1st time I take my kids to Fatburger, & this place ruined it for me. Redhead taking orders had attitude, rushed us when we ordered. My wife asked for wings she responded«you can’t get wings» rude as F#ck! Because the employee that’s runs that side called in. Can’t believe they rely on only 1 employee. Tables were dirty, no cup lids, garbage on the floor. Now the food, burger meat was over cooked, my egg was dry, they forgot the cheese. They Redhead forgot my daughters shake & I had to ask 3 times. Finally got it 15 mins after our food. They closed at 8pm even though it’s open till 11 pm. Sheesh. I payed $ 65 for a nightmare experience.

Showed up at 7 and ordered 2 burgers. There was only one other customer in there besides us and we didn’t leave until 7:45 because the 5 people behind the counter couldn’t figure out how to make a burger! And they messed up both orders so I don’t recommend Fat Burger at all. It was also disgusting and they charge you for cheese and other things that typically come on a burger which I find dumb.

Went to Fat burger around 10:30 and the Cashier said we are closed but there hours are till 11:00 pm and she lied and said they close at 10:00 pm, worst experience at a Fat burger restaurant and I been going to Fat Burger since A kid. I suggest you train your employees better and change your hours!!!

Manager is rude!!! Stood in line for 5 minutes to order while they decided who was going to take orders. The place was dirty with napkins and straw pieces all Over the floor. Sad and they are fairly new.

This time it took 22 minutes to make a couple shakes. That’s all we ordered. It isn’t busy, the kitchen isn’t impacted. What’s the deal? Last time we were here, the onion rings came out weird. I asked the kitchen to remake them, and they came out eerily similar. It turns out that someone who makes the onion rings likes to not use the recipe they call for because it makes her fingers too sticky, or something to that effect. Perhaps this has been corrected since then. I also noticed that, when they first opened, the place was full of people, which could be due to the curiosity of the locals. But this place is pretty dead. Now, I’m from L.A. and I’ve been going to Fatburgers for a long time, and I’ll continue to go. Just not this one. It seems like there’s a lack of managerial control, and both customer and food quality are suffering as a result.
