The American flag in front of this location is ripped or partially shredded. We are staying in a hotel nearby. Though it is not illegal to have a ripped up flag in front of a business(at least not yet 2016), many servicemen, veterans and citizens will avoid business’s displaying a ripped and old American flag. In general, Arby’s is a good citizen; so if upper management is reading this review, simply remove this ripped up flag and leave it down if you can’t replace it . It’s now raining, so the flag is usually removed prior to rain(which occurs a lot in April in Bothell, WA) Thank you.

The food was hot, the floor was slippery from rain. The A1 Special Reserve was lousy. All I could taste was A1 sauce. Couldn’t taste the meat, bun or whatever else was on the sandwich. The sauce is a condiment, not the main event.

Arby’s has the best customer service I have seen. The food is always fresh and great. I ordered 3 originals roast beefs and I noticed my buns were not toasted. I walked up to the counter and Kyle the worker said sorry we will make you 3 fresh roast beefs with new buns as well. Great customer service and a great product. And for Kyle thanks for fixing the mistake with ease.

Bought 5 turnovers at the drive thru, 3 apple, 1 cherry, and 1 chocolate. Incompetent employees shortened us and only gave us 4 turnovers. Quite annoying and a ridiculously dumb mistake. Do yourself a favor and eat at 5 Guys next door instead.

Compared to other Arby’s, the employees at this location lack basic customer service skills, such as the ability to make change or print simple names. Would you pay $ 15-an-hour to these minimum wage employees?

Employee didn’t wash his hands. Went to this establishment for lunch and I always wash my hands b4 I eat. As I finished washing my hands a young man walked out of the stall and straight out to handling customers food. I was 10 seconds behind him so I know he never washed his hands. Needless to say I walked out and spent $ 12 at overcharged five guys.

Arby’s is one of my favorite chains and I’ve really enjoyed their varied menu over the years. It’s nice to get a nice big roast beef sandwich or one of their more interesting sides. My favorite is the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. It’s amazingly good when made fresh. But alas, most fast food places are cooking things ahead of ordering, and anything breaded is terrible if it comes from a warming cabinet. It’s the same with this sandwich. So when you get freshly made food here(sandwiches, curly fries, and more) it’s really great. But when it’s been sitting around it’s very much not. The biggest issue I’ve had with this place in recent times is order accuracy. I ordered a regular combo and the woman at the window gave me someone else’s order. I reminded her that I was supposed to get a drink so she gave me a drink. She didn’t think to check if she was giving me the right order or not. So when they get it right it’s pretty good, but way too many order errors lately.

The roast beef sandwich was good, but the chubby blonde supervisor sucks. I used the drive-thru No hello or thanks for coming. I had to ask for horsey sauce and arby sauce. Then she only gave me one of each. Then I had ask for more, and I received some attitude for it. She needs to understand that I purchased a $ 6 sandwich, not item of a dollar menu.

I love arbys. When I was doing the marathon dieting thing I tended to get the roast beef sandwich a lot. Quick cheap and a little more healthier than a hamburger. I miss the arby-Q. I wish they made it a permanent item. Now they have the roast beef with a hawaiian sweet roll. Very good. This is one of the few places I go for lunch at work.

This is an Arby’s corporate store — so they typically do everything by the book. I’ve consistently had good food here. Rarely do I have a problem. The management changes out a lot(because it’s a corporate store). There is one lady there that sounds like Karen from Will and Grace. They seem to burn something in the deep-fryer almost every time I go… so minus 1 star. Minus another for the dining room — it’s a mixture of new and old chairs, some comfy and others need to be replaced(including bench seats!)

Yah! I’m a fan? I guess? How can anyone really hate Arby’s? This place is so clean! It’s not like other fast food places, although they have plenty of fattening food, you do have some«healthier» options. Freshly sliced deli sandwiches, salads, and wraps. I haven’t been inside, but they always get our order right(yes, even complicated ones), they always offer horsey sauce, and it always looks super clean in their register/drink area at the window. The staff are okay, some of them are a little more upbeat/passionate than others. and damn it, they have diet pepsi! That is reason enough to stop here instead of Jack in the Box or McDonalds.

I like this Arby’s location. The employees are super friendly and the food is always cooked right and comes out correctly. The employees usually let us use multiple coupons too, which is rad. I love their Market Fresh Sandwiches. The Turkey, Bacon, & Ranch is probably the best. Super tasty. I really like the curly fries as well. Prices are kind of expensive — some combos are $ 7 – 8 bucks — but the food always tastes fresh and delicious, so I guess it’s worth it in the end.

It’s arbys, I can’t be picky that there isn’t one in Kirkland. Just that Arbys sauce alone is worth the drive.

I grew up going to Arby’s for lunch in Renton, WA. This was before McDonald’s had their health craze and started carrying better food. They were the real trendsetters at the time. Not the case for this Arby’s — I’ve gone here probably 4 times in the past 2 years and after my third time I vowed never to come back. Unfortunately, my fond memories of the one in Renton got the best of me and I tried it again. Still as horrible as ever. The food is luke warm at best and tastes like it has been sitting around all day. Now, I don’t expect the freshest food from a fast food joint but I expect better than this. Whoever the franchise owner is should be ashamed of himself.

Have been to this location 5 times, and every single time something has been wrong with our order. On the 4th visit I even took them pictures of my sandwich missing it’s cheese, and in return got a sandwich with 1 teaspoon of cheese in the middle(of the biggest roast beef they make). Just pathetic attention to detail. The food is usually fresh and good, it’s just never right. Finally gave up and probably won’t bother going to this location any more.

I love Arbys I’m so glad they brought back the 5 roast beefs for $ 5. And got rid of the«we are gonna make the bun bigger, same amount of meat, give you a fries and drink, call it a value meal and charge $ 8 for it.» plan. Stay cheap Arby’s because I love it!!!

OK, it’s been 6 months and we had coupons for 2 toasted subs for $ 4. And we were stupid enough to try them again. Got there at 10 minutes before closing — and obviously they don’t give a shit at that time of night First, they said they were out of sub bread! Not Again!!! So I called my co-workers to see if they would take regular bread. One wanted his Beef & Swiss on Wheat Bread, I wanted my Italian Sub on Wheat and our other co-worker wanted 2 Italian Subs on White. Let me see 2 on wheat, 2 on white = 4, right? WRONG = somehow it equals 1 regular Roast Beef Sandwich(on a white bun) with dipping sauce and 2 Italian Subs on Wheat bread. And the Italian Subs had sweet pickles instead of peproncinis on them. Avoid this Arbys Location unless you don’t give a f*&k what you get because they WON’T get your order anywhere close to right.
