Every time I come to this McDonalds I am greeted with a smile. Staff is friendly and helpful. Service is quick and dependable.

The food here is fine and the restaurant itself is pretty clean and nice, but there needs to be some better staffing. On more than one occasion, I’ve had a bad experience with a certain employee with dreadlocks. The first time, he brought my order to the counter, didn’t say a number or anything, and then got sour with me when I didn’t know to pick up my food. The second time was in the drive-thru. I ordered a McFlurry and I don’t think he said a single thing to me but instead glared at me. Nice restaurant but at least one very unprofessional employee. EDIT: I received a message from someone I can only assume is associated with this restaurant… gonna post it in the pictures.

The service was SO bad that I actually had to create an account to write this review. We walked in right before breakfast menu was transitioning into lunch. I ordered oatmeal, an egg mcmuffin, and a hash brown. When I received my food I didn’t get the hash brown so I asked her for it a minute later I see her handing it to another person then taking it back and calling me over. So I got a hash brown that had been touched by a stranger already. Next, we open the egg mcmuffin and it had no egg in it, when we went to tell the girl that there was no egg she stated that I ordered a sausage mcmuffin with no egg(which I did not). She did not replace it keep in mind it cost nothing to make and they were going to throw them all away because breakfast was ending. TERRIBLESERVICE. It’s just McDonalds these employees need to relax.

The food is good and fresh depending on the time of day or night, if they are busy or slow, and who is working. I don’t like however, that all the little teeny bopper cashiers and managers try to act cute and flirt with my husband, and instantly they get moded when they see me talk to them and ask for something. Oh and honey, that’s my car he is driving. Luckily he doesnt drive his corvette or bmw there, who knows how much further those ditsy girls wouldve gone. They try to flirt so badly they act dumb saying,“Is it raining outside? Hehehe“Uhh no duh Einstein your hand just got wet. Anywho theres my rant.lol.

The asian girl with the ombré and caked face needs to calm down and respect her customers. Other than that, it’s nice and clean.

If I could put no stars I would but the girl with her ombrè needs to know how to give good customers service! She was really unprofessional! She was yelling and gave such a sour attitude!

They never open on time. Always have a new excuse. The owner might want to change the hours since the manager is never on time

Had a craving for a Big Mac and fries so decided to come to this location since the McDonalds on 2nd Street is garbage. Big Mac = messy and barely any sauce Fries = half golden and crispy, half brown and soggy Me = getting a Big King next time(while they still got em!)

Probably the only Mc Donalds I will ever comment on, the food is always hot and fresh, and the place is immaculately clean.

Some other person commented that McDonald’s is McDonald’s and shouldn’t deserve a high rating… well Unilocal is designed to give a rating for a specific restaurant of the chain, so for this restaurant of the chain I salute and give a 4 stars. The chicken sandwich thing(I rarely eat here), was beautifully made and actually looked like the advertisements make it out to be. Also, it was hot off the grill(or warmer, whatever) and the bagging was very nicely done, instead of the usual just wrap and hand.(I went through the drivethrough). The reason I only gave a 4 star on this excellent McDonald’s joint is the fact that the straw to my shake was forgotten, and I am one who does not usually have straws in the house. Not as good as it gets for McDonald’s, but great otherwise. Also the service was extremely fast! Thank you.

Okay for McDonalds. But its McDonalds. It would be hard for me to give any McDonalds a higher rating.

This is my most favorite McDonald’s location. Its very clean, always gets my order correct and they are very quick about getting the food to the customer. Only complaint is that the soda fountain always seems to be not working correctly.

Ordered two smoothies earlier today for me and my daughter and both had pieces of broken plastic in them. Didn’t want my daughter accidentally drinking the broken off plastic pieces so I exchanged them at a McD’s in Pleasant Hill. WTF were those pieces of plastics in my drink about? This location is very near Vallejo, so that’s probably the reason why, stupid employees work there.

The employees are always very kind every time I go there… even on NYE when they were about to close. The food is always hot and fresh too!

It’s not all that. I worked at a several locations in the past all over this town. I stood there for a few minutes and then someone comes up to the register and just stared at me. No Greeting nothing. When did they stop caring for the customers?

It’s a nice looking McDonald’s. I can say that… All the food here is pretty typical. The fries were just right. I love that they have wifi!

For the past year, I have had an on-again, off-again relationship with the Chicken McNugget. Definitely on– more than off-, as I haven’t consumed this many since high school, when I could polish off a 20-piece all by my lonesome as an after-school snack. Oh for the big brown box full of delicious trans-fat clamoring to clog up my vessels and put me in an early grave. Ah, the wonders of adolescence(although I did have the baby fat back then). Fast forward(hahaha) years, the 20-piece now comes in two boxes of 10(when did the 9-piece become a 10-piece???), and there are at least twice as many sauce options as there were before. I now split the 20-piece with my roommate, and as for the sauce, I have transitioned from sweet-n-sour or plain barbecue to the sophisticated, mature, [barbecue + hot mustard] combo. (There is now a chipotle barbecue, which is a simpler way to a more mature taste, but I don’t happen to care for it. *sniff*) I absolutely look forward to going back, as the cravings are starting to kick in again… but the ol’ conscience has reared its head. Last time we went, we took some home, and on the freeway we got behind… a chicken truck. Chickens crammed into spaces barely big enough to hold them, feathers flying all over the place; and I’m sure the poor things were really really cold. And we see all this while I have a bag full of McNuggets at my feet. :-/ Sigh. I hereby swear to eat free-range more often(at least when I’m a big-name hot shot and have the means to do so) and when I do eat at McD’s, I promise to fully appreciate where my neatly-cut-and-packaged food comes from. ************************************************* Update 5÷6÷2008 We had dinner there tonight, and when we walked in I noticed a sign for Southern Style Chicken(Biscuit in the AM, Sandwich in the PM), and the sandwich was just a bun, the chicken, and two pickles. Then there was another sign, for Southern Style Sweet Tea. WHATDOESTHISSOUNDLIKE? Omg, McDonald’s had to go and rip off Chickfila.
