In-N-Out Burger

They are very good @ customer service. When it comes to other In & Out it is a bit better than most. Good fries.

They have great service with great food. I have never been disappointed. Great prices. And plenty of food. I love how fresh the food is and f for how busy they are they hey your order out to you pretty fast

Of course it 5 stars. Meat is fresh not frozen. Comes off the grill nice and juicy. Get the grilled onions so much better. Get fries with just cheese. Fun atmosphere.

More like In-​N-​Wait… The food is always good, but Unless I come when they first open, I end up waiting at least 15 – 20 minutes at the drive through and that’s after I’ve already placed my order. Takes way to long. Unfortunately, with my dietary needs this is the only place I can go for a quick bite as other drive thru joints cook with ingredients I can’t have.

You know In-N-Out.or should. This location is pretty busy like most In-​N-​Out. The drive through could be a bit more quicker… I mean… geesh…they only sell burgers. If you have 10 cars in line… just throw more burgers on the grill… it’s not like they are gonna order a hot dog or salad instead of a burger.

Great service! Fast, quality. Came in close to closing and they treated us like Kings. That’s not normal in the Fast Food industry. People were happy and atmosphere was pretty chill. Great In N Out.

I always love coming to in-​n-​out. No matter where you are and where you go you can always rely on these burgers and fries. This place is consistent and it is amazing. Whether it’s where to find the ketchup or even the bathroom you will always know.
Service here is great as well. Guys up front were nice and friendly and even came by to ask of everything was alright as I was eating.

Great place to eat. Affordable and you are literally in and out of the drive through even when there is an enormous line. Staff works 3x harder and faster than any other fast food company. I’ve eaten at this in n out at least 15 times and I’ve always been served very delicious, quality food.

I don’t see a place to upload a pic, but I ordered a cheeseburger meal and it came with a long blond hair in it. I am disgusted. Took it inside and showed the cashier and she asked if I wanted another one. Ummm. No. Thanks.

Burgers and fries done right. Service can be slow at times but it’s a good value and their burgers do taste better than the local fast food joints. Their meal are just the right size, but eat the fries quickly as they become salty rather quickly

Mmmmm can never go wrong with a double double animal style, and animal fries. As always, the staff is super friendly and cheerful.

It’s in n out. If you’ve had it once you know what to expect. I love this restaurant, this is my go to place for when I want a burger. They can delay on your order sometimes but that’s only because they’re so busy. Great location, I’ve had no problems here.

First ever visit to In-​N-​Out.
Something about this place reminded me of the diner from Saved by the Bell. The red and white color scheme was different from the pastels at The Max but it had the energy of a teenage hangout spot. The employees looked like they were actually happy to be there – very different from most fast food places I’ve visited.
Full disclosure, I don’t like beef hamburgers and probably haven’t had one in about fifteen years. However, since this hamburger chain is only found out West I wanted to try one while I was in California. Here’s a quick rundown of what I liked and didn’t like.
Likes:
– Freshness: Quality control is on 10 and everything is made fresh to order. After we placed our orders we watched one of the workers take skinned potatoes and feed them through a cutter. Then she put the raw fries into a fryer basket and passed them to the guy manning the fryer. The food took forever to come out (by fast food standards) but I liked seeing that it was made just for me.

– Cheeseburger (**Revelation 3:20): The menu called for an all-​beef patty, lettuce, tomato, spread (which according to internet lore is Thousand Island dressing), and a slice of American cheese. They can add grilled onions if you request them. Don’t think about asking for mayonnaise, though, because they don’t have it. I wasn’t expecting a toasted bun but it added a nice grilled cheese-​level crisp to the burger. It had nice beefy flavor with no weird beef burger aftertaste. I couldn’t have been more surprised that I liked it.
– Milkshake (**Proverbs 3:5): I ordered a vanilla milkshake that was seriously thick. It’s made with soft serve ice cream so it’s difficult to sip through a straw. Chocolate and strawberry are also available or if you want you can mix flavors. The shake was delicious! I think we all polished off our shakes before we even finished the burgers.
Dislikes:
– French fries (**Proverbs 24:16): Though I appreciated seeing their cradle-​to-​grave cycle, the flavor of the fries left a lot of be desired. They were thin and golden but they had a mealy-​spongy texture; I prefer mine crispy. Also, I didn’t think they were salted well enough. Freshness becomes meaningless when there’s no flavor… they’re just fresh, substandard tasting fries.
Overall, In-​N-​Out is definitely doing something right. There were so many people inside that we could only find room to sit together at one of the patio tables. People like this place so much that they can even sell shirts and apparel (
).
I’m not quite a member of the In-​N-​Out fan club but I would happily eat here again.
** Love it or hate it, the chain prints references to Bible verses on all their paper cups and wrappers since they are a Christian-​based company.

Not only did it take over 15 minutes to get my order once I placed it in the drive thru but I got a few minutes into my drive home and came to find my food was ice cold after taking a bite from my burger at a light. I get home and look at my food and as if things were not bad enough already I discover that my burger is totally raw. Now along with a horrible dinner I get to pray I don’t get food poisoning.
I think it goes without saying that not only will I be following up with corporate but I will never be back to this location.

I feel like sometimes this place is a hit or miss, sometimes it’s so good and sometimes it has no flavor. It’s quick, staff is friendly and I gotta give the workers lots of props because they work really hard, if you haven’t been there during the day the place is swarming with customers and they still get your food out really quick.

Service was great. There is one employee named Michael and he is very polite and offered if we wanted any refills and if he could take away our tray of garbage. Great service… what a great employee.

Animal style, mustard instead of spread. I love that their fries are so incredibly fresh. All of their ingredients are fresh, nothing frozen. Well, except for the awesome milkshakes of course! Strawberry is the favorite of my family. The menu is simple. They do it right. Easy on the wallet too.
The staff is always great. Their hiring and training process must be brilliant. They seem to select younger workers. I have never had a problem with my order. They are always so very friendly. Go & enjoy!
