When it comes to McDonald’s it’s usually me wanting something fast and *kinda* good… So yea it always does that for me so I guess 5 stars, thanks McDonalds next Time give me more *mc*napkins you guys always put little on purpose lol

Asked for two cheeseburgers with tomatoes added, why would you only add one tomato to 1 cheeseburger? It’s as simple as adding a tomato to both cheeseburgers, how do you fuck a simple order like that up?

There’s quite a range of reviews and that’s to be expected in a fast food restaurant where turnover is high. I find this location to be better than average, on the times I’ve visited it’s been clean and operating in an efficient manner — that’s about all I can ask. I’ve seen a young man lately that I presume is a manager. I notice that he is very courteous to his employees and that struck me, because if you’re working for what I assume are pretty low wages, you don’t need to have a horrible boss.
You’re not going to have an exceptional dining experience here — c’mon, you’re ordering off the Dollar Menu — but you will get your food prepared as well as possible as quick as possible in a clean restaurant.

The girl who who was working at the drive thru this morning was VERY RUDE when I asked for sauce that should have already came with my burrito.
Tip: Don’t come here if you like hot sauce with your breakfast burrito because some people act like they’re giving it to you from their personal stash lol…

I go to the drive through of this location almost every other day on my way to the gym (I know, I know, but I swear I get healthy food!). The people that work this location are friendly and super efficient, and the food is always prepared in accordance with my special requests. I would highly recommend this location if you need a quick bite to eat and want it your way.

Horrible Manager! Her name is Jackie and she is so rude and lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE 101, which is the customer is always right. Anyhoo, they messed up on an order, so when I called I was greeted with «Hello May I help You?» As soon as I replied Yes, she repeats herself again. So I said, «can you hear me?» She rudely says, «Yes I can hear you, may I help you?» I said again, yes! Jackie then again says «May help you, may I help you!!» I felt like I was talking to some kind of robot. So irritated at this point I requested to speak to a manager. Jackie never identifies herself as a manager and says for me to call back some other time and then hangs up on me. I attempted to call 3x and no one picked up. I finally had to drive to Burien to resolve this issue. Jackie, in front of her staff tried to act as though I was in the wrong. I told her she was very unprofessional and rude and a poor leader. I also told her she has the worse customer service ever and shouldn’t be a manager. Jackie then got quiet because she knows she was in the wrong and figured that her Superior Complex due to her position, would make her somehow come out on top. Well it didn’t! I have no problem telling someone when they suck as a manager to their face because they have no problem acting high and mighty.
As many times as I have gone to this particular McDonalds, I have never had this kind of issue with anyone who works behind those counters. Jackie yells at her staff and instructs them to prepare everything fresh. Which in my opinion, should always be fresh to begin with.
What kind of Manager gets to treat people like this? A McDonalds Manager, that’s who!

Many times I come here for breakfast, I ordered Egg white delight with 2 sausages (no ham), white cheese and no yolk egg. They never made it right! They gave me cheddar, one sausage with white egg yolk then another time; with ham and they put two sausages and white egg in each boxes! That’s really pet peeve for not getting it right ordered!

This McDonald’s is always very busy. They seem to get my order right (probably because I refuse to use the drive-​thru.)
The food is just OK, just like every other McDonald’s in the area. I sort of only eat here if I totally have to.
It has been remodeled inside, but the menu is still difficult to read.

On Oct 31 at 2:45 AM, i went to the drive up window to order 3 hotcakes & sausage for $ 3.49 plus tax. The order screen said the total with tax is $ 4.16. When I got to the pay window, I asked why I was being charged $ 3.79 when the sign said $ 3.49. The «manager» said that she had to charge me the register price. I went back to the sign and took a picture and returned to the pay window. After going back and forth, it was clear that even with her limited English that she understood the problem but was unable to correct it. She said that I had to come back later in the day and take it up with the manager. The extra 30 cents not worth the trip. I left without the hotcakes & sausage and will never return to this dishonest McDonalds
