Burger King

Staff is friendly and quick. Cant say much since this is a burger king. Nothing out of the ordinary and yet nothing extraordinary. That is the best thing for a fast food joint; consistency.

Love my veggie burger and fries. Our cashier guy Dusty keep on short changing customers (including me) by $ 1. I told him as well as other customers he short by $ 1 he never once said sorry. He did give us our $ 1. Yet I’m concern for other customers who don’t count their change trusting him. Hope manager will read this review and have a talk with Dusty. It not that hard maybe he just has to double count. It’s not like it was busy he was rushing I hate to think it’s done on purpose.

Granted, it’s Burger King so I know exactly what to expect with their food and quality. What I cannot except it such dirty store. This looks to be a brand new building. It’s a shame the restrooms were horrible, floors of the entire facility dirty and sticky. In fact, there was not a surface that was not dirty.
Employees need a manager present and if there was one present, terrible shame.

Food taste fine for Burger King, Chris the cashier was nice, the managers and other staff seem irritated and overwhelmed, heard one of women maybe a manager arguing with a customer who was questioning her order. Other than Chris customer service sucked.

Before 11pm I drove thur drive thur n there was no answer but the light on saying open n the menu outside is on. I did couple times still the same. Don’t trust them!

OMG! DO NOT GO HERE! Every time I go back I am hoping something better will come but it never does. So the other morning I was there at 6am… their sign DRIVE THRU OPEN was on so I said ok they are open… the lights to the drivethru were on… so I pulled up to the speaker where you order .was there for 5 minutes, no lie, saying hello and after about five minutes they turned the lights out on me and didn’t answer. They had a delivery there so I assumed that’s why, but NO, as soon as I pulled up to the window they were to busy stuffing their face and making food for themselves! WHAT!!! I mean if your hungry come early. So I went to the front and had mmy husband go see if the lobby was open cuz the sign said open at 6am, he did and no luck, it was locked! So I called to ask what time they open and the manager I assume, said around 6, so I said it is 6:05 already he said again AROUND 6 o’clock! I said well could you at least turn your drive thru open sign and drive thru lights off so no one thinks you are open. He said well we don’t have the drive thru lights on that should be good enough for anyone to c we r not open, I said they were on and proceeded to explain and he cut me off and said Lady I am not going to sit here and argue with you I was like WHAT I was just explain what was going on. So I Hung up and will never go back. I went to the Burger king on international blvd and they had the greatest service and very fresh food!

BK is one of my favorite fast food burger joints. solely for the taste of their hamburgers. I stop by the drive through about once a month. Today I decided to go inside. What a letdown. Employees were nice enough. Had to get ketchup packs from the counter person because the dispenser was empty with a big messy splatter of ketchup on the counter under it. Soda cup lids scattered across the counter. Napkin dispenser unserviceable. I had to pass by about 3 tables to find one clean enough to eat at and food pieces all over the floor. I can understand the lack of enthusiasm for working here, but come on.

I’ll admit, I hate BK in general, but this location especially, blows. They have signs all over the drive thru about their NEW PEACH TEA!!! & for the past 2 weeks now I’ve been trying to order that shit but they are always «sorry, just ran out!» Uh, no, for 2 weeks you haven’t had that shi in… or sweet tea, just fresh brewed. I asked if they just keep running out or if they just haven’t gotten any in for those 2 weeks & they admitted the latter to me. Then put a SOLD OUT on your signs or something! I had to wait then because I didn’t want shit from this ghetto place, & was stuck in the drive thru having ordered NOTHING.
Get some proper signage or get your damn supplies in, & then we’ll talk.

5 fat stars for a fast food restaurant! Crazy right? Well here goes…
Once in a blue moon (or perhaps more often than I’d like to admit), I find myself at fast food joints. Typically when I’m in a rush, on a road trip or just craving absolute junk for dinner.
As I race to the airport to pick up my brother for his latest Seattle visit, my boyfriend and I are starving. We have about 10 minutes to spare and decide to stop at Burger King for some chicken sandwiches. Yum!
We hit up the drive through, pay and park. They had asked us to pull over and wait out front because they needed a few extra minutes to fulfill our order. Sure!
In no time a smiling young woman comes out and happily hands us our food. We dive in and I happen to notice something is wrong with the order. Jim (bf) hops out of the car and inside to get the issue resolved. They were so incredibly apologetic for the mishap and literally offered «anything on the menu» to make up for the mistake. Not unhappy at all with the order, we just asked for a new chicken sandwich. They obliged and asked us to wait in the car again. Not more than 5 minutes later and the gal is walking towards our car, smiling and carrying not one but TWO BAGS! She hands over the new sandwich and says, «Is there anything else we can do? We hate to make mistakes! We have smoothies, you can get soda… What about another burger?» She was so polite and generous but we didn’t need to take advantage of their generosity. Then she hands over the second bag and says, «Thanks again. And please take this slice of Hershey’s Pie as a thank you for waiting.» Cool!
So yes. They get 5 stars from me. They went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a fast food chain. There was great communication, they were dedicated to great service and they were so generous while doing it. If I’m in the area I might be tempted to stop through again. DARN!

Wow, I’m so impressed with how much this BK has improved! It used to be kind of ghetto but the remodeled and now it’s sooo nice! It’s got a very nice interior, the music kind of reminds me of something you might hear in a 50’s diner or a Starbucks perhaps, and the staff are so helpful and friendly. They hired some really great people who are customer focused. The only reason I came here was because I had a 2-​for-​1 coupon & a coupon for a free frappé but I came away quite impressed!
The only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is cause I really don’t enjoy Burger King food. But if you like BK then this is the one to go to!
