The sandwiches are tasty and reasonably priced. The owners who work there are extremely friendly and provide great service to their customers. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star review is because the interior and atmosphere can seem fairly dirty. Not somewhere I would eat, but will gladly get a sandwich to go!

I love the Albuquerque Turkey Sandwich here! Moving back from Albuquerque a year ago this is nothing like a ‘real” Albuquerque Turkey sandwich but hey we are in the Northwest and at least it has the peppers, turkey and Swiss cheese right. Its a delicious sandwich– Served warm and toasted with BBQ Sauce. Its a mixture of sweet and spicy I am truly in love with this sandwich. They are open till 5pm M-F and I stop in on my late lunch around 4pm. Only have to wait about five minutes for my sandwich– I am a fan … Love this sandwich!!!

Pretty good, but a bit over priced for what you get. Still better than any fast food.

I enjoyed their sandwiches here. They are not plain and boring, they have very interesting flavors. I tried The Special, which is the bulgogi beef and Kimchee sandwich, which was pretty good, better than I expected. I also tried the Albuquerque Turkey, which I liked even better. The sandwiches are pricey, and I would probably hesitate paying that much for it, but it was bought for us for a work meeting, so being free could have possibly made it taste just a little bit better.

Pretty good with a decent amount of vegetarian choices. Tough to find seating around lunch when that entire strip mall gets flooded with T-Mobile employees.

Sandwiches here are average in taste and proportion. A bit overpriced though. My favorite is their turkey club. You get a vanilla cookie with every sandwich. Oh boy.

Had the Sausalito chicken. Chicken, tarragon, mayo, avocado, bacon on sourdough. Sounds delicious, right? Everything about the sandwich was bland. The chicken was slightly dry and tough, and seemed to be completely unseasoned. The avocado was tasteless, and perhaps most criminally, I couldn’t even taste the crispy bacon. It was literally the worst California chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, probably because it’s a combination that seems profoundly tough to mess up. Sandwich came with a small, dry, Keebler-quality cookie. Literally any sandwich from the nearby QFC deli would be better, and you’ve got the excellent Goldberg’s across the street if you have the time. I’ll probably be back to try a veggie sandwich, because it’s tough to find a good sprouts ‘n’ tomato and avocado sandwich nowadays, but you don’t get many chances to mess up a dang NINEDOLLARSANDWICH.

Sacks is a good sandwich shop. In my opinion, the sandwiches are on the high end of what I’d like to pay for lunch(most sandwhiches were in the $ 8 — 9 range, and when you add a drink). The menu has lots of options and they’re pretty quick about getting the lunch time crowd in and out. I had a turkey pesto paninni, with melty cheese and crisp, pressed bread. It was quite delicious, each crunchy bite with its warmth. I don’t eat many sandwiches, after starting to eat paleo and I was a little surprised to not see any non-sandwich menu items, like salads. I know, the place is called Sacks Gourmet Sandwiches, so I shouldn’t expect other stuff, but still… If I were a sandwich eater, I would probably go back here.

great place to grab lunch. I wish it was faster service. The cookie you get is dry, it is better if they just left it out.

I’ve tried a few of the cold sandwiches and they are really good. Fresh ingredients, really decent portion sizes. My favorites are the club and the 5th avenue. I just tried one of their hot sandwiches today, the classic cheese steak, and oh boy it was not good at all. Super dry meat, greasy from the peppers, not very flavorful. I suppose I shouldn’t expect to get good cheese steak in the Seattle suburban sprawl, but I was hoping. I’ll probably just stick to the cold sandwiches from now on. Can’t go wrong the the club, that’s for sure. Staff are friendly and efficient.

FOOD: Got a sandwich with chicken in it and on my! Extremely dry chicken. Old bread. Not flavorful. Just a terrible sandwich. Probably the worst I had in awhile… wish we had some better sandwich shops in the area. What a bummer. So much potential since competition is low on the east side… Sandwich came with a cookie but it was stale… to the garbage it goes. The cookie monster wouldn’t even eat it. SERVICE: Not much service. You order, you pay, they call you number. Self serve. PRESENTATION: Meh. Plenty of tables. But I won’t be dining again. LOCATION: In the same plaza as Bartell Drugs in Factoria. WOULD I COMEBACK: Nope. ADVICE: I’ll rather go to Panera across the street.

Delicious mushroom turkey panini. The price was very reasonable as well. My only wish was that they had sprouts, they were out as most places are right now. The cashier was a little hard to understand, but very kind and patient. Next time I am in Factoria I will be going back!

Very low key sandwich shop, atleast when I went on a Tuesday afternoon around 1pm. Plenty of 4 person tables and bar stools to go around. I tried the Bulgogi Kimchi Sandwich and was very happy with my choice. The first bite was incredibly juicy and the kimchi added a nice acidity to counter the beef fat. I was a pretty happy camper until I finished about half the sandwich and got too full to finish the second half. Portion was plenty for a small Asian girl such as myself. I think some of my guy friends would think the portion was just enough where they wouldn’t eat enough to start feeling sick. The cookie was also a nice touch but I wish it was a little bigger. The sandwich and a Snapple it came out to a little more than $ 11 which I thought was a little pricey but I don’t know too many places that make this sort of thing(other than food trucks). Overall good sandwich, but too pricey for me to be a regular.

Yum! Tried the bulgolgi sandwich and was not disappointed. Plenty of flavor and the portion size was just right. Plus you get a free cookie with your meal. How would that not make you happy?

REALLY disappointed. They don’t take delivery orders after 11(even 11:03) although their website doesn’t say anything about this. The person who answers the phone is terribly rude. Then, to add insult to injury, the delivery guy(who is also terribly rude) charges 10% delivery fee which, again, is not stated on their website. And to top it off, charges the 10% on top of tax rather than pre-tax. The food was so-so, albeit pricey for a sandwich and little stale cookie… no chips or anything. Lesson learned, won’t order from them again.

Kimchi bulgogi sandwich is the bomb! I am a fan! I had turkey avacado and cheesesteak sandwiches too. They were decent enough. But come here for the kimchi bulgogi!

The classic cheesesteak was ok, but nothing about it was classic. My wife’s veggie panini was«average,» she said. The basil stems were not cut off, and the dressing was from the bottle. The complementary cookies were almost inedible. For the money, the typical Subway is competitive, as this shop is not«gourmet.»

Well, it’s a good solid gourmet sandwich. They don’t use cold cuts like some places and it’s fresh. The wait can be quite long during lunch though Sausalito –hot, grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, terragon $ 8.25. I liked this one the best. It needs a little hot pepper in it though. 5th Ave. Cold sandwich, turkey breast, cream cheese, mayo, bacon, sprouts, tomato, avocado on 9 grain bread. I got sans cream cheese. It’ $ 7.75. It was little bland for me. Albuquerque — hot sandwich — it’s just ok. Kind of messy and wasn’t spicy at all. $ 8.25

I crave sandwiches. I also crave good Asian food. By luck, I stumbled upon Sacks Gourmet Sandwiches where they perfectly marry those two together: Kimchi Bulgogi Beef Sandwich, moderately priced at $ 8.50. It’s a pretty tasty sandwich. When you place your order at the counter, they write it down on a brown paper sack(hence the name!) After I devoured my sandwich, I found a nice hidden surprise underneath my napkin — a chocolate chip cookie!
