Good Wendy’s, probably one of the better fast food joints around excluding the top end ones(in n out). Good, nothing great. Junior bacon cheeseburgers are a go to for sure. Best fast food bacon around by far.

The manager Francisco is very professional. My order to was short a cheese fries about a week ago, and the manager made it up to us. Moreover, our orders have been pretty a curate since…

Great service and great food. I drive by In N Out to go here cause it’s a less hassle and I like the food. The drive thru gets really long though so I go inside. An older lady inside works her butt off to keep the place clean and will get you anything you need she’s awesome.

It’s usually good but we don’t like the price increases, the value menu is not so much of a value any longer. And I believe my daughter and I became sick after eating here last night.

This place is great and has great service. There is also an adorable older woman who walks around and offers refills and helps keep the place clean. She is a sweetheart.

Who doesn’t love a Wendy’s? Clean, friendly, efficient — what more could you ask of a fast food restaurant?

Great Wendy’s! Went in this afternoon on a Saturday as it was starting to get busy. Hadn’t been in here for a while but was excited to see they had the Coke Freestyle machines. I purchased a beverage which I hardly ever do in order to enjoy my favorite CF beverage, Peach Sprite! The location is clean and welcoming, although a bit cramped when getting ketchup and utensils when the line to order is long. However, I was very happy with the service. The manager had very great attitude and seemed to carry his team very well. I didn’t catch his name but I was pretty sure it started with a J. He was working hard and quickly behind the counter and he served with a smile. The rest of his team followed suit and served in a similar mannerism. I noticed in particular one employee who was very kind. She was a slightly older woman who was cleaning up the lobby and asked if we were doing well and if there was anything we needed. We told her we were fine and she thanked us for coming in and that she was glad to have is there. It’s very rare to see such great customer service in fast food and my stop at Wendy’s on Lone Tree Way was a great experience!

My boss and I come to this Wendy’s often for lunch, they know us by our names and get great service. Marco who works the cash register is really friendly and always smiling, they all work great as a team.

This review is for the new Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich. A small scoop of shredded pork meat, cold BBQ sauce, cold coleslaw all on a cold bun equal a barely warm sandwich that was messy and hard to eat. Not one of their best ideas. It was a waste of my time and my money. Not to mention they gave me the wrong BBQ sauce. Just not my day I guess.

I do not know why I go to fast food!!! I’m never satisfied and I always think it will be fast but it never is. I ordered my food and the lady says come to window 1 and I’ll have your balance. Ok, so I drive to window 1 and the lady sticks her hand out towards me. Not one word, just her hand towards me. I asked how much? She sighed and tells me. I pay… I received my change… Next window food was handed to me without a single word. I said thank you have a good night… Her reply…

Yaay for having a Wendy’s! Lol, barely eat at fast food places, but I don’t mind Wendy’s. That ranch crispy chicken on the dollar menu do much win in a burger. The service is always fast here. There’s lines, but it never takes long than 5 – 10 minutes. Everyone’s nice and they know how to pack your bags with extra ketchup or condiments :)

I always come in here with my handicapped clients and the employees here really do care… In the last 5 plus times I’ve been in here there hasn’t been one day where they didn’t ask me if I was doing okay or needed anything else. And I might add I always bring a lunch and water so I don’t buy anything here but they still come up and ask or take away any trash of the table after they see we are done eating. This place is the best Wendy’s around town! ! ! I enjoy every minute here…

Love Wendy’s. When the new Dave’s hot n juicy burgers came out I thought they could even compete with an in n out burger. However my last visit was less than satisfactory in the area of, especially, service and quality if food/price relationship. I hadn’t been to Wendy’s in ages and I was missing the new Dave’s cheeseburger. I ordered a small meal and expected the same taste. What I ended up receiving and paying for was what looked like a dollar meal sized cheeseburger and medium drink and fries. I actually thought they got my order wrong. I was used to seeing the new Dave’s cheeseburger presented in its original box packaging, classic style. Instead it came wrapped in paper and no lie it was so tiny and I ended paying $ 7+ for this pathetic meal. I was so confused about this piece of crap I ordered that I hadn’t realized they got the sizing wrong also. The girl that gave me my meal was flippant and rude and unhelpful and was possibly the worst service I’ve ever experienced. What hurts is that I was originally in the In-n-Out drive thru but it was ridiculously long so I thought I would go to Wendy’s. What a mistake. Never coming back to this location.

Only Wendy’s in town. Wendy’s is a healthier fast food in my opinion & they’ve stepped up their menu through the years. Their new spicy chipotle chicken sandwich is hella good & it’s only $ 1 it also comes in a patty version which is also really good. It’s for a limited time though! Only negative I can think of is their soda fountain is behind the counter… even though it comes with free refills I feel like it’s tedious to ask every time to get your cup filled… This is a nicer Wendy’s too with a big dinning room area & right off the freeway so a great last minute fast food joint to swing through. This place is fast, cheap & pretty fresh… You can’t really go wrong with it for a quick meal!

Had a dine-in lunch here a few days ago, and it was pretty good. Wendy’s is a slightly above-average fast-food burger joint, and the food was exactly as you expect it to be: slightly above average. My only real complaint about the food was that my burger was only warm, which is often the case at Wendy’s. I don’t care for the sea salt they use on the fries as of a couple of years ago, but I can tolerate it. I think the old, slightly thicker-cut fries were better, and I prefer regular salt, but the change was a chain-wide decision that isn’t the fault of the folks here. I note that they’ve removed the salt and pepper shakers that they’ve had on the tables here for decades, though they do provide(sea) salt and pepper in paper packets. Service was good and friendly but not remarkable — no complaints. They *do* have free WiFi here, though like many free WiFi locations, the Access Point is open, but you have to authenticate via a web-page with a password(«Wendys» — no quotes, no apostrophe, and first letter capitalized). For that, I’m giving them a 4th star, even though Wendy’s in general is a 3-star place. Every restaurant should have free WiFi for paying guests.
