My husband and I LOVE Jimmy Johns! We ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery to a brewery across the street and it took FOREVER!!! When I called to complain that it hadn’t been freaky fast and took way too long, would you be willing to allow another delivery to be sent another date because we were so disappointed and weren’t able to wait that long at the brewery, the lady on the phone told me straight up «NO». No explanation was given, it seems like they lost our order and were trying to backpedal. This location seems to have a lot of young kids working there, hopefully their manager works a little harder to teach them customer service.
Hope this review gets to the appropriate hands because I am not a happy customer.

I eat here almost once a week because it’s super fast and for me has been very consistent each time. Jjs sandwiches are very tasty and as long as they are put together properly and everything is fresh you can’t really go wrong.

Overall disappointed. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because management handled my complaint well and delivered Me the correct order. Apparently jimmy johns has changed their bread and it sucks!!! Couldn’t even bite thru half of it. Hopefully that changes soon or they’ve lost a few customers for good.

By far the worst jimmy johns I’ve ever been to. They continually mess up orders and nobody is paying attention. They’ve forgotten bacon and lettuce on several of my orders, even like literally 15 minutes ago. How do you forget the lettuce?! I only came back here because of convenience but it’s not even worth that. They really just try to push you through the line. And no wonder they deliver fast, they don’t go further than a mile from the store. I never have any issues with any other jimmies! The owner needs to figure something out, you’re giving jimmy johns a bad name.

Ehh. Not bad, but not great. Average sandwiches, cheap prices and fast service. A good choice if you’re broke and/​or need food fast, but nothing special. They only deliver within a one-​mile radius. There are far better local places to get a sandwich in this area though.

I love Jimmy John’s! They usually have the sandwich ready for you by the time you pay and walk to the end of the counter. But I gotta say… this one in Bothell is by far, the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. There isn’t even a line sometimes.

**Update** Last time they overcharged me, but the employee got his manager and the manager straightened things out quickly during a busy lunch period. Still good here.
I don’t get the bad reviews for this place. I have been there 3 times for an Unwich and pickle to go. Prompt, food was standard Jimmy Johns quality and it seemed fine to me.

Went there today around noon and a young short, chubby girl was at the register as the face of the company. She was horrible. Looked like she was having the worst day and when my gift card got declined, she just looked pissed– for some reason and didn’t get more than two words out of her which were K and K. I don’t know why she was working the register. She needs to work somewhere where customers don’t have contact with her– like the kitchen. The gentlemen making our sandwiches was friendly though.

ordered my food online, only to have to go and still wait in the line at the register to pick up. which was 10 people long, talk about not convenient whats the point of ordering online if I still have to wait in line. to top it off they got my order wrong, 2 strikes not sure I will give them anothet chance.

I was sent a gift card by corporate to encourage me to try eating here again. Never did get contacted by the store after my initial encounter but appreciate the effort by Jimmy Johns as a whole. I increased my review by one start in response to the effort placed by the chain.

I’m a regular at the totem lake and kirkland locations. Tried this new one with a pick up order. No pleasant greeting upon entering. Instead a young teenage girl leaning on the counter with her chin on her hand looking bored, didn’t have the energy to say hi. I was there for a pickup — she motioned that someone else could help me. She was too busy being bored and upset I interrupted whatever it was she was doing. The sandwiches were alright but this new store needs to work on their customer sevice
