Yup I guess I’m not the only one who feels this particular Starbucks location is awful… always getting drinks wrong and then when you tell them NICELY what you actually ordered they give you attitude! If you work with the public, you have to learn how to deal with the public. Rude workers… hire some decent ones please and give them sufficient training in customer service!!!

I am obsessed with Starbucks but i HATE this drive through! I’ve been here several times hoping for a better experience since it is the closest to my house but EVERYTIME the workers are either extremely rude and or they are much more interested in talking to their coworkers than actually doing their job. A lot of times(maybe it’s the same person?), they’ll ask me what i want and then just start laughing hysterically into the mic. Another time a guy was blatantly hitting on me and it was pretty awkward. Try hiring some people who have experience with customer service!

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Waited in line for 5 minutes but that’s not the problem waiting for the drinks and food was the worst part ever. Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and nothing. People that ordered after us were getting their food and drinks before us. Get your shit together at this location. If I could give 0 stars I would

I come here everyday to enjoy an caramel tall ice coffee. The Starbucks barista all know my order and they all know me by name. It’s a good store and all of the barista nice, clean restrooms, good snacks and great ice coffees. And it has a drive through. SWEET!!!

This starbucks SUCKS. If I didn’t live near this location, i would NOT go here. Everyone messes up my order all the time, it takes a gazillion hours to get a drink. The manager or someone needs to fix this as every other starbucks in the area is ONIT. –American Canyon locations are way better. I might just have to drive to get my coffee, as the drive would make the experience better.

They make the drinks perfect. Not too sweet but just the right amount and they do not jam too much ice in their drinks. Wish i was closer the pt Chicago location in concord is terrible and can use some tips.

I had to wait in line for 20 minutes and there was barely anyone in line. Then it took them 10 more minutes to make a venti hibiscus refresher. This place sucks.

This is a great location and has all the potential to be good. I’m pretty sure there is never a manager because everyone runs around in no organized fashion. Almost every time I have been in my drink has been wrong or I have waited 15 mins at least. Other then the disorganization Everyone seriously seems depressed working there. As an ex Starbucks barista it’s sad to see a location wasted.

So disappointed in my service I received tonight. 1 person ahead on me(ex employee) no one at drive thru, 1 person behind me. One gal took my order the other was barista. After she made the drinks for ex co worker, they continued on having their conversation. There was no end in sight, I said«excuse me, but could you start my drink?» Obviously not well received. I said you don’t have to stop talking, ex employee says I have to go anyways. I ask guy behind me if what I said was at all rude? He says no, you’re the customer. Girl finishes my drink, I say thank you. No acknowledgement or your welcome. To top it off, my drink is not extra hot like I ordered. I know I should have had it remade but at this point, it would have just made it worse. I hope the district manager chooses to contact me. This girl was wrong & rude!

I come to this Starbucks all the time and no one has really sparked the urge for me to write a review except for one person. This review is a shout out to a particular Starbucks employee. Brandon. He outshines all of the staff members there with his consistently positive and shining demeanor. He is the only one there that I can tell actually enjoys his job and loves working with people. He walks around with a smile on his face, always displays a sense of urgency and builds rapport with his customers. Any company would be lucky to have someone as enthusiastic as him. One would assume that building rapport with coffee house customers would hold up the line, but he does it quickly and efficiently. For example, today, he recognized me through the Drive Thru microphone and asked if I wanted my drink personalized like I usually have it. That’s all it takes. Know you’re customers and make that connection with an effective one-liner. And I’ll tell you what. There’s nothing like speaking with someone as positive and friendly like Brandon first thing in the morning when I get my coffee! Thank you, Brandon, for making a difference! And I hope Starbucks recognizes you for the effect you have on your customers!

Just ok. Service is spotty. There’s one woman here who is pretty rude. Talks to other employees while you are talking to her. Doesn’t smile. Slow service too. Not the best Starbucks I’ve been too. Also, they always run out of the good food. Wish they would order more.

Fair customer service. Good coffee drinks. They make them how I like it. Sometimes music is a bit too loud for studying, and I have to keep headphones on just to drown out music the store plays which I don’t care much about. Long drive thru lines each morning. Just go in and save yourself stress waiting.

This place is a sad excuse for a Starbucks. They act like they’re doing you a favor by waiting on you. The people that work there don’t seem to like one another and it shows in their service. It’s enough to make you stop drinking coffee! (they don’t deserve that one star.)

Last post was 7⁄2013: NEWUPDATE: Amazing people in the drive thru(Cinthya and Vincent). They make you feel like part of the family. Bad news: The recent blonde roast taste burnt or is served luke warm. Car lines are 100% better when the above two staff run the show. I like the location for the drive through. The store remains hit and miss. Check your drink and your order before you leave.

Wow. All I ordered was a small iced coffee in the drive through. One car ahead of us. It has literally been almost 15 minutes! I feel sorry for the peeps of Benicia. I hope there’s another Starbucks in this town. I’ll drive to Vallejo before I stop here again.

Stopped by there today(6÷7÷15), around 10AM. The line was not long(3 customers) and it took longer than five minutes to service all three customers. A little slower than most Starbucks. However, the cashier greeted us with a wonderful smile, very friendly, and apologize for the slow service. I wish I can remember his name to complement his excellent customer service(He’s tall — over 6′ and African-American).

I came here to read, study for class, drink coffee and get out of the house. Unfortunately they had the music cranked loud enough I couldn’t read, let alone study. I asked if they could turn it down and they said«What?» Lol, they couldn’t hear me over the music. She went back to ask, but came back and it never went down. This is the second time I’ve had the issue. Anyway, there is a better home grown coffee place down the road called Benicia Coffee that is great.
