This one is absolutely awful at giving you the correct order. I’ve had to come back almost every time to get my order fixed. The most recent, I asked for extra ranch on my Asiago Chicken Club and received no ranch. Then when I ask about sauces the girl at the window was so bitchy, I almost asked for a manager.

For a Wendy’s, it’s not bad and the food is quite good. Need to work in making it more fresh. But other than that, they are always friendly and willing to do what is needed to make customer happy.

Walked in, not from the area and Davin was behind the counter. It wasn’t busy and no one was behind me so it took my a little bit to figure out what I wanted. He was not rushing me and said to let him know when I was ready. I figured out what I wanted and he took my order. When he asked what size I wanted I kinda paused, he volunteered to show me the difference in the sizes but I said don’t worry about it and picked. Got my food and it was great. I noticed that after I ordered he came out and was cleaning the tables. Parking is tight here but my experience was good.

Probably the best Wendy’s in the area. I’ve never had an issue with customer service, just ordered and grabbed my food. It’s a relatively clean spot, it has more traffic so they do keep it more clean.

BE CAREFUL!
The night shift likes to pull a scam where they don’t give you a receipt and then ask you to wait a minute for your food. Once you park your screwed, they will pretend they never heard of you and pocket your cash.
Makes you wonder what else is going on here…

This is your average neighborhood Wendy’s. It has been updated inside, but the workers tend to be on the slow side.
I’m never wow’d by the food or service here, but it gets the job done.

I never! in a million Unilocal reviews thought I would write one for Wendy’s. But GREAT service deserves the kudo’s just as much. I accidentally went to the drive-​thru at Wendy’s when I thought I was at McDonald’s (which is right beside it) on Saturday around lunchtime. I just wanted a drink and asked if they still had the $ 1 drink special (oblivious that I was at Wendy’s and not McD’s) he said he had one for $.99 cents. When I pull up to the window I received THE MOST welcoming greeting EVER, and to add that it was a fast food window drive-​thru? who would have guessed? KUDOs for brightening my day and totally going above and beyond to do so.

Fast food is fast food but I wanted to write a review of Matt, the drive thru cashier. I don’t visit this place often (only been twice) but Matt is friendly and leaves a great impression. He is personable and makes each person feel special.
Great job, keep it up! As far as the food goes … again, fast food is fast food. It’s about as good as i would expect it should be. Nice and hot, crunchy lettuce in the burgers and the tomatoes looked fresh.

Here is a general rule for Wendy’s: Go through drive through because its faster than walking in. At least thats the rule for the Pacific Northwest States of Washington and Oregon and I know from experience. I love Wendys but they have a cater to the drive-​through and no matter how busy it is, there will only be one cashier at the front policy.
This Wendy’s is faster than most, and multi-​lingual. Whoohoo. Go Wendys. Food is yummy as always there, Provide larger portions of fries than my last Wendys. Pretty standard.
