Not only is the food awful, you’ll need at least a half hour to wait through the drive thru line. RIDICULOUS!

Usually somewhat happy with JITB, but so not happy with this one. Did carry out, when I got home part of my meal was wrong and part was missing. I called to complain and the manager got very rude with me. It is to bad I can’t give it negative stars.

Tacos are cold and stale as are the fries no surprise with one or two piece of lettuce and it was not even busy so i don’t get how you cant get it right? if your lucky you wont have Pablo making them and the sad part is he’s Mexican and cant make a taco right? Thats just sad, i gave this place a few chances and every time they failed. Until a few changes (fire people) i will not stop telling everybody i can not to come here.

This place is full of crack heads everytime I come. I’d recommend going somewhere else.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. This is the filthiest place I’ve ever been in. The employees all weigh more than 350 lbs and sweat over the food, the service is terrible, and the smell in the place is like burnt port-​a-​potty. We paid for a meal and after a few minutes of waiting, couldn’t stand the filth and smell and left without a refund. Run from this place, your stomach will be grateful.

The WORST jack in the box, EVER! If I could give it zero stars I would! Took them 10 minutes for a jumbo jack and fries. Every time I order here it takes forever! Fed up! Got a return and my burger was still not made! Ridiculous! I called the district manager! Please, call to complain if you experience the same issue! They need a new and better staff!

This location is under EXTREMELY poor management! Walked in and every table was dirty, soda machine was out of coca cola and Dr Pepper. I recommend, for your sake, never ever eat here!

This JITB is pretty much like all of the rest.
The tacos I ordered were greasy as all get-​out (and I had ordered them with no sauce)
They try, but the workers there might be *too* friendly with each other.

I went inside to order carry-​out bc I was with a group and we ordered separately. We entered the restaurant @ 9:30p & left at ~9:57p! There was only one guy ahead of us who was lucky enough to leave within 10 minutes (that still ain’t fast food), but we had to suffer through ungrateful venting about working. The guy working the drive-​thru was extremely rude and kicked the freezer door as he argued with the cashier about having to DO HIS JOB. He and another guy were complaining and said, «Don’t you hate it when people start coming in during the last 30 minutes?» as if they were to close… um I swear Jack in the Crack prides itself in being 24 hours!
The same jerk working the drive-​thru was cussing about the customers in drive-​thru because they made him work. When the cashier apologized for the delay, I thought I heard him mumble «I’m not [sorry].» If I wasn’t wearing a skirt and had not just come from a church service that night, I would’ve jumped the counter and decked him in the face.
They also didn’t get my sister’s order right, but she didn’t get a chance to check her order there because we were so disgusted with service that we immediately bolted for the door once we got our food. They definitely need staffing changes. I’m sure the bums at the 509 freeway ramp down the street would provide better service and be more thankful to have a job than the losers working there.

I wish there was a (-) star option. This place defiantly deserves it. I sat in line for 25 minutes waiting for my order. In addition when I pulled up to the window they asked me to pull around front as there were items they were still making. You call this fast food? Once I received my order we audited the bag to see if our order was correct. Surprise, surprise it wasn’t. I collected my frustrated self and journeyed inside to ask for what I ordered and return the items I didn’t order. After receiving HUGE attitudes from the cashier I received my order in another 7 minutes. I didn’t even get the sauce I had requested but at that point it wasn’t even worth the wait.
Hopefully they make some staffing changes to satisfy their future customers as they have lost this one.

This review is based on the service, food, AND the fact that I used to work here…
Best time to go to this one is between 7am and 1pm. Anything after that, any good managers are leaving for the work day and people who would rather be somewhere else are just starting their shift. After 1pm, it’s a hit and miss when you’ll have to wait long for your food.
Counter service is something to be less than desired for. If the store manager isn’t working during the day, expect rude service.
And the food… It comes well put together, nothing sloppy, everything just golden brown and crispy– the way it should be.
