Taco Bell

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell after drinking late nights for over 4 years, and that same chirpy guy with glasses still works the drive thru window. That unmistakeable voice. Like some white nightingale. He’s the only thing in this city that’s stayed the same for that long. He is my rock, and I don’t even know his name, or the words to express my gratitude. I never get too many sauce packets, and he always reassures me to drive safe. Cheers.

Listen Taco Bell is Taco Bell, it is great going in but you will pay later if you know what I mean. Best way to eat Taco Bell is A) being intoxicated B) being stoned or C) having $ 5.00 to your name. BUT every single time I have EVER come here the staff has been VERY polite and SUPER nice I can’t help but review. Many of the staff are teenagers which makes my review even better, great customer service and a smile from kiddos who are learning valuable employable skills. Great job!

I just spent 10mins sitting in their drive –thru after they had open and no one responded. I wasted my time wasn’t served and left hungry. If you open at 7 and expect people to come for breakfast you need to open your damn doors and have your workers put on there headsets.
When I pulled in I saw people inside «working» and then they disappeared. Hiding from your customers is shitty business.

Everytime we go to this taco bell we get outstanding service! The food is always correct! Special thanks to Aiden and Mitchel. Keep up the great work you two! You’re valuable employees and I would steal you in an instant!

This is different experience of fast food place. Has very modern design, mints on every table waiting for you. Lady taking your order, Suzanne remembers your name always greets you with the smile. Food is prepared quickly and it is delicious. This Taco Bell is unlike any other. If I could give more then 5 stars I would give them 10.

Well, here’s the thing. This Taco Bell was fine as far as food, and service. But, I won’t be back.
The location is such a pain in the neck to get in and out of, that I’ll pass in the future. Also, it shows on the map that it’s right next to Applebee’s but it’s actually across the street. So you have to cut across traffic and pray you make it to the u turn lane.
Sorry guys, not worth the trouble.

I’m not a big fan of fast food, but when I do indulge the Bellevue Taco Bell is my 1^st choice. You can say «A taco is a taco is a taco», which would be a weird thing to say out of the blue, but you’d be mostly correct.
The difference with the Bellevue Taco Bell is the super-​awesome staff. Their friendliness and customer service blows me away. The drive-​thru staff looks like they are having so much fun. I work in tech, and don’t need the extra cash, but at least once I’ve pondered taking on a part-​time gig with them just to be part of such a happy team. They don’t just have fun, they involve the customers with their friendly manner; I’ve left there laughing more than once.
So you don’t get the idea that it’s nothing but party central at the Bellevue Taco Bell; I’ve experienced some of the fastest and most efficient drive-​thru service I’ve ever experienced there. Only once did I get an incorrect order. Stuff happens. When I circled back around they were honestly apologetic for the mistake, correcting it immediately and discounting the order. The folks there care about service and the quality at which it’s delivered… very odd in the land of fast food these days. Thanks for the great work Bellevue, WA Taco Bell!

I visited this Taco Bell about 4 months ago and had a bad experience with 2 things; a. The wait in the drive thru line and b. The food was old, not warm and overall it was made with bad proportions.
Today the experience was similar, it’s almost as if the same Manager ran this location as 4 months ago (you can’t blame one person for poor operation). The food was not hot and didn’t taste fresh. I pulled into the drive thru line at about 11:52am and placed my order at about 12:04pm. I had to repeat my order 4 times. I pulled away from the window after getting my food at about 12:19. The service the person provided at the window was poor in quality. There wasn’t a «hello» or any greeting once I got to the window. I wasn’t told about the survey, the wait time was unreal and someone should have been apologizing for the problem. I am frustrated and disappointed with the service, quality of the food and shocked that this location can be ran this way.
Great customer service can offset problems like long wait times however, this location lacks in most areas.

And the freeze machine is regularly broken… The service is great I just think the kids need more training

I HAVE to go back, went on 3÷29÷2014. I’m going to go again because I couldn’t even get through the line it took so long. I waited in the drive through for about 5 minutes while I thought the person in front of me was ordering. Then ten minutes later the car behind me pulls out and leaves angrily speeding out of the parking lot. Still no one in the drive through having moved. ten more minutes later, the car in front of me proceeds to honk at the actual speaker because he hasn’t even been asked what he wants yet. Me and the girlfriend finally decided to leave after waiting in a line that didn’t even budge after 30 or more minutes, and the car in front of us left as well. I don’t know why at 8PM they’re struggling to help serve 5 people that I could see at taco bell.

I have been to this place few month ago & i have ordered Nachos — chips were smelling bad & was bad in test even.
after forgiving this incident… again i went to same place today.
I am pure vegetarian … and i have never ate Meet in my life.
I specifically order veg. order saying …“I am vegetarian & all order is going to be without meet — I order loaded potato without meet [i mention again to the guy who was taking my order] after placing order he started formal conversation & by ending that conversation — I again remind him– I am vegetarian and please make sure, my order will be veg. only ” He reply me — sure
when i got my Loaded Potato — i started eating & I felt some thing wired — i open it and what I saw —- it was stuffed with beacon !!!
I will never go to this place again & Yes i am warning you all [specially Veg. people] to check you order before you eat.
2 times worst experience !! Taco Bell — you have lost your respect in my mind !!

This location is NEVER OPEN!!! Seriously! The site says they close at 1am. It’s 12:35am and they’re closed! There are also no posted hours on the entire store either!
We also went on December 13^th at 5:30pm (yes dinner time!!) they were closed due to low staff!!! WTF!!!

Worst Taco bell ever. I was having the oil changed in a work van next door. I thought, Oh I will just go grab lunch real fast. Nope. Nothing fast about this one. I waited 15 mins for 2 tacos and some potato’s. Seriously? Were they busy? Yes, however, not so busy that it would need to take that damn long. Staff was scattered and didn’t really seem to know what they were doing. This is about the only time I wish I would have kept my receipt to take their stupid survey.

22 bux for two quesidillas a burrito and tacos. the chz wasnt even melted .no drinks
idc if lorena garcia created some of these items way overpriced. good service but way too much for tort and cheese and lettuce

As far as Taco Bells go, this one is probably the best in the area. Speedy service with the drive-​thru and what little time you do have with the clerks, they are always friendly and willing to talk to you. It’s not just a food exchange, but a quick chit-​chat as well which makes the place feel more friendly.

I just love Taco Bell. I’m not sure why but I do. The service here is fine, and I don’t know where others are getting the bad service from. I figure every single other TB is the same, and I love this location as well as it is close to where I live.
Facilities are not as clean as they can be I agree, but I mean, you aren’t going to stay to the point where you need to take a crap.
Overall, eat here for some fast food filling up, otherwise go somewhere else that suits your tastes.

This place gets my order wrong ALL THE TIME. Either some things are missing or I get the wrong things.
Things as simple as asking for a handful of mild sauce, well they gave me a hand full of hot sauce. How dumb!
WORST TACO BELL EVER

Slow and dirty, with everyone on this. Dirty inside.

Seriously; it’s a Taco Bell. The food is on par with any other Taco Bell, and I actually got witty chatter from one of the employees around 12:45am on a random Tuesday morning, so my heart is won.
Every time I eat there I get the worst stomach ache. That’s not a knock on this specific Taco Bell, but the entire fast food industry.
I gotta stop eating this crap.
But, yeah, good Taco Bell. Go there if you want to attack your intestines.
