call that said that 2 of the jackets and 2 of the pants were in(not 2 full suits) and that the final pieces should be in soon. Two and half months after my original order, I was able to come in and try on the suit and get fitted. Turned out that none of my original purchase included the tailoring(which I wasn’t told) even though the pants were not tailored at all(size 38 pant was about 60 in long) and did not have a finished end. So a $ 200 pair of pants HAD to have another $ 50 of tailoring. Paid another $ 220 to get all three pairs of pants finished and this took another 2 weeks. Suits seem good quality but no where near the price tag of $ 650 each and $ 200 per pair of pants and the high price luxury service failed to deliver again and again. No apologies were made for the missed deadlines and I have already attended an event that I purchased the suits for. The staff was simply happy to take my money on two occasions and make no amends for very poor service.
