Horrible customer service. Bought a Zagg screen protector and they didn’t tell me that the product is final sale before purchasing. I had problems with it so I try to return it and the manager refuses to refund me the money. All she can say is that she apologizes that I wasn’t informed. I went to the big store near it and they happily refunded me the money. Don’t waste your time here just go to the store across the street.

The fucken nerd Brandon was fucken rude he was laughing at me when I was explaining the situation to him he wanted to charge me 8 more dollars to re install the a new screen protector !! For the bad job the previous person that works for the same company that as they do !!!

Bought 2 phones here several months ago. Bought the Geek Squad insurance which I was told covers everything that the Verizon policy does, but it was less expensive. So I thought, why not & signed & went on my way. Now, one of the phones was stolen and when I called to make a claim they told me my plan did not cover lost or stolen. What??? Not what I was told! And told me there is nothing they can do. Are you kidding me? They lied to me, I’ve been paying monthly for a plan that covers crap! If they don’t help to try & rectify this I will be complaining to the Attorney General or someone. It is not okay to lie to customers just to get their business!

Another great customer service experience. I stopped in to see about a warranty I had purchased a while back for my phone. Mackenzie was great! She was so nice, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and took great care of me!

Jacob Van Lingen and his Best Buy mobile team are the best in the business. every single one of the team members service skills are on point. Jacob is true professional. He will answer all of your questions and provide you with the information you need in so that you can make the best decision for yourself. I recently went in to have my phone replace under the best buy mobile insurance plan that i have which btw is the awesome. My phone was going to originally take 3 days to be delivered. Due to unforeseen circumstances it took a bit longer than expected. I had i-phone 4s. I had asked Jacob is there anyway that i could get a 5s or 5. He said that if the phone was on back order for 2 weeks then he could give me a brand new 5s or 5. Unfortunately my phone came within that two week window but he did manage to get me a refurbished iPhone 5 instead of refurbished 4s. He wasn’t there take the credit when i picked up my phone and maybe he had nothing to do with it but I would like to think that he did. Great job Jacob and best buy mobile team!

Saw that there was a sale on the phone that I wanted so I decided to get it from & pick it up from the store. They just got the box from their back room & had me sign some signatures & sent me on my way. When I asked the guy about transferring anything from my old phone to my new phone, he said that they are not able to because the machine that they had is too old & does not work with the newer phone??? If this is a mobile store AND a big company like Best Buy– you would think that they would be prepared. The email that is sent to the customer after you make the order on their website says that the rep will help you with activation etc. So, don’t expect the same service that you might get from a Verizon store, for example. I guess they don’t care about being«helpful» to the customer at Best Buy.

Ah Black Friday Weekend! Its hell for those three days at mall/stores. Well, I was in the market for a new phone. I won’t tell you what kind of phone for security purposes, but its a cool phone. For the record, I dislike iPhones. As I browsed the site, I found the phone and decided to pick it up at BestBuy Mobile at the WestField Topanga Mall. Located on the 1st Floor, you’ll find the mobile technology store from BestBuy. Sometimes I wonder if the kiosk is still a better option for BestBuy to do. Since I had placed my order online, all I had to do was pick it up. However, since it was Return Sunday. There was a lot of people there getting new phones and waiting in line. I felt sorry for the people who were in line, but were pushed back because the other family were in line. Even they thought I was serviced first before them and I knew then, that they were angry and wanted to leave. My BestBuy Store Associate, Justin, rang me up. However, I did not activate the phone there and I wanted to do it in the convenience of my home. I had trouble trying to activate the phone and was told by my service provider that Justin did not scan the box to activate the phone. So, I had waited a day to activate the phone. So, that was a big issue and I was glad to talk over the phone with the BestBuy Mobile Associate to activate the phone. Overall, service was not great. The staff from the greeter to the counter can do better. If someone is picking up items, there should be one person ready. It was like waiting at the DMV and always hearing, «Are you in line?» I think I would prefer just going to a regular BestBuy Store. At least the line I am waiting for is not busy doing too many things. Unilocal! The One Stop Place For Your Everyday Research!
